The doner kebab tasted like plastic strips. It was dry. I also thought the price point was expensive and definitely not worth the money. The combo was over £10 for a can, Kebab and fries. Ouch.

Very bad quality of food and unkind customer service! Topping was not very nice and taste was awful. They will even pack you old food. Please be aware of these scammers as they packed me old fries which for £3 which went straight into bin. Guys if they have done this I’m sure They can also do it with pizza toppings or might serve us with outdated cheese

Worst food service ever, they charge me a lot also gave me stall fries, when I asked them replace this they started making excuses as they don’t know anything. Terrible service ever

Placed an order for collection, checked prices was over charged, when mentioned about the price was just told it was right no checking it or anything, spent over £40, asked where free garlic bread (as advertised on their Web site) was for size of order, received a shrug of the shoulders, another staff member offered me pepsi.. which I declined....took pizzas home...very disappointed in flavor and taste of pizzas which we order everytime we go because they used to be lovely...not anymore.... don't know if shop changed hands again or if staff covering couldn't care less...but so very disappointed such a shame!!

Everytime i call to place an order or go there i always get insulted by one particular staff. And then he will turn around the next day to deny. Not a place to go at all

Ordered a chef's special kebab an chips ...the chips were like rubber the kebab was ok a bit burnt but certainly not worth the 16.60 I paid won't use these again.. the delivery driver was spot on nice fella but the food wasn't worth the wait

Asked for a pizza with specific allergen requirements and they failed to meet these requirements. Disappointed considering I've heard positive things about this place.

we ordered two pizzas, a small chips and two dr peppers, dr peppers were not included. when we asked driver asked would u want these other drinks from the back- almost chocked on pizza because it was dry and had no dr pepper to wash down -_-

The chicken wrap tasted like burnt chicken with onions and cabbage. There were no sauces on the wrap to add any taste. It was a good size but impossible to eat it all as it just didn't taste good. The chips were overdone, cold and tasteless. A very disappointing 20pounds spent on a largely tasteless meal. The garlic bread pizza was just ok. I won't be ordering from here again

Gorgeous food as always, iv got 2 little fussy eaters but really wanted a cheese burger. They hammered it, absolutely loved it 😊. Fast service and top food highly recommend

The food is going down hill. We used to like there pizza's but now they taste horrible, over cooked or slightly burnt, gritty, and I even had a bone fragment in my pizza. You say anything to them and they shout abuse. No way to run a business. I recommend to stay away from this place.

This people doesn't know how to treat a customer. They are very rude. They act like they know everything. Not gona go there.

In these difficult times trying to support a local business.. Got a simple order wrong. Tried to phone got a mouth full of abuse. Always have been a loyal customer... Not now. Peeded oooff to be sure!!!!

Never have I eaten here and not been ill the next day. I groan every time my family decide to order from this place. On our most recent visit they did not include meals we had paid for and then refused to do anything about it unless we drove back to them (20 mins away). They have now lost my business as a regular customer (reluctantly) over a mistake they refused to rectify in a fair way.

0 stars. One time there was a hair in my pizza which they refused to accept, refund or swap it. This evening they sent the wrong pizza with the delivery driver. The driver called the restaurant to try and resolve the issue but they shouted at him and hung up. We called them to resolve the issue but told us that it was our fault and we couldn't have a refund or swap the pizza. After trying and trying to get them to resolve this and receiving a lot of abuse, the man on the phone told me that they have my address and I better stop calling. I arrived at the shop with the incorrect order for the 2 men serving to both laugh at me and tell other customers I am a stupid girl and it is my fault. They refunded me but have blocked my account now so as I cannot order again. Please don't bother, it won't be worth the hassle.

Great food and very friendly staff. Always busy. Pizzas are great and you get free one for every pizza you buy.Kebabs lovely with fresh ingredients. Salad is always fresh, no limp brown lettuce like you get at most takeaways.Burgers are by far the best burgers I have ever tasted. Lean meat, no dripping fat and a great grilled taste.My wife isn't a fan of burgers but having had one tonight is now a convert! She thought it was delicious.Easy parking behind the takeaway, always busy, late opening hours, telephone orders, local delivery and 5 out of 5 hygiene rating.By far the best takeaway in Wrexham and probably North Wales.

Fantastic buy one get one free offer on all size pizza' s, and a good variety of offerings on the menu if you fancy something different. Toppings where spare one the pizza and one was slightly overcooked. I understand businesses have to make money especially with such brilliant offers but a few slices of pepperoni on a pizza isn't acceptable.

Only positive about the place is that its buy one get one free, but you need to pay cash as they don't take card. Other food is ok priced but on the 4 occasions I've used it, I've always felt sick the next day as the pizza is just so greasy and salty and just makes you feel ill. The place used to have a seating area which was a lot better because you could actually sit down with mates but since it's gone you just get your food and go. Parking around the back but most squeeze right at the front and they do deliver locally. Wouldn't recommend if you have a sensitive stomach.

Awful place, don't go! Very rude old man behind the counter, terrible customer service! Extremely unpleasant to us, for no reason what so ever, weird experience to say the least! My advice is to stay away, plenty of other fast food options in the area.

Unbelievably rude staff, won't ever go back here and neither will my friends family who were with me. If they are prepared to be as rude and disrespectful to customers to their face as they were to us, I dread to think what goes on in the kitchen out of sight.

From order to door took 20mins (I live in Coedpoeth). I ordered the 12 inch mexican spice which came with a free 12 inch pizza for free....£12 in total. Can't fault the place, always [polite and friendly. Recommended
