An hour late, freezing cold, rang twice to ask where it is and was told when I rang back to complain that they’re busy and can’t help it. Won’t be ordering from here again

the naan bread did not seem to be fully cooked...

Ordered food about an hour before the shop shuts and the food never arrived owner just said don’t know where the food is and hung up do not order

No food arrived! The app is telling me this has arrived but I’ve had no food. Unable to locate the courier too so can’t see where they’ve “delievered” the food

Food was really late and all we got from the driver was “we are busy” !!! Well change the delivery time accordingly and manage expectations. Apart from that, the food was lovely

We stayed in Cardiff for three days and each day we had a tasty dinner from Flaming tikka. We tried vegetarian dishes here and everything was so good in quality. Overall experience for food 10/10. Thank you for lovely food.

Delivery over 45 mins late. No answer from restaurant. Claimed heavy traffic but nothing on google maps. Food is usually lovely but naan was greasy and lentils in curry mushy.

Poppadoms were soggy and not good and the keema man was squished not much meat in it. Curry was lovely but needed warming up.

The order arrived late and when it did the food was cold and there was only half a popadom in the bag instead of the four that we ordered. Appalling service and terrible food. We will not use this restaurant again as this is not the first time we’ve had a problem with them.

Thought this place was great the first time we ordered from them...the driver forgot half the order so the owner drove it down to us himself. Since then its obvious they've become a disaster area. Every time we order from them they forget half the things we ordered culminating in tonight delivering us cold food and HALF a poppadom instead of the 4 we ordered! Its disgusting and suffice to say we will never use them again!

3rd time we have ordered food and different dishes each time. Food is always hot and tasty and good flavour, would recommend this restaurant for takeaway food.

I ordered food and it was delivered 2 hrs 20 mins after I ordered. By this time I had left to go to do my night shift, hungry. Called restaurant multiple times with no answer, delivery time was altered on the app three times.

Have ordered from Flaming Tikka a few times now, the food has always arrived hot and on time. My favourites are the Pulled Rickshaw Curry, the Onion Pakora Bhajis, and the Flaming Chilli Wings. The one time there was a problem with the order (a missing item), I rang the restaurant and they brought us a replacement really quickly.

Food was good, the delivery times were not. Wouldn’t even give a discount for the amount of time we had to wait. And trying to get hold of the restaurant was awful- never answered the phone!

Arrived promptly, good was nice and hot and tasted really good! Will be ordering from here again!

ok we had a missing item which most would complain about, but no complaints as a refund on it's way. The meal was hot, fresh and tasty so there are no complaints from us 🙂

Really bad service, ordered on a Tuesday, supposed to arrive between 6:30 and 6:40, didn’t arrive until 7:40. They put on the app “delivered” twice even though it hadn’t been delivered. They used traffic as an excuse, although the drive is only 8 minutes and no amount of traffic leads to an order being an hour late. Refused to give a partial refund. Rice is also very dry and tastes as if it has been in the fridge for days. Decent curries, arrived hot, but the service is terrible.

So sad to be leaving this review as the food is very good. We ordered at around 6:30 pm and the food didn't arrive until 8:45 pm We were told it was because of a crash but also told it was due to alot of order so not clear but this amount of time is crazy I've never waited this long for food

First time trying Flaming Tikka. Our order arrived on time and was piping hot. The three curries we ordered were all very tasty and the mushroom rice was also very good. We would order again.

this is the best curry I have eaten in a long while, i never leave reviews but they deserve it quality and services are 5 star i beg you give them a try they will not let you down

It was alright. The lamb bhuna was nice, the chicken tikka was decent but not amazing. My biggest issue was the rice. It wasn't fluffy like it should be, there were big clumps of rice. Naan was average too. The delivery driver was very friendly though!

Food was fantastic overall, zero complaints apart from an ice cold naan. Service wasn't great, took 2+hrs and 2 phone calls before it arrived. Their projected time vs reality doesn't help with timing a toddlers bed time - shame we can't rely on it.

I need to leave an honest critique. We eat a madras and a Bhuna with pilau rice tonight. The best curry we have eaten in many a year in Cardiff. 5 star food. Congratulations Flaming Tikka. We can’t wait to try your other dishes.

Food was 30mins late. Curry was cold. Poppadoms were rubbery and soft. Wife not happy.

My food was very late .... they said that they had delivered it. I rung the restaurant and a guy very rudely said that the food had just left in the car. no apology or anything. The food came and it was nice, but could have been a bit warmer.

I've had yet another first class meal from Flaming Tikka. I ordered the lamb madras and keema rice with poppadoms. The flavours of the dishes here are something else and really make the food stand out from the others. Great prices too and staff are top! They offer 20% discount on cash orders but online prices are already reasonable. Keep doing what you do guys.

Ive ordered quite a few dishes from this place now. The food is always very nice. I especially like the dansak. Delivery is nearly always on time or early and the delivered by cheerful people

Usual delivery man who is always rude. Refuses to even get out of his car to bring to the front door rain or shine. Pouring down last time and I got soaked because he made me walk the approx twelve steps from door to his car regardless that you pay for delivery. Food was ok but in view of the delivery guy’s attitude, I won’t be ordering from here again.

Lamb tikka Vindaloo was ok in flavour but the lamb was not great. Not tender, not well marinaded. Not for me. Shame as the sauce was very good. The keema Naan was doughy and not fully cooked. To top it all I waited ages for the food to arrive, 30 minutes past the eta.

Have had 3 takeaways from previously, but to say I was underwhelmed is an understatement! Everything turned up cold, and items missing, no apology, and the meal went uneaten ( as I don’t like reheating prawns and chicken)!

This is by far one of the best Indian meals I have eaten in a long while. I had the claypit mixed grill main and the Flaming Chilli Tikka Biryani both were fantastic and had complex and fresh flavours. The biryani was particularly tasty and the accompanying sauce fantastic, the portion was more than enough for 2 hungry people. And the very kindly included some of there amazing bhaji's, next time I will definitely order them. Deliver was quick considering it came from Cardiff to Caerphilly and the drive was very friendly.

Order at 6.15pm has only just arrived at 20.09pm, not acceptable. Had a repo se from the restaurant to say they were busier than usual which I appreciate but nearly two later is not good at all.
