As a family we were well served and the food was excellent. The kids loved the starters and pudding and to keep then amused they brought out some paper and pencils.
Wow, is all I can say about Billycan. The food was absolutely delicious. We had minimal wait, although it wasn't a busy time. The portions are plentiful & taste amazing. The staff are lovely & friendly. This has got to be the best place we have eaten in Tenby. It's in the centre of town so after a lazy day at the beach or day around the shops & sightseeing you can wander in & have a tasty meal.
One of the best meals we had in Wales! Almost did not get the chance to eat here as we didn't realise that Narberth is pretty much all closed on a Sunday.
So glad we opted for the seafood menu as we were craving a Sunday roast. Great fresh and local fish – we had the lemon sole from Swansea and seabass from Tenby. Highly recommend the warm loaf with laverbread butter!! The staff were so lovely too and part of the reason why we committed to eating there even though it didn't quite fit our plans.
My one observation was that the front of the pub had a great atmosphere but further inside seemed less cosy.
Booked in lat night for four night stay. Hotel has exceeded my expectation. As a disabled solo traveller I need a little help. Staff have gone the extra mile the restaurant meal was amazing.
My wife and I first visited this wonderful little Italian restaurant in November 2024 on our first visit to Tenby on a wet and windy night after a family event and it was a place of great joy.We decided that we wanted to return when the weather was better. We picked this week in May 2025 at random and as it turned out lovely weather.Tenby offers lots of places to eat and you would never go hungry however lots of places offer the normal suspects,Burgers, chips, pizza etc.We ended eating here for three of our evenings and it was wonderful.Outstanding food and great service.I know that this review might sound over the top but you do not have to believe me,just give it a go and remember to book.
Great club overlooking the harbour drinks where reasonable prices and great views from the terrace .
The inside was clean an well maintained service was good and you can get drinks in plastic cups to take out to the benches on the harbour

Despite being frequent visitors to Newport we had never visited here before. I imagined it was a large canteen style place for some reason. We were looking for somewhere for lunch today and the smell coming from here welcomed us in. Inside it is a small, friendly and warm cafe with really lovely painting on the wall. I ordered meat balls and my partner the curry. Both were stunning, filling and I had lots of extra veg and salad with mine. I’m sad now it’s taken me so long to discover and can’t wait to revisit next time we come to Newport. The prices are not low but you can tell the food is home made, tastes amazing and has the best quality ingredients which felt well worth paying for.
Soooo disappointing - we have been coming here for years on our regular
Holidays and been telling friends over the years how truly wonderful it was - stand out dishes which we have tried to replicate - but now - so average . It would seem they have decided their money is in fish and chips and they do that well - but oh for their old menu fish stews or sea bass with hints of vanilla and tomato sauces - what a shame . Just become a generic eating place ..
