It's a shame as used to go regularly there by they can't seem to get the correct drinks for the drive thru and drinks are badly made.

Me and my boyfriend went here and they charge us for the same thing twice we asked for 2 coffees and a caramelised cake pop they charged us for 3 drinks and the cake pop the manger told us what happened and we wait and he apologised no problem the next time my boyfriend goes and orders 2 of the Halloween pumpkin drinks and the women asked if he wanted coffee and he said yes he goes to the window after waiting for a while and the drinks have no coffee after asking if coffee had been put in the drinks she said did you want coffee to be put in the drinks and he said yes and they all started smiling and laughing. This isn’t a way to act when you’ve made a mistake I’ve worked in places like this and when going to this particular Starbucks the staff seem in a world of their own I don’t leave bad reviews because I know dealing with the public can be difficult but this was no way to behave

Visited Asda car park Starbucks on several occasions due to drive thru convenience. For months the opening times were wrong on google leading to a wasted trip. Very frustrating. Over the multiple occasions I’ve found 1) Drive thru intercom is either poor or staff are too overworked to fully concentrate on your order. I’ve had instances where I’ve asked for a specific change such as adding caramel drizzle to find it was not accommodated. Multiple occasions I’ve asked for 2 drinks to receive 1. 2) There is no consistency. I pay the same price for a drink each time, the offering should be to the same standard every time. It should not be down to who makes the drink whether it’s enjoyable. For example, one employee makes very watery frappes while another treats caramel drizzle as liquid gold. Lastly, this Starbucks always seems to be out of oat milk. New drinks are always advertised to find they’re out of the key ingredients. I’ve rated 2 stars as out of the 10+ visits I have felt more disappointment than satisfaction.

I often visit this restaurant and it is often very busy and staff try their best. Sadly today I witnessed a very rude customer demanding a meal deal even though the staff continually said the system was not recognising it was available. The couple then spoke to the manager and continued to be very rude towards staff and told them they couldn’t argue with customers. A little while later the same customer walked up to the counter and slammed a plate down saying ‘I want it warmed’ - I was nearby to this second encounter. The staff did their best to keep the situation calm and explained that it was out of their control. The manager seemed to be upset with this situation. No-one should tolerate this entitlement from some customers. It’s disappointing to see that this customer has tried to put a bad review about this poor staff member trying to blame her and get her into trouble when the customer was in the wrong in my honest opinion.

Have now been half a dozen times and its the same every time - slow to take an order, slow to serve the food unbelievably slow to get a bill and take payment. The foods good, the prices are reasonable but with 5 staff in the place during our last visit and only 6 customers the poor service is the reason we now go elsewhere.

this is purely about coffee... not really an eater of the type of food served in this type of cafe.... but I like good coffee... and was not disappointed... I even asked where the coffee came from but forgot what the answer was - it was in a rather plain pack on not 'Seattles Best' as I have seen elsewhere for Asda... I like my coffee 'dry' as in red wine tannic dry... still searching for my ideal cup but this was good.
