I LOVE this place. There chicken supreme and bbq chicken topped fries are stunning. Don’t get me started on the Oreo milkshake 😍🙌🏼 Quick service & lovely lady at the counter. Brilliant customer service. Highly recommend

Food was fantastic had to get a second Blazer Chip Box! We all demolished our food and thought it was fantastic staff are friendly and will be returning soon for my meals in the near future 🙌

Staff are very friendly and the food is really nice. I always make sure to go here after watchig a movie in the cinema or going bowling as both are right next door. It takes a little longer for food to come out than mcdonalds for example as it all seems cooked to order which is probably why it tastes much better. Burger base is by far my favourite fast food restaurant

Ordered a loaded fries amongst other meals, thevloaded fries came and we're extremely spicy with lots of onions , even though not specified on the menu, when I asked to change for a different meal I was charged £4.99 even though original bill was £33.

Food took ages to turn up, when it arrived the chicken pieces were stone cold and hard. We ordered 2 deluxe ice cream milk shakes when they arrived they were unsinkable. NO ICE CREAM IN THEM and when taking a sip they tasted just like skimmed milk so we disnt drink them and at a cost of £6 a milkshake we were left with a bitter taste in our mouth. Contacting UBER the customer service is awful we have to wait for someone to contact us. We use Deliveroo practically 5 times a week and the service is fast and amazing. I stopped using uber eats due to a similar situation, after not using Uber for a while we gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again but this was our 2nd order since last mess up and its happened again so our loyalty seems to lie with Deliveroo from now on.

Went with my children my son adores the cheese burgers from there and the blue drink.. Friendly service and warm food decent music always been a pleasure to visit.

We ordered on uber eats and food turned up cold to the bone called and they said it has been left waiting for the driver for 10 minutes. Can't do a refund can't resend new hot food - try and go to uber eats and have to wait 10 days for an email

Went in on spur of moment to try out the burgers. I ordered a cheeseburger to takeaway. 11 mins later still waiting, so I asked for my money back. The girl, who was polite, told me it was just coming. Another 2 minutes and burger arrived, no apology. So disappointed, the burger was cold and half the size of a maccy d's cheeseburger. This place won't last long unless they speed up the service and stop serving burgers half the size of their rivals for double the price. Such a shame as it looks the part but fails to deliver.

As a family with a teenager and an 8 year old going to the cinema next door, we stumbled across this place. Looks very McDonalds like but was empty on our arrival so decided to order. Menus were easily accessible and staff happy to help. Ordered 2 of their flamor burgers one plain with normal as meals. Also a Big Dipper meal and a plain cheese burger meal. TBH we paid as we heard the girl at the till enter our order and sat down. We waited whilst the food was cooked fresh (15 mins). During this time several people came in and ordered. Upon collecting our food my youngest son order of plain cheeseburger meal was missing. We checked the receipt and spoke to Larisa who was apologetic as we were all aware of her putting the order in. We re-ordered/ ordered my youngest food. However we waited a further 15 mins for his “plain” burger to arrive. We have it to my 8 year old who said Ah a bit of onion. I said oh it must be a stray one. He then said oh it’s also got sauce and pickles but it’s ok. We checked and yes it was a regular all singing all dancing regular burger. He was actually happy to eat it and we decided to leave it alone as we couldn’t afford to wait again due to the start of the film. This could have been an issue if my boy had been allergic to any of the ingredients, although I am aware that with allergies we prob would have checked, but this is not really the point. So therefore we really enjoyed the food which was great quality and fresh. Staff were friendly, but could have acted quicker on the mistake/ error so we could have eaten together. This is not a bad review. Things could have gone better but we will still be returning in future and sure it’s just teething problems..... One thing that really annoys me however is the amount of plastic that is used in the packaging.... Plastic lids, straws, and condiments pots ( however love the fact of pump dispensers AND MAYONNAISE!!!!! Thank you! )

Visited this place for the first time this evening. Burgerbase have only just opened; rivalling a lot of other food places in Cwmbrân town. The lady who served me was friendly and polite and the food was pretty good (Had Mozzarella Sticks and a Big Base Burger). Only downside was the long waiting times but for a brand new fast food restaurant, it was to be expected. Will definitely be coming back again in the future.
