The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Visited with my brother on a rainy Saturday. We enjoyed the cathedral views as we ate. The servers were very helpful - they took the time to check the ingredients for their milkshakes to see if they were suitable for me. I was really glad to see they were made from ‘natural’ pure as opposed to syrups as the syrups normally aggravate my ibs badly. So I got a real treat! We also ordered two fry ups - my only critique is there was a huge amount of beans which filled us up too much that we struggled to manage the toast. I think half the beans would have been perfect portion wise. It was all freshly made and delicious. I can’t wait to visit again!

Where do I start. Deco is beautiful, atmosphere amazing, service unbeatable. Started with two cocktails 👌🏻 Starters were absolutely delicious I had the scallops 👌🏻 then for main I had the chicken supreme what can I say, absolutely delicious. Choice in menu was outstanding. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back x sorry had eaten my dinner before I realised I hadn't taken a photo 🤪

Have purchased quite a few treats from Buzzy bee now and they are fantastic. Although I dread to think of the calories! Great selection of brownies and muffins/cookies. Very good portion sizes, which mean that you can share (if you want to), without feeling hard done by.

My friends and I went here for breakfast on Sunday and were not disappointed! The decor inside is really fun and the staff are very friendly. The food was great and fantastic value. Would definitely recommend the shakes! The coffee was also really great. Gelatis is a must visit if you’re staying in the area, I will definitely visit again if I am back in Ross-on-wye

We were very detained in getting to our destination because of an accident on the A9 and everyplace was closed by the time we arrived to town; our only hope was that the restaurant would be open in the hotel. They had full bookings but were gracious enough to squeeze 2 rather hungry and shaken travellers into the drawing room for dinner. The staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate us given the circumstances. The pasta dish we had was off the chain, and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality. Well done, staff!!

Have left a 5 star review not that long ago, still coming here, but the garden does seem to of lost some its appeal over that last few visits. Dog waste, rubbish bags and I thought the Karcher jet wash was left for me to do some cleaning! Still miss the grapevine. Food still amazing though, just feel it can give so much more.

First time to this restaurant, we went in on a Saturday lunchtime, we both had food from the build a burger menu and I must say it was very enjoyable! I upgraded to loaded chips, I wasn't keen on the chips (the cheese, bacon and spring onions were lovely) I prefer fries though but that is obviously a personal preference. The part we were sat in felt quite dark, the walls and ceiling were painted a dark blue, not sure if this is intentional, but would be nice if it was lighter. Overall I would recommend this restaurant, both our burgers were really good and if we come again I would like to try from their build a shake menu!

All take-out, but you can eat inside. Food was fine, service was fine, BUT there is ONE guy at the bar and everyone has to pay at the bar. Somehow none of the service providers know how/are allowed to run the cash register. So all the people stopping by for a beer, and all the people eating, and all the locals who are regulars, all need this one guy. He's trying to fill beer and drink orders, AND run the only cash register. The place was PACKED and the line went through the entire restaurant. We had a tour booked 30 minutes later and had to ask for special treatment in order to get checked out in time to make our tour, which made us feel like jerks, but really it's just a really inefficient business practice. They can do better.

Tenía algo de tiempo libre así que decidí visitar este lugar ya que ha estado en mi ‘lista’ durante algún tiempo. Fui al café principal, no al que estaba dentro de la galería. Se accede a través de la calle principal del pueblo. Afortunadamente aseguramos una mesa. Pedí huevos escalfados en tostadas más un té descafeinado. Valor muy razonable. Mi comida llegó recién hecha y había dos rebanadas decentes de tostadas de masa madre con mucha mantequilla derretida. Mi té era sólo una bolsa de té dentro de una taza de agua hirviendo. Normalmente no me gusta este tipo de presentaciones, pero no fue tan malo. Los huevos escalfados estaban perfectamente cocidos. Fue extremadamente ocupado (medio término) y bastante ruidoso también, pero así es como es. Además de los asientos hay muchas mesas exteriores y a pesar del clima frío había varios clientes que usaban este espacio adicional. Me aventuré en la galería real para una exploración donde era totalmente tranquilo por el contrario. Iré de nuevo pero quizás no en vacaciones escolares 🤣

Fuimos al juego de Newcastle en la calle 1 de abril de 2019. En la entrada estaba el bloque H, el puesto de perros calientes dentro del estadio cerca del bloque 15. El pan estaba quemado y duro y el perro caliente estaba insípido y frío.

Called on a few weeks ago and so glad that l did. Abit more than your average burger place but worth every single penny. Would l go back again. YES

I love finding somewhere that is privately owned and sources most foods locally. Add to that brilliant staff, a great menu, mouth-watering food, lovely decor, great views & truly yummy food and I’m very happy! Social 7 sits on the 7th floor of the Landing building in Salford’s Media City on the outskirts of Manchester. Unfortunately it doesn’t open for breakfast til 8.30am but the wait was worth it. The warm welcome from the 2 guys and my yummy food when it arrived made it worthwhile. Great value for money too, for top quality and beautiful surroundings. I’ll be back!

Food was fantastic – service was excellent – and disabled toilet was out of this world. I can nit recommend them highly enough.
