Review for Boo - A Hidden Gem in Moseley Village, Birmingham! For months, I’ve driven past Boo, always curious but admittedly a bit put off by the name. Something about it just didn’t scream “amazing burgers” to me, so I never bothered going in. But today, I decided to give it a try—and wow, am I glad I did! Yes, I finally walked inside, and the first thing I noticed was how spotlessly clean the place was. A well-deserved 5-star food hygiene rating proudly displayed, and you could tell they take cleanliness seriously. But the real surprise? The food. I was absolutely shocked at how good everything was. Black Angus beef burgers, cooked to perfection, bursting with rich, juicy flavor. The buns? High quality, soft yet perfectly toasted. And the chips? Out of this world. Seriously, I don’t think I’ve had better chips anywhere in Birmingham! You can taste the difference when fresh, high-quality ingredients are used, and Boo does not cut corners. The staff were also very, very friendly—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely passionate about their food. It made the experience even better. Overall, I had such a lovely meal here. If, like me, you’ve been hesitant to try Boo because of the name—don’t be! This is hands down one of the best burger places in Birmingham, and I highly, highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be back!

Went in recently for the first time was served by Jamal who was friendly & professional. The food was lovely and everything was hot 🔥 and the drinks nice and chilled. Definitely worth a repeat visit, so I can tryout the rest of the menu👍.

The food is good but for some reason it always messes up my stomach the next day but when having it’s really good. Not a fan of the bun I find it melts too quick you want to taste the actual bun

I visited boo burger on the 14th of February because me and my friend love the Leicester branch. The burgers were incredibly delicious, juicy, and packed with flavor. Ali and the other staff provided excellent service, even though they were so busy on a Friday we were the last customers of the day but they made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend the big Boo and the sticky bites. Definitely a must-visit for burger lovers.

Really disappointing, they used to offer 2 vegan options and now don't have a single choice so we can't eat there.

Hubby had seen an advert of the boo burger, so try it out for lunch and didn't regret it . Service was fast and the best thing all was made fresh there n then, Bought meals and the owner recommended their special drink "strawberry cream" tasted amazing . very organised and clean place. Defo will be making more trips If your in Moseley and looking to munch, this is the place you need to go to ,you won't regret it .

My second time here, Ali recommended me the maple siracha sauce last time and I loved it with the burger meal and loaded fries. This time I met Jamal who delivered the meal I ordered to my table with a recommendation also. Their service is 10/10, the atmosphere & environment is clean, modern and beautiful place to sit and eat these masterpieces which are their burgers. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good burger and meal and there’s many variations to try!

The customer service was generally good, and while my order arrived quickly, a few of my friends experienced delays with theirs. I ordered the Chick-A-Boo burger dipped in sticky sauce, which lived up to its name—sticky and flavorful! The taste was enjoyable and worth trying for those who appreciate bold, saucy flavors. The restaurant provides plenty of seating and is very family-friendly, making it a great spot for both casual outings and group gatherings. Overall, Boo Restaurant is a solid choice for a satisfying and modern dining experience.

Please make one in London ! One of the best burgers I have ever had the guy called Ali that was serving me and made it very easy for me to find what I wanted and even gave me a free burger when I told him I’m driving back to London. And ontop it was £8 for most of the burgers that’s are all a good size.

Tried out Boo when visiting Moseley and was very pleased with our experience. The staff is so friendly and welcoming especially Camilla and the food options are amazing. We ordered the Chick-A-Boo Burger which was soooo good. Highly recommended!!!

We had my son’s birthday at Boo in Moseley and it was an absolute dream from start to finish! Amazing communication, so much thought and time went into making it a special day and the food was absolutely delicious. Nothing was too much for Ibrahim and his team and I could not recommend highly enough!

It’s been a week since a group of friends and I (all complete foodie’s) decided to try Boo Burger based on all the good things we had been hearing about it. Boo Burger did not disappoint! As soon as you set foot inside you can feel the attention to detail given to every part of the experience. The service was polite and efficient. We all ordered different burgers with individualised toppings and sauces, amongst 12 of us, not a single order was wrong The burgers were on point, made exactly how smash burgers should be. I had the house classic and fries with the spice dust which I thoroughly recommend trying. In summary, a burger restaurant I’d be equally happy sitting down with my family, work colleagues or group of foodie friends on a day out. The food was exactly how I’d want and service I wish was more commonly found elsewhere also. Thank you team Boo Burger Mosely!

Brilliant service - we have stumbled on Boo by accident on our way to a gig and glad we did , burgers were fresh, chicken burgers are chicken breast rather than the cheaper option of chicken thighs ( yeeey) , service was tip top , if we are ever in Moseley village again we will definitely visit again !!!!!! Visited Boo on Saturday night. Was very impressed at how cool the place looked. Well lit, clean tables, very welcoming! The place was full with other diners, bit my meal was served promptly. Ordered the OG Classic. There's no hiding behind this burger, and yes, it delivered. Perfectly seasoned, smashed patties, the right amount of diced onions to perfectly complement the beef, gherkins and a perfect ketchup and mustard combo! Bun wasn't at all dry. Really enjoyed it! Washed it down with one of the best Peanut butter shakes I've had. Not too thick, or sickly sweet. This one hit the spot. Great food, great value, and great service. Definitely going back!

