Absolutely horrendous customer service, no manners from the get go even with my polite greeting, when i asked for a few chilli flakes they abrubtly said 50p l, will not be visiting again tried to fight me after walking out the shop, dont appreciate getting spoken to like a naughty child, manners go a long way expecially with the public, will not be visiting again ever

Found mould on the bottom of the burger, put me off the food for the rest of meal. would not recommend

good standard bacon and sausages...all cooked well. id order again no probs. Thank you.

Lovely food as always but chicken wings have changed not spicy

First and last visit here, I dared to ask for a second sugar for my coffee, was met with a bad attitude from the server at the window. Sorry it was too much trouble for you and clearly out of your job spec.

Great quality food. The chicken kebab & spicy chicken wings was juicy and well cooked. Ham, mushroom & pineapple pizza was very delicious.

Maccies in Mold is fudging s***e. I don’t think they’ve ever been able to get a single order right. A snail could work faster than the staff there. Ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin with the meal. Correct me if I’m wrong but this comes with a hash brown right? Surprise surprise, no chuffing hash brown. To make it even better, the sausage patty tasted like ghandi’s flip flop.

Don't make the same mistake as me and ignore the reviews...probably the worst Subway in the UK. Ordered on the app to collect, arrived 4 minutes early and it was already made and had gone stone cold, stale bread, brown lettuce, dry chicken and would have got more meat from a chicken wing than I got on my footlong sandwich.

Gone downhill, food is still great but rude customer service. I know what it’s like working at peak times, but that doesn’t excuse rudeness and pure incompetence.

Ordered tandoori pizza just a lot of hot chilli peppers thrown on a pizza no tandoori taste at all not impressed

First and last time I will ever order food from here. After reading some reviews I thought about giving it a try. We were soooo very disappointed. The food had very little flavour and was soooo greasy to the point it was dripping of the food. The chef might have been having an of day, but it has certainly put us of returning.

After reading the reviews was expecting a dump. But surprisingly it's OK. Clean and people were very friendly. Decent gluten free dishes. Fare prices. Don't expect 5 star restaurant Michelin food and its a good meal for the family.
