Best doughnuts, beautiful beach, great sandwiches! Love Crwst and love Crwst Poppit just as much ❤️

We went to Cardigan bay holiday park for a weeks holiday. The beach was a short walk to the beach. Went into the cafe on the first afternoon. Coffee was good, cakes fantastic. Walk there twice every day that week. Good value excellent food. And the dog was welcome

Cracking food. We had the chicken and bacon roll absolutely lovely. And a flat white. Followed by tw Cracking sausage rolls.

Very nice beachside cafe. They even had some vegetarian wraps. Plenty of space to eat inside or out. Friendly chaps serving.

Went back a second time just for the cakes! Staff work efficiently and are polite and friendly. Nice coffee and a good choice of cold drinks. Ice cream was nice and all items very reasonably priced, especially considering the prime location.

Some of the food is OK.. the breakfast roll is so greasy that it made me feel sick.. But the custard tart was really nice. Staff are very friendly. In high season, they run out of stuff very quickly. Also, the price for food is a bit expensive for what it is.

So much better than your average seaside cafe.

Blown away by the service we received today. My daughter has coeliac disease, and the team went out of their way to make it possible for her to actually have an ice-cream. They opened a new ice cream tub just for her. Having coeliac disease makes eating out tricky! We're very grateful that my daughter was able to join the whole family in having an ice cream at the beach and I'm grateful that I wasn't made to feel like a pushy & over the top parent for chatting through all the needs of avoiding cross contamination! Many thanks to the team

A bit disappointed this evening that my 10 year old daughter queued for an ice cream on the side booth, only to reach the front and to be told that is was closing. Surely would of only taken a minute to serve her 🙄

A quick snack before going to the beach

We loved this place. I feel like it makes other beach cafes look bad. A lot of beach places can be real overpriced and this place wasn’t at all. We had donuts and food and both were really delicious. We even went back the next day to get some more donuts. Coffees were great too and the hot chocolate. The ginger beer was not good but that’s fine. It would be great if they delivered donuts because I can’t stress enough how good these donuts are. I feel they’re what crosstown wanted to hit and missed and I think it was only £2.50 a donut which is a good price. If I didn’t live 3 hours away I would go every day.

Had a lovely visit to Poppit Sands, and finished it off with some ice cream and coffee! Eleanor provided a great customer service, and served us with a smile and jolly welcome which was very sweet! Lovely little cafe to get some food and drinks, although the indoor seating area is a little small, there are benches outside 😊

Thank you for offering so many vegan options, thoroughly enjoyed my lunch, drinks, cake and ice cream today and last week. Will call more often now. Very reasonably priced, too. Edit: under new owners now (been for a while), very expensive and not many vegan options. The falafel roll was okay, the doughnut really nice but neither so outstanding that I'd pay the price again.

Good snacks after a walk on the beach. Cheese & ham toasty and a salted caramel doughnut.

We ate here two days in a row after a lovely dog walk on the beach. We had to come back the second time after we had their amazing cheese and ham toasties on foccacia bread the day before. They were crazy good! I've never seen anywhere make toasties using foccacia bread and now I've had them, I'm spoilt for any normal toasties! They are incredible. We also had a cinnamon swirl on one day and then the pecan swirl the next day. Both times with large lattes. Great place, great food and lovely people making it an overall brilliant experience. 10/10 for us!

What an absolute gem of a cafe!! Absolutely fabulous toasted sandwiches and the maple and pecan buns are out of this world, definitely worth a visit.

we went for a beach walk and refreshments on new year's eve and it was extremly busy in the cafe about 1pm. The staff were working as a fantastic team and kept food and drink coming at an amazing rate while being very pleasant and polite!! Well done team crwst!! Happy New Year! More indoor seating would be good but space is an issue!

Ordered 2 coffees. The server handled the disposable cups by putting his fingers inside them and thumb on the outside. Not very hygienic and as he was doing this in front of a queue of people it DID NOT LOOK GOOD. Ie bad practice and a poor image for the business. I told the server this and he called another server over and upon trying to tell him this and that it was unhygienic and looked bad he literally squared up to me, denied they were doing anything wrong and would NOT accept it was unhygienic and looked bad. I am aghast. Others agreed with me. All they had to do was agree and say they would bring their training and practices up to standard, which it clearly is not. The shame is that another server was taking great pains to place cake, etc in a bag with tongues thus showing the need to avoid touching food and contact surfaces with bare hands. I am absolutely stunned by their attitude and response. I was only trying to help a business by pointing out an area of BAD practice. Some of the staff have clear issues.

