Bro's Barbecue in Three Rivers

Been here twice over the last two weeks and had the cheeseburger loaded fries, very tasty and quite reasonably priced for the area

Reviewing a delivery, rather than a visit. I recognise previous reviewers comments and I’m sorry they had a bad experience. Tonight (Friday night) we order burgers and chips by delivery for 6 — including 2 teenagers who “went creative” — burger, cheese, avocado, egg and bbq sauce — rather than order of the fixed menu. Our food arrived within the hour, still warm/hot. My Rasta Hen burger was lovely, and everyone’s plates were cleared quickly. Speaking personally, I love Bros BBQ.

Chaotic place. Don’t order for a takeaway for a delivery I ordered through Just Eat, debited. Accepted order. No response on time from restaurant. Rang them. They said they couldn’t deliver, and refunded me. Fair enough, but they shouldn’t have accepted the order. Next day, I order through their website, to pick up. Went to collect, only to be told they cancelled my order, but had taken my money. They said I would refunded, but haven’t been after 5 days. No apologies, really poor. Much better options in Chorleywood. Avoid.

We've only had pick up orders (6 or 7 orders) but they have all been very good. My last two orders have been for steak, great value and they tasted lovely. If you're a purist then this is not for you, but I thought it was very flavourful. It comes with chips unlike the burgers where you order them separately. They do excellent chips, not many in a bag but enough and they reheat well in the airfryer. I've not tried other things on their menu, but I highly recommend their burgers, steaks and chips.

Visited on a Saturday- fairly quiet (which was good for us as we received quick service). The food was very tasty - good quality ingredients - some of the best sweet potato fries I’ve had! The burger had a lovely homemade taste - good size, piping hot and reasonably priced. Service was excellent. Will definitely return. Not licensed for alcohol but a good choice of soft drinks.

So delicious, chicken and hot dogs. Fast delivery. Nicely packaged no plastic at all and very clean looking.

Two months on and nothing has changed. The burgers are still tasty, and the BBQ chicken is, too. The dining area seems a bit anaemic, but I've only ever ordered delivery/takeaway. I thnk the apostrophe in their name is preventing people from locating and reviewing them on TripAdvisor, which is a pity, but details like that can make the difference between success and failure. I mean, it's not "Microsof't", is it? Focus, guys, and improve your decor, and you might be in with a chance. Your food is good enough...

Always pleased when a new joint opens up in my town, and this one showed promise after a shaky start. I ordered a solo supper of burger and fries, plus jalapeno poppers and a Coke. Arrived late and cold after JustEat driver got lost. Coke missing. When I called the restaurant to discuss, they were super-friendly. Re-made the whole meal, it arrived within twenty mins, this time with two cans of Coke (!!) and it was delicious. Perfect pink-in-the-middle burger and mouthwatering rosemary salt fries. In fact, it was so good, I'm going to order from them again right now! Fingers crossed...
