KFC in Barnet

Bought a 10 boneless fillet, chips and a gravy. Delivered by Just Eat Chicken and chips were lovely. Gravy was watery and lukewarm. About 3 hours after eating was bent double in pain with all the symptoms of food poisoning!! Will not order from this branch again!!!

Unfriendly staff, and poor customer service, The branch to small and cluttered, food was cold and tasteless I had no option but to throw it all ager tasting it home

Disgusting food greasy nasty 🤢 had to throw it away chips all dried chicken stunk like it was off if i get food poisoning il be sueing kfc be careful people very careful flithy food such a shame kfc used to be nice

Food is reasonable prices and the quality matches it , staff try to do in a reasonable fashion, sometimes little mistakes but there only human they always apologise and offer tiny extras for the mistake , trust me theirs way worse kfc all around compared to this one.

Chicken was fresh and super tasty like no other kfc in london. I want to highlight Kosta from the staff ,he is very friendly and funny !

I ordered today via self service machine. I noticed the staff were not looking on the monitor instead they were just serving those who pay on the counter. It’s a total waste of my 15minutes time, waiting for so long. They have no system! I went to the counter and told them they were ignoring my order! I just refunded my money 🙄🙄

Massive wait to be served only two people serving, had to repeat my order three times guy just wasn't listening asked for a receipt never gave me one, finally when he gave me food had to ask again, and they also had no beans in stock, Tables needed cleaning very disappointing experience

eravamo in 3... il panino era discreto, ma il pollo fritto era molto pesante, di olio vecchio. le patatine mollicce. L'ambiente è trascurato, personale senza sorriso.

Wanted to try the new double down..... Over 20 minutes after ordering our food was ready......my double down was 2 mini fillets and my partners fillet tower burger was also 2 mini fillets! What a rip off, if they had ran out of full size fillets why didn't they say? Came back again the next night and got a proper Zinger Fillet in burger this time but fries were stone cold!

Service is the worst that i ever saw. We got in and waited more than 5 min until someone say anything to us. No smiles, no empathy, no nothing. Arrogant service, and the food seems like some of that cheap chicken cottage's of the streets. Completely lost the kfc standart. Never coming back.

Το κλασικό Kfc με το υπέροχο τραγανό κοτόπουλο, δίπλα ακριβώς στο ξενοδοχείο που έμενε ανοικτό μέχρι αργά κ μας εξυπηρέτησε πολύ.

There was a constant line of people ordering for take-out / take-away at this location. We had good, hot food. The only thing is that their "hot sauce" is more like Jamaican Hot Jerk sauce rather than a "Frank's Hot Sauce" or their regular buffalo sauce.

Many thanks for your quick service and your special sauce! working in this branch is definitely working very fast .

It is the same as other KFC's; food is always great, but service can be quicker. I am an impatient eater as you can tell.
