Dhrubo's service at Mowgli was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. His knowledge of the menu, especially the Indian dishes, was impressive. He guided us through the menu with enthusiasm and made some fantastic recommendations. The food itself was a culinary delight. The spices were perfectly balanced, and each dish was bursting with flavor. A truly unforgettable experience.

Absolutely desgaste food I been there for my birthday we pay and none of us eat . Meat tasty funy Row ruined my birthday. If don’t have passion for food you shud shut down . I will never go there again

I met with friends and ate lunch. The service was excellent and food tasty. The drinks were also top quality.

General Cardiff bay Manager Nickolas (Nick) Gale told me I don't care about anything I just care about making money from Cote restaurant...worst manager ever.. copy of my complaint I got throat cancer and I am having chemotherapy. We decide to go have nice family meal together. My family 4 person went Cote restaurant in Cardiff Bay. Absolute awful customer service. Went at around 9:15 (1 November) with a view of many empty tables asking if we could eat there. We were told no, and when asked why the staff said we don’t have enough people working so come back in half an hour. We asked if we could sit for a drink for half an hour then eat and they declined this offer. We came back at 9:45, were blanked for 15 mins until exactly 10 when someone said the kitchen was closed. They refused to serve us. I know you are busy but customer service should be better. We walked away from the restaurant because of the poor customer service attitude. No wonder there was hardly anyone in there at a peak time of the day. I was even more disgusted at the dismissive response from the branch staff. Why would you return when attitude to the customer is so poor. Kind regards Emma

Very welcoming on arrival. Excellent food and excellent service. It was my daughter’s birthday and she was given a complimentary desert and present. Can’t wait to return.

We had 2x tables booked for beer pong and proseeco pong. Some of our party dropped out prior and so we asked if we could switch both to prosseco pong last minute. Ceri and Suzie were very accommodating and changed this without issues. The game was quickly set up and drinks were provided swiftly. We were checked in with throughout the game to see if we needed anything and when our time was up, they saw we only had one of each colour left, they let us play until end which was amazing 👏🏻 We will definitely return!! Great fun 🙌

Lovely part of the arcades, enjoyed the jazz band... Even without a sax! Huge list of drinks, but always super busy and hard to get a table... Unsurprising though, given the cool Gin and Juice vibes and reputation

What a find after walking through Bute Park. We enjoyed a lovely coffee and the welshcakes were amazing . The staff were lovely and knowledgeable

Comfortable bed, lovely clean room, attended the spa, thought it was a bit pricey for what it was. Only poor thing about this hotel is there's no parking

Fantastic New Year’s Eve evening-we were a very large group and we were looked after so well from start to finish. Fantastic food/service and attentive staff Thankyou to the whole team we thoroughly enjoyed the evening and will definitely be returning soon :)