Worth a visit if youre on poppit sands for great coffee and epic sausage roll,not much room to sit inside but plenty of benches and tables outside,ideal for after beach walk

The best ice cream ever!! Try the peanut butter and fudge, you will not be disappointed, goes all the way down to the bottom of the cone! And it’s vegan friendly

Prime location Cafe. The cheese & Bacon Toastie was lovely, but massively overpriced. The Latte Coffee (£3.00) was fine & the Iced Pecan & Syrup Twirls are superb, but again, very much overpriced. The young staff were attentive, polite and efficient, but there was no atmosphere. For a Saturday in July, this place should be buzzing. Would not use again, as prices are well overinflated, but the food is very good.

Great coffee. Great pastries. The 3 young men working there were an efficient and a friendly dream team. Loads of picnic benches outside. Only a couple of tables inside though. Dog friendly.

Cute spot. Had a stuffed donut and an oat milk latte. Both were quality. Very dog friendly area, too (and dog toys on offer along with some beach related goods)!

Outstanding service and terrific options for drinks and snacks. Called in over the BH weekend halfway through our walk for coffee and a savoury snack. Coffees excellent and served properly hot. The Perl wen cheese toastie was a triumph I asked where the Portuguese custard tarts were supplied from to be told it was Crwst’s own bakery in Aberteifi. We had a brief chat about these as a friend bakes them and the tradition of family recipes is quite like our Welsh tradition for baking pice ar y mae’n (Welsh cakes/bake stones). I was delighted and surprised that I had been given one with our savouries - furthermore it was OUTSTANDING and the best such pastry I’ve eaten in many years. Diolch yn fawr, Crwst, a daliwch ati! Thanks very much, Crwst and keep at it!

Had coffee and ice-cream. Ice-cream delicious coffee was OK. Nice setting, just off the beach near the car park.

Took the dog on the sands for a walk, then popped in for a quick exspresso.

Cakes and coffee is lovely however sandwiches and icecream are slightly expensive, however all home made with local ingredients . Staff are friendly Cinnamon swirls are incredible

Absolutely fantastic little spot. Popped in after a very soggy dog walk on the beach. Had one of the best ham and cheese toasties I've had for a very long time! Topped off with a brownie and a brew. Friendly and fantastic service. Surrounded by good parking and toilet facilities. Plenty of dog bowls around to hydrate your K9 companion after being on the beach.

Had a cheese & onion sandwich, made with brie, caramelised onion on toasted sourdough, absolutely delicious.

A lovely little cafe just off Poppit Sands with attentive and friendly staff. A great selection of hot drinks, but felt the selection of sandwiches and cakes available to accompany the drinks were limited. Would definately revisit the next time we're in the area.

Great cafe. Love the pecan maple danish. Shame there isn't more indoor seating for cold days but we love this place no matter what.

Brief visit to the cafe, it's a beautiful little place and staff were super friendly. Found it a little expensive and didn't end up getting food there although portion sizes looked pretty good and rolls etc were well filled. I had a small coffee and boy it was small! It cost £3.20 and tbh definitely not worth the money, soft drinks are also pretty expensive and you have to pay for parking.

Such an amazing little coffee shop with an amazing location. The vegan sandwich and the vegan cakes are absolutely lush. Really need to try the vegan hot chocolate. Dog friendly place as well. Great staff. A must go place.

Very nice clean establishment only had takeout drinks but what we could see the food looked OK now the bad bit you lost a star for your awful tea it's like dish water sorry 😞

This review is based on the peanut butter fudge ice cream only. It was the best ice cream I have ever had, EVER! I am a massive peanut / nut fan and the UK doesn't do peanut butter products like they do in America. Over there peanut butter is everywhere, so I was happy to see this ice cream on the menu. It tasted amazing. Everyone else in my group were happy with their flavours too.

Love this place. Had vegan gluten free roll and an oatmilk latte on the Sunday of Aug bank holiday. We had been everywhere trying to get lunch but everywhere was rammed. Just stopped off here and picked up lunch for 2 and ate at outside. It was perfect

Excellent sandwiches, cinnamon buns, coffee and ice cream as you’d except from Crwst. Only four stars as the outside of the restaurant smelt like decomposing human being. Would visit again.

Right next to beach and lifeguard station is this lovely cafe. Great coffee also sandwiches and lovely cakes. Dining inside and out. Next to car park as well

Nice little find for us, adjacent to a large car park and beautiful, dog friendly beach. Good selection of cakes, sandwiches and coffee etc.

The setting and the service were both fabulous. The coffee in my latte was full of flavour and served at a good temperature. Please consider having sugar free syrup options for addition to coffee options, also pouring cream to offer with Americanos, desserts, etc would be another consideration. Lots of artisan food options on sale, expensive but they did look like good quality.

The ploughman's roll I had was possibly the best roll I've ever tasted. I'm not a beetroot lover but the beetroot pickle was lovely. Worth another detour there soon.

Me and my fridn went to crwst for a nice food and drink there were flys climbing all over the food laying maggots and all that. We told the lady and she said they can't do anything about it, they had these shutters for the food so nothing could go on the food but weren't closing then we saw people buy the cookies and felt disgusted,
