Ordered banquet for 2 through one of the delivery companies, 1 chicken dish and 1 lamb, 2 chicken came with cheap frozen fries and long story short 2 slabs of chocolate cake instead of naan bread.....full refund received
The food was nicely presented. I had a nice vegetarian meal, but my companion had ordered a burger which he couldn't cut through as it was thick and tough, we ended up taking it home for the dogs.
Staff friendly, environment ok, it was just a bit noisy the day we went.
Suggest people try it when they pass and make their own judgements though as you may get a really nice meal.
What a disgrace. Needs sorting out by someone higher.and how come a 24 hr McDonald's is shut at 10 pm?manners cost nothing and there's definitely none from the staff.as from the food they should shut the place till higher management sort this problem out .
No can with my meal deal and chips were very well done so couldn’t eat them kebabs were lovely though always go here for food won’t be having a meal deal again or a delivery
I walked in behind two of my friends, who wandered straight in without being asked to show their covid pass. Obviously I then presumed he wouldn’t ask me to show mine and I continued to follow them in. He then, rudely, says “Don’t think you can just swan in here just because you look good, show me your covid pass”. An unnecessary and rude comment to make. I hope you’ll teach them how to respectfully speak to people for future reference.
Well just writing this review I could not believe the negative reviews as we have just had a Sizzle delivered meal and it was ever so tasty and delivered on time.The last company we used for delivery left our order outside so from now on we will be using Sizzle Takeaway.

Popped in yesterday to pick up a few subs for the family. 5 people ahead of me, a young lad working the counter alone, manager (suspected) came out shortly after we arrived, ignored the queue and issued the young lad to stop serving in-store and start the online orders. Waited nearly 30 minutes with my kids, what a joke. No gripe with the young lad though, he was very polite and apologetic. Manager needs to pull his finger out though, lead from the front, crack the whip less. We left, ate elsewhere.

I ordered 7 meals through Just Eat as a Christmas treat for the participants I work with. Waiting time wasn't too bad so no complaints there.
When the order arrived, once checked, there were three items missing from the order, one being the infamous gravy. I called them to report the missing items only to be told "I won't send a driver back to you with the missing items as it's not worth it! Can you come into store to pick them up?"
Firstly, the driver only delivered the items they had been given to them to deliver so KFC should think of this as 'worth it' as it was their error. Secondly, I would have came into store to order and pick up in the first instance if that was an option... hence using Just Eat. I then got told to get a refund from Just Eat if I couldn't get to the shop. Lousy customer service ultimately loses customers!
For once we actually got the whole order as usually there is always something missing 🙌 but what we received was pretty disgusting this time. Having asked for no msg and no salt, I think actually they added extra, everything was sooo salty and gloopy, the soup was basically like jelly it had so much msg in it and inedible, who would actually eat jelly soup and why would you put any msg in what should be a broth, surely they know this isn't nice?! The only edible part of the order was the boiled rice! So disappointing I'm assuming they don't eat the yuk they cook themselves - £60 wasted.
