By far the best fish and chips we've ever had in the UK. The ice cream is also excellent. Nice and friendly staff too.

Lovely location! Food was average but expensive. Staff provided poor service and were quite frankly rude. They seemed quite affronted by having to speak to anyone. And this made it an over all poor experience and we won’t be returning.

Apparently the coffee was good. I usually have issues with the word "hot" in hot chocolate but today the problem was "chocolate ". This was watery milky drink with a hint of chocolate only. I'm sure we have had much better here previously.

We eat here a lot! The burgers are always delicious and we love the rosemary salted fries and Asian slaw. Last night we hired Upper Mews for a private birthday function and it was a brilliant venue - ideal for 40-50 guests 👌Thanks guys!

We chose the bench based off recommendations for good vegan ice cream. Initially we were disappointed that vanilla was the only vegan ice cream flavour that day (not usually the case, and there was also raspberry sorbet) - until we tasted it! Genuinely the best we've ever had!! 100% recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed! Food was great and had a good atmosphere. Would recommend the platter for two!

Sue’s Gluten Free cakes are stunning! I’m currently tucking into a slice of gf lemon cake and it’s delicious, Sue is lovely too. The lemon & Blueberry, coffee and cherry bakewell are all just fabulous ❤️❤️

No menu to choose your food from so had to ask someone in the queue. Bacon and sausage roll very crispy. Chocolate brownie was yummy. Expensive

Nice quiet place for a few drinks

Freshness from their butchery and fishermen supplies to their shop/restaurant and cooked on their own premises! What more can you ask for? Absolutely unique because of the owners knowledge of his product and cooking direct accordingly! Wish there were more butchers/fishmongers cooking their products onsight in this country. When we left there was the brightest rainbow and I'm sure one end was into the Rib & Oyster premises (rightly so).

So nice , ordered soup which came with savoury Welsh cakes ( cheese and leeks) we are gluten free so expected flabby gf bread , but the cook griddled two gf Welsh cakes for us! Home made soup and Welsh cakes what a treat. Could have wider choice of gf cakes but excellent coffee in beautiful refectory in lovely St David’s. Not haut cuisine but really good cafe hence the 5 stars.

This review is based on my visit back in January, I haven’t returned since and don't plan on doing so. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Service felt disorganised and inattentive, the staff seemed disengaged, and there was very little communication. Our food arrived extremely late, with no updates or apologies along the way, which made the whole visit feel frustrating and poorly managed. The only real positive was a bartender named Matty. He was polite, efficient, and made excellent cocktails. His friendly attitude and professionalism really stood out and made a noticeable difference to the evening. I had high hopes for the place, but based on that visit it fell short.

Nice coffees served in mugs while we played golf. The all day breakfast is VERY good but didn't have it this time
