Tesco Cafe in Wrexham

Dirty tables, cutlery and cups. Food was missiitems on the menu.

Twice I sent a poached egg back in the end I gave up white was runny both times absolutely disgusting 🤢 wish I could upload photos

I popped into the cafe for a cappuccino and whilst I was waiting(huge queue) I was watching the waitress waiting on the tables.The ladies name was Gemma and she is a credit to Tescos amazingly lovely, helpful and incredibly polite lady.Thankyou Gemma for your help.

I give up now can't even do a runny egg , breakfast not bad but ask for a runny egg or your be disappointed.

Popped in for something to eat this morning, ordered a breakfast and a pot of tea and was served by a lovely gentleman. I sat down there was plenty of seating to choose from and my breakfast was brought out fairly quickly by a very friendly lady. Overall was very nice food and a good price

Seriously gone downhill. Used to be really lovely food here, but today food was cold and not impressive. Kids scrambled eggs on toast like a tablespoon of egg on it. Not enough to feed a hungry 3 year old!

Went theor appecting nice meal well oh my god we took knife and folk back 3 times has each tume they was dirty bit tried food on them. One member of staff had a black eye cut lip and a massive attiude problem food was cold horrible try hard and horrible

Lovely breakfasts. For a supermarket cafe it was quick, cheap and really good food. The staff took our details for track and trace, we order and the food came out within minutes. The full breakfast was nice and hot, the scrambled egg and salmon on toast was well cooked. Although the bacon tasted a little plasticy overall the quality was good. The latte was lovely. Overall a pleasant experience, very good pricing and good food.

Went today at 14:15 and waited 15 mins an a queue of only 2 people. Yes it took that long to take 2 people's orders. I asked for a all day breakfast only to be told they won't do it as they were closing in 15 mins. That was a bare faced lie as when I complained at customer services they said they close at 3 pm. Why not put up some signs and not waste people's time. ? Maybe go and get another job if you can't be bothered to serve customers and lie to them. I'm taking all my future business to Asda now. Not shopping there again.

Haven't been for a while to have my lunch now I know why.I ordered freshly made cheese n ham omelette, beans and toast never again it was boring no taste best bit was the coffee i ordered .Wont be going back again at all.

So I ordered but when my breakfast came the dried up sausage was black and tasteless almost a frozen sausage I would say the egg was rubber the yolk. Dried if I wasn’t absolutely starving I would not have eaten it I will not return that’s for sure . I ate about 10.30 so presume I was the last for breakfast meaning it has been hanging around but I paid full price so expect the same breakfast as the first one out at 8 am I have photos

We went in for breakfast not very nice at all the staff were good but the food not to be honest will not go there again as very expensive for the meal we got an a long wait as well,

Kawa sredniej jakosci, mily personel i czystosc to zalety tego miejsca. Lokal znajduje sie na pietrze marketu, wiec to dobre miejsce gdzie mozna na chwile usiasc i napic sie kawy.

I think some people need to manage their expectations a bit, it's Tesco café not the Savoy Grill. The food is fine and reasonably priced, the staff are friendly and polite considering the moaning bunch of pedants they have to put up with all day every day.

The staff are lovely but the system seems to be a bit chaotic. Sunday morning, fairly quiet but still a 20 min wait for some toast, one lot of which was cold when we got it. They were very happy to take it back but then another long wait for its replacement unfortunately.

Quite big, stocks lots of non-food items. Bought what we went in for.

Queued for 10 minutes to place a hot food order. (Bacon sandwich). Hadn't arrived after 20 minutes, so asked a member of staff how much longer I had to wait and was told there was a half hour wait for hot food. Had I been told this I would not have ordered. Whilst waiting I observed staff clearing tables and just wiping them over with a bare hand! Will not be returning.

Not much choice scrambled eggs awful

Terrible breakfast this morning, scrambled egg was an omelette chopped up, cold and rubbery. My sons full breakfast not very good either, both Luke warm, very disappointing

Staff here are extremely helpful and friendly,service very quick and food is reall good.Special mention for Kay who gave us excellent service.

Shocking customer service . Food was cold and over priced staff were miserable . We won't be going there again

Food only warm, staff not bothered attitude

As Tesco cafes go it was okay, omelette was really small but tasty none the less. Always annoys me that these places are attached to Tesco but still insist on cashing in on soft drinks, I suppose you are paying for the ambience. Wife had breakfast that looked okay. Got my daughter's lunch incorrect even though we told them three times at the counter, sent it back and it was fine.

Not the first time i've been and been told they are not doing hot food. It was 4pm and they close at 6pm. Told they need an hour to clean the kichen. Still an hour left to cook a southern fried wrap. Its not the first time and there is no signs anywhere stating its limited choice after 4pm

Awful, waited 30 minutes for mine and my partner's breakfast (wasn't even busy) and it arrives cold and uncooked Would definitely avoid this awful place.

Waitress offered a sandwich to a man and his child which had already been put in a bin bag and thrown on the floor, milk in plastic tubs and staff miserable.
