Sizzle Takeaway in Wrexham

Well just writing this review I could not believe the negative reviews as we have just had a Sizzle delivered meal and it was ever so tasty and delivered on time.The last company we used for delivery left our order outside so from now on we will be using Sizzle Takeaway.

Awful customer service very rude told me and my friend to shut up talking. Also got my order wrong! 🙄 Wouldn't waste your time going here.

First ever Takeaway Sunday lunch ... I asked for no peas and had 3 solid roast potatoes instead... oh and carrots... never phone and complain they hang up on you!! I would not visit if I were you...

ordered from here via uber eats around 9.30pm and was told it would arrive between 10.30 and 10.50. phoned the takeaway at 10.40 as we didn’t have any order updates from uber eats on where our food was. the person who answered informed us it would arrive within the next 10 minutes. it got to 11.05 and our order still hadn’t arrived so i phoned the restaurant again to which they said they would phone the uber eats driver. our food arrived around 11.15 however the chips and chicken nuggets we ordered arrived cold and soggy, the pepsi cans we ordered were warm and the chicken burger tasted as if it was a microwaveable rustlers burger in a soggy bun with an excessive amount of mayonnaise on it. overall would never recommend this takeaway. overpriced for what you’re getting. much better takeaways about. wouldn’t feed this food to my dog.

I placed my order for kebab at 19:35 arrived at 21:30 stone cold had to give the order back to the delivery man.

Takeaway food was 10/10. Delivered on time - nice & hot! This is our favorite Chinese takeaway now. The food hygiene rating is 5*. Roast Pork in Cantonese Sauce with Salt & Pepper Chips is a real winner!

Food was absolutely shocking the 2 pizzas was cold soggy and looked like it came out a microwave I recommend no one eats here disgraceful

We ordered online and were told an hours wait for delivery. After 70mins we phoned to check and were told it was on its way. It was another 25minutes before it actually arrived. By this time the food was cold but as the kids had been waiting so long we had no choice but to eat it. After phoning back to complain the staff were extremely unhelpful, and no real compensation was offered….except a discount on a future order. Needless to say we will never be ordering from here again. I have never received such bad service….thoroughly disappointing. Only order from here if you are prepared to wait a long time, receive cold food and be treated appallingly by the staff!!!!!

Absolutely terrible pizza was like cardboard chicken hard, cheese like rubber, absolutely shocking, never eat here again

We absolutely love there food every time we order it’s lovely not greasy always arrives before time given will use this place every time we fancy a takeaway grate value for money

Superb every time. We’ve ordered most weekends during lockdown and can’t fault it on any occasion. Highly recommended!

Easy to order all online This time the food was still hot ordered from here many times before and for some reason sometimes it's good and other times it's just ok and it was delivered in under 25minutes

We have had good food in the past but recently it’s been awful. Twice we’ve had wrong orders. First time we complained we had a refund. This Saturday one order was correct while the other was missing salad and chilli sauce which was ordered on line. We rang and complained only to be told we wouldn’t have a refund on the wrong order. Tell them next time we order. No chance. Won’t be ordering from there again Disgusting service and customer service
