Greggs in Wrexham

I went in for a sausage roll. None available so I had a steak slice. I bit into it and got a hair in my mouth. I thought it was one of mine. I took another bite and got another one only this time I took it out of my mouth and it was long and brown. I have short grey hair. I took it back and was apologized to and offered another one I said no thank you. The girl offered me a refund I said no and walked out. I felt sick.

Gave me salmonella. Never eating a greggs again.

This is a recently opened branch of Greggs which has replaced a much smaller branch just opposite. This branch is much bigger than the one that's closed so there's more choice and also there's the option to dine in should you wish.

Second time I've been here with the kids after a hair cut and the staff are fantastic. Child dropped pizza 🍕 on the floor and by the time we had picked it up the staff member nhad come over with an unexpected replacement. Great stuff!

They do not accommodate those with double prams etc. they had a sausage roll stand bang in the middle of the floor, bare in mind it’s a small shop. I tried my absolute hardest to move around it with my twin boys, and accidentally knocked it over. I profusely apologised whilst picking everything up, and the guy behind the counter stood there huffing about me to his college’s and shaking his head at me. I’m quite a sensitive person so maybe I’m taking it to personally however I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and ashamed. When I was being served a women came to serve me instead, and was so blunt and hostile towards me like I did it intentionally. Never again will I go in there :(.

Small and usually crowded, but typical high quality food and service.

Called in for a tuna baguette, they had some spicy chicken and chorizo pasty type squares cooking. They look nice in the picture on the front of the store but in reality a bit disappointing, three small pieces of chicken in it, there was small pieces of chorizo and a sauce. Maybe I was just unlucky and other people have had more chicken in them.

My first visit to Greggs. I had a hot beef slice that was nothing more than soggy pastry oozing with gravy. No meat at all. I won't bother going to Greggs again.

Love the sausage rolls and bread is beautiful always so fresh. Reasonable price to.

Not my cup of tea for a place to eat to be honest but I was hungry and the service I had there was great. The staff was polite and friendly

Good breakfast meal deal £2 for bacon Bach and any kind of coffee

Mist od the pastries at this particular Greggs seem to get really cold really quickly. Every time I've had one from this place they have been lukewarm at best. I think they need better heat lights.
