FIX YOUR PHONE!!!! I have ordered from you so many times and most of the time the food is late arriving to me so when I try to call I can never get through, it just hangs up
Absolutely appalling service, you stand in a queue then they can’t take an order for lunch 5 minutes before 12 o clock even when I said we were willing to wait for the food until after 12. No flexibility or understanding, last visit I will make to eat here
Had a take away Saturday night, mainly because of the delivery option. Easy to order, delivery time estimated 80 minutes plus, which wasn’t a problem. Food arrived within the hour, and it certainly didn’t disappoint, it was possibly best Chinese take away we have had in 12 months. This isn’t our usual default Chinese take away.
Beef king po and beef black bean both with booked rice and both were delicious. Accompanied by prawn toast and mini spring rolls which again were delicious. Fantastic takeaway.
Very expensive. I ordered a large cheese and tomato pizza, a large Texas BBQ. A small pepperoni, small carbonara pizza and 3 small garlic and cheese pizza breads. This come to over £100! Ridiculous. For 2 large pizzas, 3 small pizzas and some garlic and cheese bread. We had a 50% off pizzas voucher, which didn’t include the cheese and garlic little pizzas because they’re classed as sides. . . . so paid £63 and some change. Still expensive. I felt that we didn’t “actually” have 50% off the pizzas; when their large pizzas are the best part of £25 - the 50% off voucher just makes the pizzas a similar price or maybe a outlet of quid cheaper than you’d pay at most other pizza places. Garlic and cheese bread very oily but still very nice. . Texas BBQ - average. Cheese n tomato was really nice. The carbonara pizza was the nicest pizza I have ever tasted! My family was a bit dubious about trying a carbonara pizza, but we all absolutely LOVED it! I hope they keep the carbonara pizza as I will deffo be having it again! It may not sound appealing. But TRY it! You will likely LOVE it! So yummy! Just delicious! The order was made fast for us too so didn’t have to wait long at all.
We were in the cue waiting to buy a substantial amount of food my child went to go toilet whist we waited get served a woman shouted to him where you going I explained he's with us she replied are you eating in or out which I replied eating out she replied toilets are for eating in customers only it may be policy but was very abrupt about it needless to say they lost my order awful will avoid now and always
Last minute choice n wot a good choice ... salt n pepper box , prawn toast n curry sauce ... loved every bit , I don't like curry sauce but was delicious... definitely use again .
this is purely about coffee... not really an eater of the type of food served in this type of cafe.... but I like good coffee...
and was not disappointed...
I even asked where the coffee came from but forgot what the answer was - it was in a rather plain pack on not 'Seattles Best' as I have seen elsewhere for Asda...
I like my coffee 'dry' as in red wine tannic dry... still searching for my ideal cup but this was good.
DISGUSTING….. tables full of disgusted trays containing dirty cups, plates ect, I counted in all 35 trays full of dirty used cups ect waiting to be collected off tables, people had put them on chairs and even on the floor , no staff member clearing them , I witnessed at one point an elderly lady was expected to carry two cups and saucers , two teapots and two milk jugs to her table because they had ran out of trays. This costa is so poorly managed it is an unacceptable disgrace.
Food was delicious, highly recommended the burgers and salt & pepper fries- chicken burger was so juicy and beef burger very tasty. You pay for the quality you receive. Still cheaper than a pub/ restaurant meal and set in a lovely location.
Lovely/friendly staff who are always fast and efficient in an extremely busy Greggs.
This is by far the best Greggs around the North Wales /Shropshire area.
Food was cheap and filling. But the wait time was extortionate. I waited in the queue for 30 minutes just to get a hotdog. Instead of taking everyone’s orders while one person made it; they took one order at a time made it then took the next order so it took absolutely ages, would rather have waited sat down instead of stood up. Hot dog was 99p or 1.50 for a jumbo so can’t go wrong with the price, but the service was too long
