Costa Coffee Drive Thru in Wrexham

This is such a lovely light, airy coffee shop with friendly staff, but it's FREEZING! I don't understand why no-one can turn the air conditioning off. All the customers are sitting with their coats on. Please sort it out. It spoils an otherwise lovely place to meet.

DISGUSTING….. tables full of disgusted trays containing dirty cups, plates ect, I counted in all 35 trays full of dirty used cups ect waiting to be collected off tables, people had put them on chairs and even on the floor , no staff member clearing them , I witnessed at one point an elderly lady was expected to carry two cups and saucers , two teapots and two milk jugs to her table because they had ran out of trays. This costa is so poorly managed it is an unacceptable disgrace.

Served by a lovely man this morning - I had just had a new phone and completely forgot to set up Apple Pay! When it came to pay at the window I apologised and told the guy I would park up and sort it - he then told me not to worry about this and gave me my vanilla latte for nothing as it was Christmas! I am SO grateful thank you so much! Sorry I am unsure of the guys name but it was at 10:10 on the 30th of November! Thank you! ❤️❤️

I have just visited Costa (cafe) Plas Coch, Wrexham. I regularly go to this Costa, and always find the staff welcoming and friendly. Alicia, Maddie, and Scott, are consistently friendly , helpful and polite . even when they are very busy, and they still keep smiling! The Capucchino is always as it should be, and nothing is too much trouble! Thank you Alicia, Maddie, and Scott! See you soon, Mary

Love this drive through. The staff are so polite and friendly. I am a regular customer and this is my go to coffee shop. Excellent service and great coffee.

I often visit this restaurant and it is often very busy and staff try their best. Sadly today I witnessed a very rude customer demanding a meal deal even though the staff continually said the system was not recognising it was available. The couple then spoke to the manager and continued to be very rude towards staff and told them they couldn’t argue with customers. A little while later the same customer walked up to the counter and slammed a plate down saying ‘I want it warmed’ - I was nearby to this second encounter. The staff did their best to keep the situation calm and explained that it was out of their control. The manager seemed to be upset with this situation. No-one should tolerate this entitlement from some customers. It’s disappointing to see that this customer has tried to put a bad review about this poor staff member trying to blame her and get her into trouble when the customer was in the wrong in my honest opinion.

Order meal deals coffee and croissants with new trainers lad but check out not receive croissants,so ask acting manager call Hannah or Tana she said not they fault she very rude to me and not say any sorry very argumentative and charge me extra £2.10 for if I wanted croissants and we don’t mind to pay extra but the service embarrassment in front a lot of people, she checked the till system not showing meal deals this not offer refund and she walk off , not to be seen again, I feel very bad and upset embarrassing in front another customer

Went to costa after doing a bit of shopping, staff were all super lovely, and got served really fast!! Definitely coming back next time I’m back in plas coch.

This place is currently heading downhill fast. It used to be a lovely place to meet friends and hold quick business meetings, but now it's a miracle if you can find a clean table, the drinks are a bit hit and miss, some staff are good but some are terrible. However, the worst part by far is hearing the way the staff are treated by the manager. It's no wonder why the place has become such a state. This year the air conditioning was broken most of the summer months causing the staff to appear poorly with the heat, and was only fixed once the summer was over. Management really needs a kick, or the boot might be better.

We called into this Costa after attending a Wrexham FC football match. This was partly for two reasons - firstly the roads in the vicinity were clogged up with post-match traffic and secondly it was a cold day to be sat outdoors watching football! A hot drink while waiting for the congestion to clear killed two birds with one stone. I had a perfectly acceptable flat white which was served quickly. This branch is slightly hidden away in a far corner of the Plas Coch Retail Park behind Sainsburys and mostly surrounded by vacant buildings which might explain why it was so quite.
