Lovely/friendly staff who are always fast and efficient in an extremely busy Greggs. This is by far the best Greggs around the North Wales /Shropshire area.

Filthy behind the counter and in front. Uninterested staff. I don't expect 5 stars at a greggs, but basic cleanliness isn't asking much.

Asked for chicken to be very very very well done as that's how I prefer my chicken and once again after giving central a chance was disgusting , called and complained and too be told well chicken was cooked, yes I know that but not how I asked and if I was In the shop in person it would have been cooked the way asked, customer service shocking bring back the old staff
