Cosy cafe. Not many tables and can get quite busy. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice bit of music in the background.
Breakfast was nice but would have been good to have the option of a poached egg. Only option was fried.
Enjoyed my milkshake and my partner enjoyed his coffee.
Fair value for money given the tourist area.
No parking directly outside but carparks closeby and road parking a way up the road.

Pleasantly surprised how nice this little place was. Visited for the first time with friends and would definitely recommend. I will visit again.
The Value for money was exceptional. Polite staff and it's dog friendly too
This lovely cafe now appears to be closed down which is a shame as it was one of the few remaining cafes that served good standard British fare at a fair price, hope that I’m wrong and that it reopens in the same format
Visited this place for tea and cake, lovely staff, warm welcome and allow dogs. My only negative would be the coffee wasn’t very strong. Still worth a visit
Great little hotel with lovely staff. We spent new years here and it was a great evening, good food and selection of drinks. Nice atmosphere and very comfy beds.
After being a loyal customer for years at the Empire and then the Osborne, we have been refused a booking for 12 people as we might be noisy and disturb the other diners! We originally tried to book the Osborne for 12 people 5 wks in advance but were told we could not book the table more than two weeks before the date! Then 10 days before the date we wanted, we were told that they would not accept a party greater than 8! If we’d been told that, when we made the original enquiry, we could have made alternative arrangements. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday, we are definitely not a rowdy group. We are now struggling to find somewhere suitable and will more than likely have to put off our celebration! So disappointed.
I can’t fault it! I was cod when I arrived and the young woman working behind the bar brought a heater to warm me. Excellent food, I had the pie, followed by crumble and custard. Well prepared wholesome food. Plenty of food, you won’t leave the fairy glen hungry!
Always book at a Dylan’s sometime during a stay in N Wales so decided to try Conway as it was on our way home. Disappointed we couldn’t sit upstairs (with view of the Castle) as the server said it wasn’t open, though later we saw people being shown up there. Ah well….
Husband had the hake which he said was lovely. I had gambas which were rather lukewarm rather than hot. The roast new potatoes were very tasty and very hot!
All in all a pleasant enough lunch experience.
Had a fantastic Sunday lunch, great service from the 2 young ladies, absolute compliment to the chef, the setting is great, wonderful views across the valley
