The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Before ordering today I checked the estimated delivery time which was 20-35mins. Ordered two burgers, two chips and two drinks. Waited over an hour and 10mins for them to even prepare my food, while the delivery time got longer and longer. Then all of a sudden cancelled my order. Absolutely no communication from the restaurant and when you call the line just rings. Won't be ordering from you again

It was our first visit to Bake My Day. We were greeted by a lovely waitress who looked after us throughout. The lasagne was amazing. We all enjoyed the meals and the banter with the staff. Definitely going back

Fantastic place to eat. This place is so underrated. The food here is tastier than than mcdonalds, burger king and kfc put together.

Sat for 25 mins waiting for fish to cook only to find when got home that I had been given cod that had been sitting in there all the time, was cold and batter totally soggy. Will not be going back. £27 down the drain!

We have ordered takeaway food for a while from Firehouse, it tastes great and has great gluten free options but its too bad that service is just too bad to continue ordering from here. In the past few months, every other order has items missing or wrong. I don't usually call up to complain but the last order had half of the order wrong and another item missing. When I called up to ask for the food I paid for, they said that I didn't understand what I was ordering and that I was wrong (despite having the order summery in front of me). I didn't think that I could misinterpret 2 sides of fries to mean 1 side of fries, and a hot dog to be a gluten free hot dog with no bun - but the staff really helped me to understand that I was an idiot for thinking otherwise.

I am writing to express my serious concern about an incident that occurred last night involving my 16-year-old daughters and her friends during their visit to Ards Tim Hortons for food and beverages . They were threatened and harassed by a male staff member, believed to be of Indian descent, which is completely unacceptable. This staff member made a group of teenage girls sit in front of him so he could “keep an eye on them,” which made them feel extremely uncomfortable and intimidated. This behavior is inappropriate and deeply concerning. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment, and I urge management to investigate this matter thoroughly. I expect this issue to be addressed promptly and appropriately to ensure the safety and comfort of all patrons in the future. Angry dad !

أعجبت مع هذا بافيت. كان الطعام الحار وجيدة جدا. وكانت خدمة فعالة وودية. كان الثمن بعض الشيء، ولكن هذا هو لندن.

Esperamos 40 minutos para una hamburguesa simple y papas fritas, apenas una disculpa del personal. Y solo había un pequeño puñado de clientes, absolutamente ninguna razón para demorar tanto. Solo esperé a que llegara ya que estábamos hambrientos. La comida en sí estaba bien, definitivamente no vale la pena el precio o la espera. No hay música, no hay ambiente, asientos incómodos. Salimos corriendo en el momento en que dimos nuestro último bocado en lugar de quedarnos otro segundo allí.

We purchased a Groupon voucher in good faith for a Sunday breakfast for 4. We then spent over 3 weeks trying to book a table, as their phone was never answered ! We then tried a web enquiry, to which we got no response. So we visited one evening, to find 1 young lad running the place, which was completing empty, telling us food was no longer served there ! I understand the fact that changes happen in businesses, but the fact that Groupon are still selling vouchers is very poor. It is inexcusable that Wicks have not contacted them to remove their offers !

I found this place by chance and I am very glad I did. Everyone either says hello to you or gives you a friendly smile. There was a live blues band and I was not disappointed! The band engaged with the crowd and was encouraged to participate with the band by singing. People (as well as myself) were dancing, very happy and embraced the blues. The staff were absolute perfection! Whilst speaking with the friendly staff I found out there are karaoke nights, dj sets and a whole lot more going on there. I am glad I came to this establishment and let the blues take my soul. Oh, and for those that are wondering there IS a pool table there which I will be heavily using 😂 I absolutely loved it there and WILL be going back!

Stupid, irritating, squeaking, jobs worths. Dont stand over me eating my food demanding I down load a covid app on a Nokia 3310

First time trying here and because of the customer service I will not be back. The girl who took our order has no customer service what so ever, she was very abrupt and had no manners at all ( no please or thank you) she gave the impression she just didn’t want to be there very bad customer service from her. This was most definitely a put off from start!! Then we had waited nearly 30 minutes in the shop for our order which was only a burger meal and salted chilli chips no other customers in the shop at the time only delivery driver! Our Chips were hardly cooked and the burger was average for the price. Really disappointed in the whole process and for them reason I won’t be returning or recommending.

There was hardly anyone in there on a Sunday afternoon so we had the pick of the seats. The service was friendly and fast, and they brought everything to our table (I'm not sure this is standard, probably because they weren't busy). We ordered a tuna melt, two cups of tea and two slices of red velvet cake to eat in. The tuna melt was apparently really good (I didn't get a look in!!). The cups of tea were huge and a lovely cuppa - they were very helpful finding a caffeine-free herbal tea for me. The red velvet cake was a bit dry but the white chocolate sauce it came with helped. The slices were generous and well-made. We will definitely be returning...especially if we can get our cosy corner slot by the door!
