Firehouse Grill in North Lanarkshire

We have ordered takeaway food for a while from Firehouse, it tastes great and has great gluten free options but its too bad that service is just too bad to continue ordering from here. In the past few months, every other order has items missing or wrong. I don't usually call up to complain but the last order had half of the order wrong and another item missing. When I called up to ask for the food I paid for, they said that I didn't understand what I was ordering and that I was wrong (despite having the order summery in front of me). I didn't think that I could misinterpret 2 sides of fries to mean 1 side of fries, and a hot dog to be a gluten free hot dog with no bun - but the staff really helped me to understand that I was an idiot for thinking otherwise.

PLEASE CONSIDER PUTTING PASTA BACK ON YOUR MENU! I loved your gluten free carbonara and ever since you took it off the menu there has been a hole in my heart. The best mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had too

Ordered food from here, came 2 hours later, majority of the order was cold. Phoned to get a refund but the woman on the phone had an attitude, accusing us of lying about the food being cold. Would not recommend ordering from here unless you like cold food with a side of attitude. Not the first time the delivery’s been late either!

My order turned up late, incorrect, cold and mostly not edible. The XL hotdog that I've ordered before is now half the size, and the bun hard and chewy like it had been microwaved, the firehouse fries were ice cold, dry and not even being doused in ranch sauce could hide how nasty this cold congealed mess was. Our gluten free BBQ pizza base turned up a tomato, and if they can't get the base right, how can we have confidence it is actually gluten free, not worth the risk for my celiac wife. The food went in the garbage. When I called to complain I got offered an apology. Not good enough. I won't be ordering again. I suggest you give them a miss

Have eaten here a number of times and the food never fails to impress full of flavour top quality ingredients and portions that cannot be beaten hands down the best take away about keep it up

We normally love Firehouse as my dad has Coeliac disease, which means he needs gluten free food, and they have lots of options for him. However on August 29th I sent them an email about their online ordering as we had tried to get a takeaway from them the night before, but the only options we had to order from were starters, sides and drinks. I had absolutely no response to the email I sent & was disappointed with that as normally their customer service is great. This is the email i sent: Have to admit we were quite disappointed last night when we were going to get a delivery from yourselves but the menu showed we could only get starters, sides & drinks. We love getting food from yourself especially due to the fact my dad had plenty of gluten free options. But there were absolutely no options for any of us to pick from last night.  Not your usual good service & hopefully this was a one off issue with the online delivery menu. We were unsure if this issue was just for us or for every customer, which is why we decided to contact you incase you didn't know that was happening with the online menu. It's now the 12th of September and we are still awaiting a response in regards to the issue outlined in the email sent. Once again very disappointed, but hopefully this is a one off incident as we love your food.

We decided to stay local for our anniversary dinner, and we chose to try the Firehouse Grill. Wow, we are so glad we did; we came with our two children. A quick temperature check with the fancy doo dah machine and we were good to go (secretly fingers crossed that our kids failed the test so we could send them home in a taxi 😊 ) We were greeted with the amazing staff and handed a glass of bubbly on arrival (nice touch) let us get to the nitty-gritty though... we ordered food straight away ...no long annoying waits, served as soon as ready, the chicken was outstanding, My kids said the best chicken on earth which is quite an accolade considering kids hate all food and anything that's not YouTube, Fortnite or Roblox... I wanted a burger and the staff member(owner) sniggered and said “that was our small burger” I was pointing to, I took his advice and ordered the recommended one, when it came it was the size of a small moon, I had to admit defeat and use a knife and fork, as big as my mouth is, there was no way this monster was fitting inside it. kids ordered the 16 OZ steaks (seen as it was our anniversary and also eat out government scheme, we thought sure guys, half the bills on the taxpayer :)) when the steaks arrived I can only compare them to what I know (think sleeping bag) HUUUUGEEE and cooked to absolute perfection ... by the end of the meal (yes we managed to agree a suitable ending, couldn't quite finish off the plate as there was enough to feed a small army, certainly not shy on portions here, which is glorious ) it's not often I get food drunk, but for me and my youngest we struggled to comprehend what had just happened to our taste buds and our inner belly, we were food shocked ... restaurants they say, should be an experience, and this certainly was a wonderful experience, has defo landed on our must keep visiting list, and they do take away as well, this place is a must for food lovers..., I challenge Man V Food to visit this place, certainly, one if not Coatbridge's finest eating places. I will certainly be back .... The owner is certainly making it easier with his very affordable prices and an amazing menu, you need to check this place out.

Had 2 deliveries this week. Working from home due to COVID-19 so it’s good that Firehouse Grill is opened for deliveries. Food is amazing.Thank you so much 😊 xxx

By far the best burger shop in Airdrie and the surrounding areas, All the other burger shops need to up their game only trouble is firehouse grill are miles ahead, will definitely be ordering again, Packaging isn't plastic also turns into plates as well

I’ve gotta say, being American and a chef for 26 years these burgers are spot on. I rarely write reviews but as I’m going on to order for the second weekend in a row I thought I’d do one. Great burgers and sides and moderately priced if your comparing to five guys etc. Plus they are even still hot by the time you guys get to the Ravenscraig Developments out in Carfin. Better place my order before the wife get hangry!

Best burgers in Coatbridge, so tasty 🍔 loads to choose from on the menu, always great service from the firehouse grill team!
