Lovely little cafe off the main street. After a wander round the antique shop we stopped in for a quick bite. Possibly the nicest bacon bap I’ve ever had. The most simplest thing done really well. Coffee and teas were great as well. They had lots of nice looking cakes though didn’t sample any. Importantly it’s dog friendly.

This fantastic cafe and coffee shop is next door to the Malthouse antiques centre in Narbeth. After wandering around this Aladins cave of a shop you can they treat yourself to coffee, cakes or a meal at this great cafe. There was plenty of gluten free options for my wife ,which is not always the case. She gets fed up of only having chocolate brownie as teb gluten free option. But not here, the gf carrot cake was light and fluffy and Very Tasty.

Took a stroll around Narbeth, and this was one place we hadn’t tried before and SO glad we stopped for our coffee and cake here. Very friendly team, lovely atmosphere and really good quality and choice of cakes, snacks and areas to sit. Love the look and feel - really homely.

The food, staff, location, atmosphere were all lovely but really let down by very very slow service. 15 mins for hot drinks to arrive for table of 4. 45 mins for breakfasts.

Easily the nicest cafe I have frequented in this area of Pembrokeshire. The food is prepared and baked fresh the same morning/night before, and is criminally underpriced! The cafe itself owes a vast majority of its interior decor to the sister building 30 yards down the road- Malthouse Antiques, and as such is beautiful in every corner- with small oddities, local artwork, and gorgeous plant life at every glance. Outside, they share a jaw dropping (especially in the warm summer) flower garden, maintained by the nearby Golden Sheaf gallery, wherein you’re free to sit, eat and drink, and explore. It’s in my opinion the best kept secret in Narberth. The menu is refreshed seasonally and very fluid throughout the year, with a shockingly vast offering of Veggie, Vegan, and Gluten-Free options spanning the entire menu (including the cakes)! The staff are very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable regarding the area, and have always offered me appreciated suggestions regarding the best spots around Pembrokeshire. If you can’t tell, I cannot recommend the Malthouse Cafe enough, and if you find yourself in this small market town, give them a visit and be blown away yourself.

This is a lovely café nicely situated next to an antique shop couldn’t fault the service or the coffee , didn’t try the cakes but they looked good however just a small gripe I see you have titled your food ethos as healthy that’s great but your menu suggests that only vegetarian/ vegan is healthy a bit presumptuous , I find it amusing when I read of protests when cafes don’t offer those alternatives but never the other way around

On a rainy day in Narberth, my family and I planned to visit our favourite antique centres. Before embarking on our adventure, we decided to stop by the Malthouse cafe, which was recommended by several shops in the area. Upon arriving, we were immediately impressed by the cafe's unique decor, featuring upcycled wall cladding and a bike hanging from the ceiling. We found a cosy corner against the recycled doors and an art deco circular Lloyd Loom cupboard and ordered Americanos with oat milk on the side. As we waited for our food, we browsed through the cafe's selection of magazines. Though we didn't find anything to purchase this time around, during our last visit, I had stumbled upon an old copy of one of my favourite quarterly magazines which I did buy... Our vegan sausage rolls arrived shortly after, accompanied by a pleasant salad. My wife's frangipani was generously portioned, and we were pleased to find that the coffee was perfectly brewed. Overall, the Malthouse cafe was a great start to our day in Narberth. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the cafe's commitment to eco-friendliness was evident in its well-crafted decor. We look forward to returning to the Malthouse cafe on future visits to the area.

I absolutely loved the fun layout of this quirky cafe - both inside, and out in the garden. The food looked amazing too. We only popped in for coffee - and I was all ready to give a five star review. However the service was excruciatingly slow - I had long since finished my coffee (which was slow to arrive) when my husband’s cappuccino was finally served. We were not the only ones wondering were our orders had got to ... and it was no where near lunchtime. Shame, as a real gem otherwise.

Interesting layout with indoor and also gardens. Food was freshly made, and on a very busy day the staff were helpful and cheerful. Good range of choices. The leek and potato soup was delivious with cheese and bread and my aunt had a very good Greek salad which was full of flavour. Would definitely revisit.

I love this place ever since it opened in July. I spoke to the lady owner/manager as the cafe was nearing completion just before opening that I thought it would be a great success and it is Not on the main street, just behind and near the Malthouse Antiques Emporium. Staff are very friendly, the coffee excellent. Inside, it a lovely rustic, quirky mix that is simple, but, works well. Outside seating in an open and a walled garden where one can sit and relax eat and drink is an oasis far away from the busy main road, yet very short distance from it. I wish the lady and staff great success. I have become a regular.....love it.

Fantastic coffee in a convivial setting. We went in here because where we had intended to go was shut. What a happy accident! The coffee here is absolutely brilliant. Thank you!

I love this place. It's so small but so cute. There are some tables at the back, we had lots of fun playing with the travel trivia cards on the table! The coffee is lovely and staff are very friendly. It's a hidden gem!

Not much to say other than this place does delicious ice cream, set in a traditional farm environment. The cows on the farm provide all the milk for the ice cream and it is all made in house. Well worth a visit. I'd post a picture of our ice creams but we were all too eager to eat them to take photos. It was so delicious that we went out of our way to visit a second time on the last day of our holiday!
