Came for brekkie. Overall was OK but to be honest, for the money, I have had much better ingredients, in particular the sausage was disappointing Service OK, but no menus were available so had to look online through QR code.. I may be old, but I still believe that a menu would be the best way to go!

Great breakfast cafe. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Often busy, especially on a Friday when all the workmen come in for their weekly breakfast. That fact alone is the best recommendation.

What a fabulous cafe this is very clean and very reasonable prices the food is always fresh from a bacon roll to the full English plus other meals available but there breakfasts are absolutely perfect from the smallest of apitites to the hunger buster albatross always fresh piping hot good coffee too give them a go and then you can go try your hand on the ⛳ golf range

Always been a brilliant café, especially for a breakfast. Been improved gradually over time and the service and food are excellent. The golf bit has been improved too and it's quite cool watching the driving range with the scenic background while enjoying an Eagle breakfast! Great value too!

Food at caddies is brilliant, staff are friendly and there's good service, the reason for only 3 stars is that this morning, I went in for breakfast but I don't like black pudding or fried bread so I asked could I swap the fried bread to toast firstly, to which I was told "no" as they use a different bread for toast and it costs more!???🤔🤣 I then asked if I just leave the black pudding off can they take it off the price then as I'm not having anything to replace it to which I was told "no" !??? So with 1 hand they we saying that toast costs more than fried bread so therefore couldn't change it all because costs are going up etc and then on the other hand when I don't want to pay for something I'm not having (black pudding) ... because don't forget "the cost of everything has gone up".... they won't deduct the cost of black pudding off the bill nor will they change it for you so i end up paying for something im not having!? So how does that work? This annoyed me to be honest because its got to work both ways and that's the reason for not giving 5 stars (plus the cost of stars have gone up so have to be careful how many I give 🙄).

Amazing breakfast, great prices and friendly efficient service. Accommodating to kids which is amazing, and also next to a very good farm shop. After breakfast you can work off the bacon buying a bucket of golf balls and having fun! Loved the Eagle Breafast.

Have gotta say I was well pleased when my hubby and son took me here. I'm gluten-free and always have trouble working out what I can eat in some places. Imagine my surprise when looking at menu and gluten-free breakfast pops up. I was so chuffed. The breakfasts all arrived, and you wouldn't have known from the look and the taste of my bfast that it was gluten-free.. thank you caddies for including gluten, as so many other places are catering just normal, vegetarian, or vegan meals. Vegetarian & vegan are choices people make to be, but when you gluten-free you don't have a choice..

AMAZING! Came here for breakfast today and it was lovely! The cheff had cooked everything to apsolute perfection! We orderd a bit to much and left waddling but the food really was fantastic! Staff were lovely and the cheff clearly knows food!!! Highly recomend 🙌

Fantastic food at great prices. I love the avocado breakfast, apart from freezing cold avocado that makes the eggs, bacon and toast cold. It would be great if it was warmed up to room temperature. Breakfast Burger is delicious with a lovely fresh floury bun. Highly recommended the faggots and gravy. I've had many breakfasts here over the years and never been disappointed.

Little gem of a cafe. I have to say, I'm being a little harsh with an overall 4 star. For me, the only thing letting the breakfast down was the quality of the sausages. Now, on the flip side, that's not to say that they were bad... but they were your standard Richmond/Walls jobbers. Rather than a proper butchers style sausage. I'd also have to mention that the price was extremely good.. so still excellent. Other than that, it was easy to find, plenty of parking, polite cheerful staff, plenty ot tables, food came quickly and all cooked to a good standard, even the eggs! Where, for me, most places get it wrong. Best thing about this place - the price. The breakfast I had (The Eagle) would have cost £2-5 more in most other cafes I've been to. So excellent value. Overall, an EXCELLENT breakfast venue. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. So far (for me), the best breakfast cafe in West Wales. Actually.. I think it is worthy of 5*...

I don't use the cafe. Just for the driving Range. But the Reception you get is second to none very friendly and always up for a chat. Cafe was full so to me that is a good sign that uts a good cafe.

Nicely presented little cafe with great view of golfing green. (Not that I'm a golfer, so haven't a clue of the correct terminology.) Appeared clean, with friendly staff, though seemed to be struggling staff wise. Some very young members of staff. Cooked breakfast was good, though felt it was more towards the budget end of ingredients but full cooked breakfast inlcl milky coffee for £6.50 these days is very reasonable. Great tummy filler 😊

Food is always lovely but the cutlery is pretty grim, had to go up and change our forks because they still had grime in them, in the 'clean' cutlery pots, a lot of them were pretty grubby, definitely put me off

Ehat can i say that hasnt already been said????? This isnt the first time I've been to caddies, and it certainly won't be the last! It's a good quality greasy spoon cafe with a great atmosphere and a driving range..... what more is there to say?! It's clean. The staff are friendly. The clientele are many and varied. It's family friendly BUT the language from some of the customers can be colourful but is usually OK. Be prepared to wait at peak times.

Ordered 4 x eagle breakfasts for collection. One breakfast had no sausages at all. One had 1 sausage. Wont be using again as i now have to work the rest of the day with a very hungry work collegue.

Breakfast is really reasonable, paid £6.50 for avocado and eggs on toast. Coffee is also cheap, but the cappuccino is pretty poor. Would definitely come again, but would opt for a tea instead.

Really polite staff, quality food and the prices are really affordable, impressed with my visit there and I’ll definitely be returning.

