Cute little cafe/restaurant. We went there for breakfast and thought it was great. Highly recommended, despite the small but nice menu.

My friend and I found this tiny place by accident, and had coffee, and bacon and eggs on toast. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food is excellent and the coffee top notch. There's a very homey vibe to the whole place, and we'll certainly be back. Thank you all for a lovely morning!

Ok this is quite literally the best place in Pembrokeshire to eat, drink coffee and be happy! The warmest welcome, home cooked food from home reared and grown food! What’s not to love! The guys serve the most delicious menu of cooked curries, soup, salad etc plus delicious baked goods with the best Welsh coffee! We have been visiting and eating here for maybe the last 5 years and every guests we ever share it with raves about the food! Try the Thai curries! They are quite literally the best on the planet! Thank you for being consistently superb and adding such delicious flare to Newport! We love you guys

Dropped in on a whim on a dank, wet Welsh Thursday. Daal was absolutely delicious, as were the bacon and egg baps. Cosy, interesting, a little hidden gem.

Pwnc has a lovely homely feel, food is great, drinks are great, not as noisy as other cafés due to it's size.

Fabulous food, all made that morning and outstanding bread. This is now my favourite place for lunch in West Wales. The warmest, friendliest atmosphere. Not to be missed. (We bought food to go as it was so good).

Nice oat milk lattes and toast. Nice atmosphere though I found it a bit cramped but it is small. I usually don't take sugar but avoid artificial sweeteners and use natural sweeteners such as Xylitol but they didn't seem to have natural sweeteners but most cafes don't yet have these. Overall nice and friendly and a cosy place. Thank you.

A wonderful coffee shop tucked in the back, filled with soul and character, from the fresco on the wall, the log burner, great music and a wholesome atmosphere. The food is brilliant the best bacon bap in town. Bacon crisp and good quality and the bapp... Soft like a pillow but crispy 👌 coffee well executed with a technical hand using good coal town coffee. I would recommend PWNC Cafe.

OMG! Such delicious food ! What happened when 3 omnivores and a vegan went to the Pwnc cafe? We nearly all died and went to heaven ! Chicken curry , a ghoulash ( close to Halloween !) and a coconut and lentil Dahl were totally yummy. Plus our large dog was greeted with open arms and a cuddle ( dog owners really appreciate that !) we were also given a free cake to share when we left …. Which I didn’t ! 🤭 ( btw if you’re from over the border , it’s pronounced Punk !)

A place with a warm welcome and wonderful food. We dropped by for coffee and cake and were not disappointed. The cafe has an intimate format with a cosy feeling. The coffee was excellent (we had Americano, Flat White and Latte) and the cakes full of taste and flavour. Comes recommended.

Was lured in by the promise of dahl, but was one person too late, unfortunately. However I settled for a quiche and salad which was utterly divine, quite the best meal I’ve had for a very long time. I will definitely be back!

Sweet and friendly cafe with a small but delicious breakfast/brunch menu. Clearly important to locals too - lovely staff seemed to know most of the customers. Good gluten free options. My mushrooms on toast were flavoured perfectly.

Really good coffee, great service

This is a gem! We popped in to grab a coffee to go, we've missed them a few times so we're glad to get in. The specials board had a take on a banh mi sandwich so of course I ordered it and I was not disappointed, but I'll get to that. We both ordered lattes, they offer a single or double shot which is a nice touch. These were excellent, so many places offer lattes that are overly milky or sometimes arrive lukewarm. Not so at Ffynnon. These were produced promptly, produced hot, and with that lovely gooey hot frothed milk. My enjoyment of this excellent coffee was interrupted though by the arrival of my roast pork roll. This was an excellent sandwich. A really good sandwich that deserves a regular spot on their menu. The bread roll (I'm noticing a pattern here in West Pembrokeshire) was awesome, crisp and crunchy yet wonderfully soft inside, soaking up all the juices from the roast pork. The vegetables were crunchy and flavourful and played beautifully with the intricate spices of the pork. Yes I really enjoyed this sandwich, I devoured it. This is a great little coffee shop and the kitchen has some talent, so stop by and enjoy the décor inside or if the weather is good, the secret sun garden out the back. It's a delight and if you're going to Newport, you should make time to stop in. Definitely recommend it to others and I'll definitely be stopping by again!

I just stopped for a coffee but unfortunately you were too busy talking to your friend to serve or acknowledge me. Have lovely coffee at the beach instead.

Not that impressed really, was looking fwd to a big hearty breakfast after reading about this place - but the only real choice was a breakfast bap...but they didnt have any sausages! My friends had an egg and bacon bap and asked for tomato sauce which was squirted on for them! I Went with the homemade granola in the end which was delicious, but the added yoghurt and honey was minimal. All in all nice food but not what we were expecting - and the article also said there were bicycles hanging from the ceiling...but the cafe was rather stark as only 2 bicycles on the wall

Genuine tasty breakfast, all made on site. Great granola followed by blueberry friand. Yummy. Go!

After a long walk along the coastal path the welcome and food here were amazing!! Sorted us out ready for the long walk back! Would defo recommend.

Amazing cafe, great service and food was excellent. I'd gone sea swimming first thing and so the fire and hot food were magical. The bacon was thick slices, runny egg and the best he'd roll I've had in a long time, crispy, and tastwd so good. The staff were friendly and courteous, definitely gonna visit when I travel through again.

If you want the best food in this area of Wales then come here. We visited in first week of August 2021 - and were generally disappointed with the cafes / restaurants. They do a daily specials board and the Thai chicken curry is simply the best Thai curry I have tasted in this country, thailand or NZ in the last 5 years. Simply perfect. Menu is limited but all home made and includes vegan options. Dogs are welcome. Parking can be made in the nearby public carpark.

Lockdown Takeaway Lunches!! We shared the Ski Sunday Schnitzel plate and the Superfood Salad plate, oh my god the flavours! The fudge brownie just melted in the mouth... Jana and Rhiannon are both experienced and talented cooks, that is obvious. We are so lucky to have Pwnc nearby! Just had another take out lunch, fresh, seasonal and absolutely delicious!!!

Wish we could give this place 6 stars. Amazing food, lovely garden, dog friendly and great coffee! Staff are lovely too. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Really loved this cafe! My wife and I visited on our honeymoon a few weeks ago right at the end of our holiday unfortunately otherwise we’d have gone in everyday! The coffee and cake were really nice, the staff were really friendly and had great music and bikes! Perfect! If I ever opened a cafe I’d definitely model it on this place! We will definitely visit again next time we’re down from the Peak. To top this off, a few weeks later I was trying to find a birthday present I’d bought for my mum and looked everywhere. I emailed the cafe just on the off chance I’d left it there and sure enough I had! They’d kept hold of it and with no hesitation they posted it back to me! So nice of them to do that and just makes me want to go back even more! Cheers Jana and James 😃 Oh, forgot to mention there’s a climbing wall in there too! 🤙

Tasty home-made food - we went lunchtime. Have vegan / veggie options. Staff efficient. A bit cramped but cosy out of the rain.

Lovely place- I had the poached egg on sourdough toast; it was so nice I had to have it twice. Not bad price for the quality of the food, lovely environment and has a garden which is always a bonus- would definitely recommend, 9/10

Bike ride breakfast stop ! The breakfast sandwiches were amazing. There is a really nice selection of sweets to choose from to go with their great coffee. Definitely recommend here for your cake stop.

Brilliant. Popped in for coffee before driving back to Wiltshire. And very good coffee it was.
