Understaffed but the staff that were there worked hard, simply not enough. I could see meals ready for 5+ minutes just waiting for a server

We arrived on Friday afternoon about 4.30pm to be told the swimming pool was closed to kids under 18s at 6pm adults were aloud up to 9pm I was there with my son that is 14 years old nothing much for him to do of the 2 nights we stayed no entertainment for under 18s/16s Didn't get to use the pool / gym as this is included in the price The breakfast was very nice and plentiful

Very helpful receptionist when I booked on the phone. Clean room with all facilities needed. Reception staff all friendly when we went out each day.

Enjoyable waterside location; selection of drinks. would definitely recommend for group nights out. Enjoyable

Naga kebab is amazing! The meat is spiced and cooked in a wok, served in a naan bread with choice of salad and sauce.

The Chicken Makhani looks and tastes disgusting, the peshwari naan also isn't great either and we waited 2h for our food

We had many issues with our overnight stay at this hotel and have tried in vain to speak to someone who is even the slightest bit interested in our complaints. Promised call backs that never happen and generally a total disregard for what was a very disappointing visit. Serious damp around the windows. Not enough cups, tea bags or towels in room for 3. Bedside light not working. Surprisingly no telephone in the room to contact reception so each issue meant we had to physically go down. Breakfast buffet was low in food so it meant half could eat and the rest had to wait. Some of the staff definitely had ‘attitude’ and simply could not be bothered. No apologies just a case of like it or lump it.

More veggies are better and no sauces together with meal.

Booked for graduation, despite being 4 days before they cancelled my booking. Was really looking forward to it as i’ve heard good reviews from other people. However, there were structural issues that could not be avoided, due to them cancelling my booking and me paying a deposit to reserve the table they ensured i would get a refund made to the same account i paid from. With multiple calls made and no email to contact there is no response. Quite gutted as we were looking forward to it, however it should not be that difficult to refund the customers who paid in advance when they could not open.

Delicious fresh chips and all of the food is great here. Reasonable prices. Great sized portions .

Buffet breakfast. Most options available; asked the waitress for a poached egg, and this was done. Fast and efficient staff.