Have been going to caddies for over 7 years. Celebrating birthdays or just a quick family get together. After the appalling treatment of my mam, I will not be recommending any more to friends and family. Basic lack of compassion and understanding on top of disrespecting a member of the church. It's a step too far

My mother and family members attended today for what they hoped would be an enjoyable meal. Ohh how mistaken they were the service leaves alot to be desired they ordered their food as always with seperate payments only for one meal to not arrive when staff were asked about the missing meal my mother was accused of trying to steal food. despite showing the staff member the amounts paid on their banking apps, the staff member remained obtuse and stated that she would check the cctv which was fine. the other meal did eventually turn up but after everyone else had almost finished their meals. After which my mother asked had the cctv been checked. and was told bluntly no. Phone number left with the proprietor so that the issue can be resolved after cctv check alas no phone call and no apology for the embarrassment of accusing a deacon of a local church of theft in front of a busy cafe If I could leave zero stars I would Please focus on a training session or two for your staff on basic customer service and how to run your checks

I have been going every Friday for breakfast and can't say a bad word about the place.

My mother-in-law said to try it out. So she took us here. Initially I didn't want to go in, it was so loud, literally couldn't hear anything but noise from people talking and laughing. Really close quarters in there too. But I'm glad I stayed to have food. I had sausage bacon and egg and they were delicious. Bacon, good, sausage, good, egg, good. Milkshake, good. Good staff too, they were very busy though.

Visited caddies the other day very busy but service was still excellent and the quality of food not compromised at all. With covid still lingering over us it’s nice to see a business with many precautions in place to protect its customers well worth a visit

We were staying with friends in Haverford West and they took us to Caddies, Mayfield, Haverford West a Cafe with a Golf Range to the rear for Sunday Breakfast. It seemed this place was a local institution as it was bursting with customers most tucking into a Full Breakfast though there were other options available. There were family groups including what looked like a birthday breakfast for a ‘little princess’ dressed in a pink Fairy costume (or perhaps it was a Bridesmaids dress) either way it including a diamond studded Tiara which you dont often see in a Cafe? Other customers weren’t quite so well dressed. They offer a range of different breakfast with the Albatross being the biggest and baddest. 4 sausages, 4 bacon, 3 hash brans, 2 fried eggs, 2 fried bread, 2 black pudding, baked beans, mushrooms and toast. (It doesn’t say on the menu just how much toast is provide) We had a table reserved which was a good thing as the staff were obviously over stretched. When we sat at the table the sleeves of my shirt stuck to the table. The surface was so sticky the place mats were impossible to remove and the sauce bottles were held in place as if by Super glue. There was a lot of noise amplified by the construction of the building which gave everything a tinny sound. The menu looked good and I was excited to see it was also very cheap with the small breakfast (The Birdie) at £5, the medium (The Eagle) at £6.95 and the monster (Albatross) at £9.95. All Golf themed. All included Tea or Coffee which saves at least a quid a meal. We had to go up to the counter to order and there was a queue. The lady taking the orders behind some sort of screen was also making and serving the teas and coffees and taking the money. This was clearly a bad business decision as it took far too long and prone to mistakes (one of our drinks had to go back) and it was a Health and Safety disaster waiting to happen. However, we eventually gave our order and paid. It was then a case of waiting though we did have our drinks to keep us going and we could watch the punters trying to hit their golf balls out side of the window. Sadly there wasn't anywhere on the table to put our waste so the litter from our drinks had no home and inevitably ended up stuck to the table. When the food came it looked good though they had fallen into the trap of piling everything on the same plate which isn’t a great idea. Luckily the toast had been placed on the other side of the plate from the baked beans so it didn’t get soggy but the egg was buried. I did eat my two 1/4 slices of Fried Bread which i dont usually do and I really enjoyed it though the calorie count will be colossal. In summary this was a good place for breakfast as long as you dont want a long leisurely brunch with ‘good conversation’. It was almost impossible to hear anything for the back ground noise. But it was comfortable and relatively cheap. Service was ‘Ok’ but the staff were clearly rushed and they had little time to engage with customers. If I had been out all night and needed a 'full fat boys' to soak up the alcohol Caddies would be a perfect choice.

Overall a really good breakfast. Looking through the window onto the driving range. Delicious coffee, and all the ingredients for the breakfast were of good quality, the sausages were a lite bit under browned but still tasted good, egg cooked perfectly, the baked beans weren't swimming in sauce but were really nicely reduced down. The one lady working did her job very well, the cafe was spotless, the meals all came out hot and nothing was too much trouble. We'll definitely be back.

Used to be a great place been many times, but unfortunately last visit was really poor. Food missing off plates and eventually sorted after chase up, bought bottled water but given tape which is perfecly fine and they did eventually refund. Main thing though was that the fry up didn't taste off anything other than the black pudding which tasted dreadful. I may visit again one day as they may have had an off day but won't be rushing back, unfortunately a great loss to the area.

Great breakfast, various sizes to choose from at reasonable prices and a brunch option with chips as well. Very good standard of hygiene, prompt service and clean generally throughout. Would definitely visit again. Also a nice farm shop next door with very good local produce, meat and veg.

A vast improvement in my opinion on the Caddies of old. £10 for tea, toast, and a breakfast few can finish is a pretty awesome price and a hell of a hangover cure. The only thing that slightly holds it back for me is the quality of the sausages. They were fine, but not the best.
