One of the best hotels in Swansea, the service was great. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend to anyone.

Room was very cold the wind was blowing through the big gaps in the window

Room is dated and not as clean as you’d hope- need a deep clean and refresh stains on the walls and grubby corners. The windows don’t open Bedding and towels nice and clean, facilities overall good. However the service and staff are really lovely- stayed over Valentine’s Day and the rose was a cute surprise after a pleasant welcome at reception. Overall value for good location, you need to sort the ring go app before arrival to use the parking, Tesco express and beefeater attached

this place is absolutely beyond, I have never stepped foot in a more disgusting hotel room in my life, the room had a hint of raw fecel matter and the ceiling was covered in stains, my bed just didn’t exist and the toilet was clogged, I would probably come again

I felt discriminated against because of my type 2 diabetes, lady with pink hair would not allow me to bring my own breakfast to the restaurant, despite buying a drink - very disgusted.

Lovley staff having stayed multiple times with work. The food and meal deals are brilliant. Very welcoming indeed. Will definitely stay again when here with work.

We love staying here, it's good value and a great location for families. Lots of things to do and see in waking distance. The staff are really welcoming and the restaurant is nice, staff in the restaurant are helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great holiday!

nice location and the room was a good size but you could hear noises through the night

The rooms are way too hot aircon don't even work tidy the lowest it goes is 20 windows can't even be opened not very good to stay in,in the summer expecially if y9ur heavily pregnant coz you will not sleep unless u bring your own fan as they will not provide u with one

Reasonable room cost. Beds for the kids were like camping beds and not comfy. Room was very hot with no air con ( December). You have to pay £6 for 24hrs of parking. Very small TV.

Due to my parents accessibility issues, we were only a couple of doors away from the reception on the ground floor, so we were very happy with the booking and check-in process and the rooms. The stay we had was enjoyable and I would’ve given a 5-star review but it was marred, only for the fact that upon checking out, walking the few doors from our rooms to the reception, we were affronted with an LGBTQ+ member of staff within reception that chuckled when he saw us and commented ‘There you guys are, we were going to send a search party soon’, he said a couple more things towards what I presume was his cleaning crew, and proceeded to walk towards our rooms, and then smiled at us and wished us a good day. Bearing in mind we were so near reception and still 5 minutes within our time, as I checked my watch at that moment too, and we had never met this guy before in our lives, I was completely shocked by what had just happened, followed by immediate anger because not only were my parents with me, I also had a foreign visitor to tour the city overnight, during their very first visit to Wales. I didn’t want to spoil the mood further as I think my parents didn’t quite hear all that he said, other than the have a good day, and the foreign visitor didn’t understand the situation, but I felt it was extremely rude and embarrassing for me as I organised the stay, so all I did was watch him walk away. I don’t know if this LGBTQ+ guy is ableist or just thinks he’s “funny”, but I suggest in future staff should reconsider their passive aggressive behaviour to hotel clients. In your personal life you may think something is entertaining, but we’re not friends, we’re customers and you’re an employee, so you proceed on politely and we’ll do the same, and don’t open your mouth for anything else.

A great location right on the waterfront at the old docks in the now trendy area of SA1 with bars, restaurants and good views. Plenty of parking adjacent. Attached Beefeater is average. Had good sleep. WiFi signal inside the room terrible, it disconnected from my phone every few minutes even though I paid for Ultimate which was highly irritating. Even that was frustrating as it kept saying there was an error connecting to payment gateway so I had to get a code from reception each day.

Really nice stay. The only reason for not 5 stars is the car park. You have to stand in the rain and phone the automated line which takes forever, please install a card reader.

No complaints and lots of thanks to very welcoming and friendly staff. Lots of nearby parking, £6 for the day help make this an ideal overnight or short stay hotel in this lovely part of Swansea

The room was neat and tidy, the staff was friendly and gave our family a free box of Maltesers that we found in our room. My parents really liked the view from our window, we could see the bay.

This is my preferred hotel in Swansea as it's convenient for the town centre. I wasn't impressed by the Christmas music in the restaurant during my recent mid-October stay though!

It is a three star hotel, but it is very very basic. The location is nice, right at the waterfront and close to the city centre. No idea about service as I haven't seen anyone there - even for check in there is a self service machine now. They don't clean rooms, refill coffee trays or change towels on a daily basis now, and I think that's a disappointment. The bathroom was really dated and in desperate need of painting - there also was no fan to get the steam out?

