I enjoy staying at the Ibis. I have stayed there many times before. The staff are very welcoming. Good location. Easy access for the town centre and the motorway.

I needed to stay when visiting the university bay campus. The stay at the ibis is so convenient. It’s a pleasant walk to and from the college. The hotel is great for parking. The rings are off a good side, warm and the bed is so comfortable. I reckon I was at reception and booked in within a minute. Thanks Tom! Everything was ready and I was in my room and unpacked ready to relax!

Website states rooms have air conditioning, my room didn't and no fan either, not a pleasant night's sleep for sure !!

I was pleasantly surprised how enjoyable the ibis hotel was in Swansea. Staff very good and food was good. A big car park. Very enjoyable

Stayed over for a night. Great size room, bathroom & bedroom nice and clean. Ample parking for free. Would definitely stay again!

Faced some isssues with booking process but the room was clean and modern with comfortable beds. The hotel offers an affordable stay with all the essential amenities. Located in a calm and quite location and it's conveniently close to the city center. Great value for money.

The Ibis Swansea, is located just outside of the city. Guests can visit Liberty Stadium, which is reached in 10 minutes by car, and Clyne Gardens in roughly 15 minutes. The National Waterfront Museum is nearby. The hotel has its own restaurant-bar, offering breakfast and evening food, as well as conference rooms. Guests enjoy a warm, welcoming service, free Wi-Fi, and on-site parking.

Love the 12 o'clock checkout. Much more civilised than most places.

Very nice, clean and friendly. Once you get your bearings it’s all easy to navigate though saying that a car is a must for ease of travel and sightseeing.

The location is very convenient and close to town. Reception staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, spacious and bed comfortable and neatly made. Fresh towels provided every day. We really enjoyed our stay

On arrival at reception we found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bright and airy. Bed was neatly made with fresh crisp linnen. Bathroom was clean and fresh and we had a lovely stay.

A quite nice "industrial area hotel". What made it a pleasant surprise was the very nice staff and their engagement which isn't common for this kind of hotel.

Lovely helpful staff, not too far from town. About half hour walk. Good local taxi firm, Yellow cabs. Clean and comfortable room.

We really enjoy staying at The Ibis in Swansea. It's very comfortable, has a bar area with snacks and small plates at dinner. It has plenty of free parking for guests, and is conveniently located next to a Starbucks and a 24hr McDonald's drive thru. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Great place to stay without breaking the budget. Also one of the few hotels in Swansea with a lift.

Good location near the harbour, very clean, good all you can eat breakfast, free parking, comfortable bed, decent rooms, friendly staff, nice reception/bar area. It was our 2nd stay at the hotel and they left a gift in the room of some mineral water and snacks which was a nice touch

Accor have done a great job refurbishing. A clean, fresh looking hotel with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Access and parking is easy, plus has a simple restaurant but also access to nearby take-aways.

Friendly staff. Ideal to stay for location near to University. Nice walk in to Swansea town.

I have stayed here for work on a few occasions. The service is always excellent, the rooms are nice, although can be a bit noisy if you are on the the side near the road (it's quiet with the window closed)

Staff brilliant breakfast everything you want fresh and good quality rooms very basic but clean and comfortable bathroom needs bit of updating and location bit out of town bit would use again

The bed was awful. We have always stayed at IBIS Styles before, this was our first time in a Red Ibis and never again. My husband and I both ended up with really bad bags. I also ended up with an awful headache.

Only minor issues, had a room on the road, lots of boy racers going past at night so couldn't have the window open and bed was pretty hard, otherwise pleasantly surprised. No USB ports so bring your own charger.
