Stop here, had a really good lunch. They were very considerate about allergies and what we were looking for and what we needed. Great service.

Food was fantastic front of house poor. If they got more staff to back up the fantastic food this would be a gem of a place.

The food was pretty tasteless and for £17 for a main you expect much, much better. There was also stuff floating in the bottom of my beer. The service was good and atmosphere seemed nice but I won't be returning.

General Cardiff bay Manager Nickolas (Nick) Gale told me I don't care about anything I just care about making money from Cote restaurant...worst manager ever.. copy of my complaint I got throat cancer and I am having chemotherapy. We decide to go have nice family meal together. My family 4 person went Cote restaurant in Cardiff Bay. Absolute awful customer service. Went at around 9:15 (1 November) with a view of many empty tables asking if we could eat there. We were told no, and when asked why the staff said we don’t have enough people working so come back in half an hour. We asked if we could sit for a drink for half an hour then eat and they declined this offer. We came back at 9:45, were blanked for 15 mins until exactly 10 when someone said the kitchen was closed. They refused to serve us. I know you are busy but customer service should be better. We walked away from the restaurant because of the poor customer service attitude. No wonder there was hardly anyone in there at a peak time of the day. I was even more disgusted at the dismissive response from the branch staff. We had a wonderful stay at The Cliff Hotel and Spa! The views of the ocean from the balcony were absolutely stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The hotel itself was blending modern comforts with a warm inviting atmosphere. The spa services were exceptional, offering a range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed especially the jacuzzi . We also had a walk around the cliff and took some amazing pictures. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and I would highly recommend The Cliff Hotel and Spa to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Used to visit here regularly years ago but it’s a good distance from where we live so haven’t visited in a while but so glad we did this evening! Lovely atmosphere, friendly helpful staff and the meals were fantastic! Can’t wait for our next visit, well worth the trip!

Food was lovely as was the pub and the staff.cant fault it.my only gripe is the pub allowing dogs at the tables while you're trying to eat and all you can hear is barking..I'm a dog lover but I don't agree with dogs in a pub where people are eating and relaxing.

Lovely venue. Excellent service. Food was not the usual, typical menu. The chef was creative and the food was very tasty
