Service was good Nice seating area with views of the river. Having food allergy and intollerences, i usually opt for the safe option of gluten-free chips. 1st time here, they were probably some of the best I'd had eating out. This time, I could taste fish batter. My friend said they couldn't, so I ate some but still worried, gave the rest to him I should ha e trusted my taste buds as by the next morning I had several contamination rashes and by nightfall I was in agony with stomach cramps that are so painful they male me cry and last throughout the night and it's usually a day or two before I can eat properly again. When will people realise that we are not just awkward and that these allergies make us ill and can cause damage to our vital organs. 😡

I booked a table of 15 here for my partner’s surprise birthday meal. The team made booking really easy and helped me out a lot, with great communication. On the day, all of the staff were super attentive, keeping drinks filled and making sure everyone was having a good time. The food came out lovely and fresh and tasted amazing. I can’t thank the team here enough for making this evening so special, they accommodated the large group size really well and made everyone feel comfortable. I could not fault any part of the whole experience at all, the birthday boy even mentioned how lovely each member of staff was, each wishing him a happy birthday at different points throughout the evening. Thank you Team at Una Vita I’m sure we will be back very soon!

severely disappointed. been to henry’s before and loved it so i booked it for my mums birthday to turn up and it not be open. after planning her whole birthday for the first thing to be ruined was disappointing. why accept bookings if you’re not open???? ridiculous

Terrible Customer Service – Zero Compassion or Communication! I booked a stay at the Beaufort Hotel through Booking.com but was unable to attend due to my partner unexpectedly going into labor. Obviously, this was an urgent and unforeseen situation. We contacted the hotel immediately to explain and request either a refund or to reschedule our stay, fully understanding that these things happen. However, the hotel's response has been utterly disappointing. Despite calling numerous times, we were constantly promised that someone would "call us back" — yet no one ever did. It’s now been weeks, and not a single follow-up. They have completely ignored multiple emails and requests through Booking.com as well. The complete lack of communication and empathy is appalling, especially considering the situation. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable — just some basic customer service and decency. Clearly, they’re only interested in taking your money, and once they have it, don’t expect any help if something goes wrong. I strongly advise against booking with the Beaufort Hotel. Their customer service is non-existent, and they have shown zero compassion in handling our situation. Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid!

We booked a table for 4 people using a Groupon voucher for Saturday 13 April 2024. I phoned to book a table on the 7th of March. When we arrived at the restaurant it was closed. A sign on the door said it was closed for 4 to 6 months for a renovation. We had not been contacted at all and we're forced to go elsewhere. I tried to contact them by phone and SMS but no reply.

Bought a groupon voucher to attend here for a surprise Birthday meal, booked a table a week in advance. Arrived to find the restaurant completely closed, there was no attempt from the restaurant to contact me and let me know they were closed. This completely ruined what was meant to be a nice Birthday meal and to top it off I am now out of pocket as we had to get a last minute table in another restaurant and have to wait 2 weeks for Groupon to issue the refund! Definitely do NOT recommend!

Great place for lunch time with the family. We all devoured our meals after a nice walk at Great Barnet Woods and were well pleased with the excellent value for money . Nice log fire in the hearth and dogs were welcomed. Very nice for passing through Chepstow.

The pub is in a great location overlooking the river, the decor is cosy and relaxing. We were in town for a festival and spent a lot of time in there between bands. The staff are very pleasant and the beer is ok, The food is pretty basic and boring, standard options and tasted bland. I would go there just for a drink and eat elsewhere

The chips wasnt all that bad. But the fish was a throw away - far too oily. It was topped by a total lack of a smile or some resemblance of wanting to be there. I was served by a young lady who was dressed all in black which was well aligned to a Halloween theme of doom and gloom.
