We have been here a number of times and had great food and fantastic service. The time before last the beef was awful, gristly and lots of fat, I had to send it back twice for them to get it right. Last visit a week ago and it was good. Today the beef was very gristly and fatty and the Yorkshire pudding cold. Have the meat to the dog and they replaced the yorkie and brought back some beef saying it is the vein. I suggested the chef could actually see if there is lots of fat and gristle. It seems they have built up a good reputation only to let it slip with complacency. Will probably spend good money somewhere better next week.

Stopped off for lunch yesterday afternoon and the food and choice of larger was good. Even let me sample them to pick right one for me. Chris and Ellie are a credit to the company and their customer service is exceptional.
