Saffron Kitchen in Torfaen

We ordered Gosht Katta, Chicken Korai, mushroom rice, chilli naan and the usual sides, pickles. Everything was hot and fresh. One of the tastiest meals we’ve had in years. Saffron Kitchen has got the spicing spot on. The meats in the curries weren’t bits, but proper juicy chunks. Definitely won’t be trying anywhere else in the future. Thank you.

This was a large order for a busy shift in work ,and it was absolutely stunning!! The lady who took the order on the phone was so helpful and patient which really helped when placing a large order, the food arrived on time ,and was absolutely fantastic, every item was superb and I would highly recommend this takeaway and we will definitely be ordering again Thanks maternity ward GUH

We are as an asian family who are very experienced foodies particularly in this type of cuisine with very high standards. We only rate less than 10% of eateries worth a visit. Saffron Kitchen is easily hands down one of the best we’ve visited within this area. Good customer service, varied menu, generous food was all super fresh, ingredients well sourced and dishes brilliantly prepared by the excellent chef. His passion, effort and pride definitely shows. 5 stars. The competition don’t even come close. After being disappointed by so many other places this is surely our go to Indian in this area now. Probably the best Indian takeaway I have had for a long time. I ordered a chicken biryani with masala sauce and a keema naan. The rice and chicken was great the sauce perfect not watery like some and the keema meat was evenly spread in the naan this doesn’t happen often. Will definitely be ordering again.

This takeaway restaurant provides authentic, aromatic and truly delicious Indian cuisine at great prices. I've ordered from Saffron Kitchen a number of times since there opening earlier this year and have yet to be disappointed! The team are friendly and knowledgeable! if you like to explore the tastes available at restaurants I would suggest asking for recommendations from the staff. The food is always piping hot and well presented in easy and disposable packaging. The items are generously portioned and great value for money. My typical order has forever been an unquenchable itch to find that HOT HOT HOT curry that delivers on flavour and spice... In finding Saffron Kitchen I have been able to experiment with a selection of their hottest curries and I'm excited to say my spice itch has been quenched! If you like a spicy curry, you should check out their Naga! I normally collect my order as I believe that connecting with your favourite takeaway is important. But delivery times are normally great (depending of course on how busy the restaurant is) and the food is always as well presented as you'd expect. Thank you Saffron Kitchen for the delicious meals so far, I hope to enjoy many more in the future!
