Flaming Tikka in Cardiff

I've had yet another first class meal from Flaming Tikka. I ordered the lamb madras and keema rice with poppadoms. The flavours of the dishes here are something else and really make the food stand out from the others. Great prices too and staff are top! They offer 20% discount on cash orders but online prices are already reasonable. Keep doing what you do guys.

This is by far one of the best Indian meals I have eaten in a long while. I had the claypit mixed grill main and the Flaming Chilli Tikka Biryani both were fantastic and had complex and fresh flavours. The biryani was particularly tasty and the accompanying sauce fantastic, the portion was more than enough for 2 hungry people. And the very kindly included some of there amazing bhaji's, next time I will definitely order them. Deliver was quick considering it came from Cardiff to Caerphilly and the drive was very friendly.

Ordered food from them at 21:40 last Monday on Deliveroo for delivery at 22:00 and the food never arrived. Tried ringing the restaurant from 22:15 onwards but no answer. Tried to get a refund and they keep denying all knowledge of it yet told Deliveroo they delivered it. Absolute thief’s.

First time ordering here for a takeaway. Gentleman delivering the curry was really polite and we didn’t wait long at all! Food was really good and fresh and piping hot, we loved the garlic chilli masala and paneer. Would definitely order from here again and this is our new local takeaway.

This has been the best Indian Takeaway by far. Ranging from their impecible service to their wonderful food. Always cooked to perfection with all their curries bursting with flavour. My personal favourite has to be a chicken tikka masala with a garlic naan. It truly is the best.

Delicious food and so fresh. Food packed to the brim. Whenever we fancy a takeaway we always go to Flaming Tikka. Our favourites are a chicken dhansak and a chicken jalfrezi, they have other new dishes on menu. Definitely going to give them a try too

Had an amazing chicken tikka biryani last week! I collected our meal guys there are lovely! Nice size portions me and my hubby shared and it was plenty with a few poppadoms! Highly recommended

Flaming Tikka is exceptional both the food and the service. We have been having meals for many years and have never ever been disappointed. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We love the food from this takeaway and Siraz and his staff also support local charities too wonderful people.

Always excellent food and service amazing. Portions are very good and nothing too much trouble for Siraz and the team. We have had meals for many years when the restaurant and takeaway was Jamunas. The Siraz family do a tremendous amount of charity work too in the local area.

Wish I could leave 0 stars terrible service waiting 2 hours for delivery to be told error in translation then delivered to wrong address.

Just had the most delicious meals delivered in a very short time when ordered I can’t rate Flaming Tikka Cardiff enough The friendliest of owner and team The food is so so fresh and full of flavour With chicken so moist and mouth melting I believe in getting what I pay for and you certainly get it from Flaming Tikka Cardiff Plenty of delicious food And enough even left for breakfast tomorrow morning 😂😍 A very positive 10/10 on the nomm nomm scale

I ordered on here on just eat and accidentally didn't select delivery. I rung up instantly and asked if I could change it to delivery and offered to pay. They literally charge 0.99p on Just Eat for delivery but I'd happily pay more as it was my mistake. I was told no and that they don't come to my area even though I've check online and they do. I then asked if they could cancel my order - bear in mind I contacted straight away after I ordered. They said no and that I had to do it through Just Eat. I go to do it through Just Eat and they want to charge me for the whole thing and the restaurant is claiming it's already prepared. Can't be more than 5 minutes after ordering. Either they're its not ready or it's all pre-prepared so they either way they don't need to charge me for it surely? I'm sure the food is lovely it just seems so unreasonable.

After a perfectly acceptable reason for a minor delay we ordered a mix of lamb biryani keema naan kofta every bit of the order right down to the freshest salad was probably the best Indian cuisine we have had in 20years props to the chefs would highly recommend

Ordered chicken korma for only korma sauce to arrive, so filled with flour you could almost pick the sauce up. The biryani I asked if there could be onions not included as it is a severe intolerance. Onions EVERYWHERE. 30 minutes late delivering. Food was hot but really not great.

Food arrived quickly and was piping hot. Fantastic curries - full of flavour and the perfect level of spice (quite hot, but not stupid). Also, the onion bhajis are insanely good! Couldn't fault it at all.

Unacceptable service from this restaurant. Having ordered great food from them previously, we ordered again but the delivery didn't turn up. We chased them after one hour and when 2 hours rolled around, the restaurant didn't even pick up the phone when we followed up . We ordered via Deliveroo but the restaurant use their own drivers. We are a mere 2 miles away. Charged over 50 pounds for a takeaway which never materialized!

Had a delivery,not as good as I thought,won't be going again unfortunately