Good old Premier Inn! Great value comfortable accomodation. Hearty breakfast and non-pretentious food. Great location too. But the hotel & rooms could do with a little tidying up here and there. Otherwise, a good recommendation.

Stayed here for work a couple if times. Great place to stay near centre with pubs & restaurants with a lovely walk in. Pity the view from my room was scaffold & the rubbish that the workers left behind.

Couldn’t fault the place! We had booked an AirB&B for Saturday & Sunday to attend a wedding on the Sunday but the listing was, shall we say, “not as advertised” Phoned PI at 6pm on the Saturday, spoke to Anna who, along with her colleague couldn't have been more helpful and understanding of our predicament. Offered to hold two rooms until we got there to check that they were suitable and even called round the others in Swansea in case they wasn’t. (They were BTW). Her positive and genuinely caring approach turned an impending disastrous weekend on its head! Oh, and the room was pretty good as well!

Location in within CBD so it was quiet but generally nice area. Short walk to ‘party’ central. The hotel was shroud with scaffold (children on the scaffold at late hours). Other than this Generally consistent with Premier Inn.

Nice location, good room alongside good breakfast. Close to a fairly great car park and a readily available Tesco express and some nice restaurants.

The food was really nice, wasn’t really waterfront view was there was scaffolding in the way, overall a lovely place. Lots of police around in every corner outside the hotel. There’s also a tesco right next to it. Before leaving me and my friend done this funny thing that looked like a body 😂. I recommend this hotel

Brilliant value for money! The scaffolding is a bit off putting - but can't be helped! Check in is easy - staff are all lovely! Room is great, very clean and comfortable. Location is great - 10 min walk to the middle of Wind St. Car park next door - £6 for 24 hours- bargain! We didn't go in to the Beefeater - but wish that we had - it smelled amazing when we were walking past! We will definitely be back. Great for a little escape!

Good location, nice hotel, checked in quite late, Marley and I think the girl was fion, was very helpful and friendly, parking was £6 for 24hrs which is handy as I’m close to town

Stayed here regularly on business. Staff are always fantastic (shout out Andrea) rooms are spotless, and breakfast is to die for.

I've had a very positive experience at this premier inn for the past 3 years ive been coming. Andrea, on the reception team, has made me feel very welcome with her friendly chats we have and has given me a lot of great local tourist advice :) as well as being extremely helpful with hotel matters. The hotel rooms are always clean and tidy and it is situated in an ideal spot for exploring swansea whilst escaping the noise from the nightlife on Wind Street.

Clean room and bathroom. Nice and quiet. Best cooked breakfast we have had in a hotel.

The pork ribs and grilled chicken were top notch... 👌

Amazing hotel lovely room complimentary wine and chocolates. Staff was all lovely great food in the restaurant in the evening and a wonderful all you can eat breakfast would highly recommend this hotel

Stayed for 1 night. Check in easy and lady on reception very polite. When been offered the breakfast we explained we wouldn't be having it due to me having surgery early the next day. Room lovelyand clean, tv,kettle etc all there. Bathroom basic but clean. Knock at the door and the lady from reception was there with a box of chocolates and a card for us apologising for the awful weather and wishing us luck for the surgery. Absolutely no need to do this but it was a lovely thought from the staff. Restaurant on site is good, reception booked us a table there. Staff in Restaurant were great and food was good and very well priced. Parking easy, either coins in the machine or on the ringgo app which they tell you how to use when you get there. Will stay again at the drop of a hat.

Great location, easy to find. Car park right next door. Stayed overnight for a concert in Swansea. Room was immaculate and a good range of wines.

Stayed away at the Premier inn swansea hotel for a weekend away by myself, first time visiting Swansea so everything was all new to me in the area, i found Andrea on the front desk especially helpful and providing me all the information and questions that I had to ask going whether it would be about my room, things to do out and about, pretty much anything I needed to know she was helpful towards me 😊 I found the room very cozy and also clean and tidy and the food was absolutely lovely aswell! Overall a very happy customer it's a 10/10 from me it was a pleasent experience and I will be staying here again the next time I visit here 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Excellent hotel, very clean Dan on reception and Gina was excellent.

Showing its age. Scaffolding all around it. Needs a lot of TLC. And....the reception given on arrival was poor....no greeting or smiles. No charger point by my side of the bed and no pink strip across the top of the headboard!! And....Swansea is a dump....

All new yo me but very friendly and helpful staff and very friendly atmosphere in the pub on ground level .
