The best restaurants in Rhiw Conwy North Wales

Had possibly one of the best meat pies I've ever had, then went back for Sunday lunch, which was a bit of a let down if I'm totally honest.

We’ve lived in Colwyn Bay for 23 years and just recently got a cheeseburger and chips at this kiosk. They were absolutely gorgeous, and their hot chocolate was amazing. The owner and staff are fantastic too, they will even come out to your car in this freezing weather with your food, can’t praise them enough.

Bit of a wait.... But well worth it. Hands down best burgers we have had. The loaded fries are amazing and generous portions.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Horrendous experience tonight, made to feel uncomfortable by a member of staff! Same staff member argued with us, then walked off in a paddy, shouted at us, rude! Terrible experience!!!!!

Wow! This place offers the most amazing portion sizes , fantastic quality and all for a great price. Cheapest fish and chips I’ve had for ages. So glad we chose to eat on our way home from Llandudno and call in at Colwyn bay. The girl who was serving was friendly and helpful and seemed to be running everything on her own - well done! Will definitely return . Outstanding !

Absolutely fantastic. Visiting and was craving something spicy. Rang up and spoke to Sharif who was very patient with all my questions! I ordered a dish not on the menu with specific requirements and it was cooked to perfection. I'm indian and particular about what I like. No complaints here.

Great food but the wine options are terrible. I consistently enjoy the vegetarian options in the restaurant, the staff will make anything you ask for and it’s always good. Sadly I can’t get a decent glass of wine to accompany my meal. Wine in a box hasn’t been acceptable since the 80s but my feedback isnt hitting home. In conclusion.. great food, stick to lemonade.

We were in Colwyn Bay for the day and came across this lovely cafe. The interior was beautiful and the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was well presented, tasted great, and was reasonably priced. They were also dog friendly, which was a bonus for us.

My friends and I went to the greek night .Oh what a night .Food and atmosphere was amazing .As it was several of my friends 60th birthday in sept ,Chris allowed me to bring in some giant balloons .When getting up to dance to Zorba he let me throw my plastic picnic plates😂What a good sport 👍Every member of staff is lovely and so good at their jobs .I think Sheldons is the best place to go to in Colwyn Bay .Try it and I am sure you'll agree!

Absolutely gorgeous food, always arrives super hot & delicious 😋 Highly recommend the garlic mayo Have purchased multiple times from here on just eat and now through their app! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Layout again was a problem just like the zoo itself for people in wheelchairs due to Buggies and layout of tables etc. Hot food was limited menu a little pricey. My personal opinion maybe have somewhere for buggy's to go outside . And re think inside furniture layout

SLOW service. The restaurant is ALWAYS DIRTY.

Unexpected visit due to accident on motorway... comfort break to refuel with food & drink (toilet), before continuing journey. Like home from home :-)

Surly staff, serving bland supermarket value range pizza, burgers etc ... at Dick Turpin without a mask prices, in a manky cafe. I'd give it a swerve!

This place is not far off a complete shambles, the customer service is nonexistent and the food is a fried abomination. It is a fast food place not a crematorium.
