Amazing. Food was delicious and consistent every time. Definitely recommend!

We've visited twice in the late evening when it is surprisingly busy with a range of teenagers, couples and families. There's plenty of choice especially for customers with a sweet tooth. Friendly staff. Next time we might try the frappés if available.

Best place on city road for desserts hands down!

Absolutely delighted with my experience at Chocoberry, thanks to Ruchika’s exceptional service. She made my brunch truly enjoyable with her attentive and friendly approach. When I mentioned that my mocha coffee wasn’t up to par, she promptly offered to replace it with a delicious karak chai, which was perfect. The food was fantastic and the overall experience was top-notch. Highly recommend visiting Chocoberry and appreciating Ruchika's amazing service!

Absolutely beautiful food, the waffle was so soft and tasty and the strawberries were fresh and full of flavour. I also noted that the chocolate didn't taste cheap, it was lovely. This was my first time ordering from Chocoberry, in the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger....I'll be back!

Chocoberry is the best dessert place ever! The atmosphere is unique and amazing for pics. Definitely would recommend this. 5 stars! And don't get me started on the food, ALL the milkshakes are so yummy and the waffle bites are full of blasting flavour. Best option for adults and especially kids who are hungry for dessert 😅

Visited first time yesterday in Cardiff. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Desserts were good but little too much chocolate sauce on doughnuts,crepe. Overall decent experience.

I cannot believe that the girl working today told us if we are done and if we could leave as there was a family waiting. First of all we have only been there for about 30 minutes. There were people who were there before us and the fact that out of everyone around us, they chose us. This has never happened to me ever and normally places have time limits even so they don’t kick people out. It is very disrespectful and I’m very surprised and disappointed as their milkshake was good too. We came back to speak to the girl but she did not even apologise. Thankfully the other guy did and was empathetic about it. I just don’t think its something staff should do. It’s very weird and I take it personally because if it was another group of people or family, I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t ask them. You just don’t kick customer out just because there are other people waiting. Maybe change your time limit policy or have a bigger space to accommodate people. But if you treat customers like this then don’t even bother.

Got kicked out as soon as I finished my milkshake because there was a group waiting. We were only there for 20 minutes. I am very disappointed with the service as I really enjoy the food.

I've had both take out and an eat in experience here. The take out boxes are very cute I must say. Dessert has been good in both scenarios. However, when it's busy the order can be made wrong and I have had to ask for them to remake it a few times which is why it's not 5 stars for me.

Good aesthetics and customer service but absolutely awful cheesecake and milkcake. Cheesecake was so so so sweet that if it had been just a block of sugar I bet it would not have tasted any sweeter. Milk cake was below average as well.

Amazing surprise this placed ticked all the boxes. Provided they do not change reciepy/quality and keep standards high with cleanliness etc then they are the best in Wales and top 10 in UK for deserts. I tryd the kunafe and was blown away best I have ever tasted portion, quality and service exptional 10/10 highly recommended! I pray they keep constistant and not get greedy !

Such a worst experience. I ordered latte and mocha but they survived me 2 Americano then I complain again they served me 2 black americano and when talk with them the lady of front desk she argued with me they make their latte and mocha without milk and chocolate powder.. and we just wasted our 1 hours those 2 coffees .

Friendly welcome at this spotlessly clean cafe at the heart of Cardiff's cosmopolitan city road. We chose Belgian chocolate Spanish churros from the varied menu that included waffles, crepes and a variety of cakes and sundaes. Shakes and hot drinks are also available though no frappes when we visited. This is a nice place that deserves to do well.

My 2nd visit dining here. Managed to get a table straight away, would definitely recommend the brownie shake 😋 reasonably priced for the portion sizes. Only criticism is they need more staff especially on weekends or special religious events.

Friendly staff, Asma was excellent and sold the warm of the space, and some extra water. It's great to have somewhere to get tasty pickme up food, at 1.30 in the morning.

Lots and lots of lovely desserts to choose from. The other couple we visited with us chose mango ice cream and crepes and I ordered Pistachio cake. All of them were very nice. We managed to find seating as it was reasonably quick turnaround of customers. Clean place and staff was helpful. Would recommend and visit this eatery again.

Super clean looking place which I can appreciate. They had fancy churros in a delicious chocolate sauce that I thought were fantastic. I had a hot great tea to wash it down. If you want some posh sweets in an un-posh area then this is the place.

Ordered a takeaway dessert. Had 2 different cookie doughs, both came with ice cream. Really nice cookie doughs, fast service - didn't wait long. Would recommend 😁

If I could give more stars I would. The food is insane, it tastes so good, me and my partner got the cookie dough (biscoff and white chocolate) and choco balls and it was delicious, we ordered a vanilla shake that was huge, yet not too sickly and just the right amount of flavoring. The staff were so lovely, and initially I thought it was a little expensive but it is definitely worth the money

I recently visited this dessert shop and had an amazing experience! The shop is filled with a wide variety of delicious chocolates, sweets, and other treats. The prices were very reasonable and the quality of the chocolates was excellent. I would definitely recommend Chocoberry Cardiff to anyone looking for a sweet treat.

Went with my children today. My partner ordered a cookie dough and my children ordered sundaes. The cookie dough was said to be one of the best my partner has ever tasted. The sundaes portion was a little too much - need quality over quantity. The coffee machines was not working and my son who is dairy intolerant wasn’t able to order anything for him so NOT VEGAN friendly. I did go the day after xmas and I’m certain the unavailability of most items were due to that. It’s not a place I’d return again to with my kids as it doesn’t cater for their dietary needs. As it’s a new business, I hope everything goes well for them and they are better organised with most items available to order.

Ordered off Uber eats. The cookie dough was terrible, and tasted more like cheesecake crumble than a cookie dough. The ice cream sundae too was ugly looking. Bits of chocolates thrown inside a container and icecream thrown on top. Waste of money ordering from here

Ordered a strawberry shortbread sundae. Got some vanilla and strawberry ice-cream with some cream and a garnishing of shortbread crumbs. I ate some of it thinking the shortbread would be in the centre or a little further down, but there was no shortbread in my sundae. Lolz. I asked the staff at the counter what this was? Thinking they may have made a mistake, and got told that is the way they make their shortbread sundae. This was definitely NOT one. Also the sundae must have had 1 strawberry in it in total. Manager was rude to staff Infront of me, saying she should not have given a refund but offered an alternative. To which I suggested that they should maybe have the correct description listed on the menu. Maybe it should have been called strawberry and vanilla ice-cream garnished with a pinch of shortbread. Lolz. Service was also all over the place. Coffee came first, then 15mins later the deserts came one after another approx 5mins apart min. Waffle was fluffy, and light. However the Nutella tasted more like milk chocolate instead. The Oreo overload was more of an underload very dry due to lack of milk chocolate/nutella. The crepes were decent. Generally, nice interior,lame service though they tried. Maybe it was the service from the kitchen, but I was given my coffee without a spoon etc. Coffee tasted like Tassimo coffee and the cup was half empty. Needs improvement, doesn't feel like a franchise seems like amateurs trying to imitate Haute Dolci. Not impressed.

Ordered 3 items was told 20 minutes on phone staff were nice but had to ask 3 times how long it will take as I had arrived on time 20 minutes later provided food. Not happy will be going in the bin If they want people to spend there money at there premises then employ the right number of staff