Ticked all the boxes for me. Great food , service and ambience. Visited as a large group of 12. The staff handled the order perfectly, demonstrating good knowledge of the menu. Each of us got every item of our order with no mix ups and each one cooked to perfection. I had the 6 Oz House Classic , Fries and a Peanut Butter milkshake. Staff recommended I add Boo’s Spice Dust Blend on the fries and I’m so glad I did. Elevated them! The star of the show was clearly the burger. Perfect caramelisation on each of the 3 patties, with great balance of pickle and sauce. If you are looking for a sure shot winner whether individually or a large group, this is the one to go to.

I had the Boo Classic 4oz burger and it was absolutely perfect. It was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly with the crispy lacy edges. The rustic fries were crispy and golden, and soft in the middle. It was the perfect match for the burger. The spice dust that came with it was a nice touch. I also tried the Korean Mayo and Honey Sriracha with my fries, and both added a nice twist to the meal—tangy, spicy, creamy and totally unique. To top it off, I had a drink called blue mix which was really good. I love anything that tastes like blue raspberry so had plenty of refills of this. Overall, everything was top-notch, and I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place!

Went with a large group. Staff were professional and handled an order for 15 people with ease Burgers tasted perfect. Had the OG Classic which is a “simple” burger but it highlights just how good the meat and seasoning is.

The smash burgers were absolutely delightful. I opted for the chili burger, a unique offering that I had not encountered elsewhere. The chili's spiciness harmonized perfectly with the burger's flavors. The burgers were expertly prepared, cooked to perfection, and flattened into incredibly thin patties. The wings were equally impressive - crispy on the outside yet tender and flavorful on the inside. I highly recommend them. And the peanut butter milkshake was truly exceptional! I have visited several Boo locations, but this one undoubtedly stands out as the best. It will be my preferred choice whenever I am in the area.

Una hamburguesa que realmente enfatiza lo buena que es la hamburguesa smash ya que no tiene una carga de ingredientes. La bebida de mezcla roja es adictiva e increíblemente buena. Y las alitas de pollo siempre son crujientes pero húmedas por dentro y tienen una excelente capa. Estos son un must have

I came across this lovely burger spot. I noticed how clean this place is. I ordered golden chicken burger but they told that it’s unavailable so I switched to beef and it was on point. Ibrahim and the other staff are really nice and ready to help. Even my 5 years old daughter liked the chicken bites. We will surely visit again. Thank you and keep up the great work.

I visited this branch a few days ago with my kids and was greeted with a friendly face. Jamel recommended what me and the kids should eat and it was fantastic. Food was so tasty and fresh. Service was quick. I also noticed how clean it was in there which is always nice to see. Price wise it's not too bad at all and the portions definitely filled us up. Will be visiting again.

My honest review and bare in mind i dined here 2pm on a monday so was quiet maybe 6-8 people in restaurant, but place blew my mind the food was so fresh burger moist i honestly have not had a burger meal from a takeaway so nice , the choice of drinks were nice not the boring pepsi max out of a tap etc but canned blood orange and other premium canned drinks so was a nice experience especially taking kids with me to show just how bad mcdonalds etc is compared to more independent companies , really refreshing visit it was,.

I don't have time to explain in detail, but avoid this place at all costs. Waiting 45 minutes for a rubbery-tasting chicken burger is unacceptable.

Brilliant establishment in Moseley village. Little bit more expensive but the burgers were definitely one of the best so it's worth spending a little extra. Got the OG classic which consists of two beef smash patties, cheese, pickles and sauce. Beef was juicy not dry and hard. Buns were slightly different too - they were more soft and airy. Another honourable mention- the sauce was really good. Atmosphere was very pleasant as well. Will be coming back.

Big boo burger was nice and juicy but I've had better smash burgers elsewhere but nonetheless, I'd order it again. Chick-a-boo, was decent and filling. Loaded chick fries, was a flavour bomb in your mouth, hint of sweet, spicy and tangy. One thing I cant complain about was the portions, very filling and will satisfy anyone (almost). Is BOO, "bucket list" worthy? Not in my opinion but they're not bad but I'd order from them again.

Order online and took soooo long to get our order. No manager on site only new staff. Not good service at all. Very disappointed for a £67 order!!

Boo Moseley was great, the food came hot and fresh, smash burgers were very tasty and as I said very fresh, the selection of sauces is impressive. The Korean sauce is very unique and like nothing I’ve had in the area. Definitely be coming back

Came in to order at 10pm and was told by Management by name off Marius it was closing time when specifically it said closing time was 11pm online.I think the wanted to go home early it was a dead shop no one in there won't be going back.

My friend and I came upon this place last night by chance. I immediately loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were - LOVED the assistant manager and the guy making the burgers especially. The food was delicious… like really delicious - and just what we needed. The service was incredible - we even got a warm goodbye! I will definitely be coming back.

Stumbled on this place. What can I say? The menu was great, good prices. The vegetarian option for my friend was excellent, and it tasted good. The food was fresh. The place was extremely clean. Great vibe and music. The staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful in every way. It was just so nice to chill in here, and the food was really good.
