Rozi's Indian Take Away in Conwy

Been coming here 12 years and will not go anywhere else for my chicken madras! Lovely meal and service upon every visit

rozi's takeaways and restaurants are great ,staff always very helpful and the food is always excellent.

The place is ok, but even though I made sure the curry would not be sweet, it had a sweet taste. I presume this is because they use a sweet base for all their curries, there is little they can do. So, if you do not like sweet curries, please venture one in Old Colwyn area - tastes little bit more genuine. Every curry takeaway in Colwyn Bay seems to use sweet base. If you want a proper home cooked food taste, it is not likely to give you that. Price charged went up without notice - different from the menu price and was told it went up now. Would have appreciated if known before. It is not a lot of money, yet feels taken ride for. Make sure you know what you pay beforehand.

Good enough for taste and not too expensive, but the dishes are often not as described, they say there are vegetables but then all you get is sauce and meat. Quite boring.

The best curry house in the area using fresh products to create the nicest most mouth watering tastes in your mouth. 11 out of ten.

Amazing food all freshly cooked by fantastic staff and first class service to go with it.There nans are incredible and the food is so mouth watering and I Carnot get enough of it . Love the place it’s amazing.

I have been visiting here for as long as I can remember, having tried nearly all the local restaurants and Indian takeaways, this is by far the best. Never a long wait usually about 20 minutes and the food is unreal, the flavours are just the best and they arent full of oil like most Indians, you get a really saucy flavoured curry that we just haven't had beaten so we don't bother to eat out for curry now we always just order to take away. If your in the colwyn bay or surrounding area this is the only Indian you need to order from!

So we took the opportunity to try a new (to us) take away as our usual one seems to have gone out of business. We found the chef attentive and took the time to understand Marie's dietry requirements and prepared a lovely mushroom curry, full of flavour and hot hot hot just how she likes it. I myself had a lovely chicken Madras prepared perfectly for my taste. We will definatley be revisiting

Staying in a caravan close to this takeaway so visited on a Sunday night place is pretty dark inside as full if dark wood but advises a 5 star hygiene rating to door. I ordered a chicken korma with Peshawar naan bread and shared some rice from my mums Chinese as it would have been nearly £15.00 to order a rice too so was a bit pricey for what it was, it was edible but will try another establishment before returning.

Several Indian takeaways nearby to us but for consistency in quality Rozis are by far the best. The Chicken Tikka massala is the best I've eaten. The chicken was beautifully tender and the sauce is delicious. Naan breads were delicious too.Will definitely use again and again

The quality of the curries are top draw - they are not the cheapest and we don’t mind that - but please say hello, and say please and thank you - that’s just manners.

Me and my boyfriend ordered curries from here, I asked the owner if he could make me a mushroom and coconut phall, he kindly made me one and it was absolutely gorgeous! Also the mushroom pilau rice was nice.Nice texture of sauce and hotness, my boyfriend had chicken madras which he loved. Will order from here again, the owner aims to please

First time I went it was lovely however the popadoms were soft which I let slide. This time I ordered a Naga which was very bland. You Would expect a Naga to be spicy and hot but this had no flavor at all. Not much meat, there seemed to be more chunks of tomato. Some of the popadoms were soft again. Really disappointed and I'm still hungry. For the price you would expect it to be good every time. Russian roulette takeaway style!

Ordered tandoori mixed grill, madras sauce, chicken dansak and keema nan all with pilau rice. When I picked it up the place looked a bit run down and the staff looked scruffy. I was really surprised how good the food was. It is nice to be able to see into the kitchen and your food being cooked. The place could do with a clean and a lick of paint but food was excellent!

Very friendly every time. The food is really nice and cooked to perfection. If you like hot and spicy curry I recommend Chicken Tikka Naga, it is to die for. Bags of flavours.

Enjoyed the meal however it was much blander than an Indian ought to be. Not alot of meat in the curry either. Peshwari nan was beautiful - best part of the meal. May go again if passing however there are nicer takeaways in the area

The food was poor and a little overpriced. The serice was really slow and all dishes tasted the same!

Just had a takeaway from here. On the window there is a sign saying they are not connected to any of the other Rozi's. I can only think the rest of the chain insisted they put that up as it the worst takeaway we've ever eaten.

All I can say to this curry house is that I have TRIED THE REST AND THEY ARE THE BEST. Each time I go they always get my curry I like spot on and there nans cooked to perfection but part from that they are really running a good establishment. 11out 10 rating in my opinion.

La primera vez que hemos tenido una toma de distancia de este establecimiento y nos encantó. Hemos probado unos indios para llevar en la zona y éste es tan bueno como cualquiera de los que he tenido. Hay mucho para comer por el dinero. Sin duda volveré de nuevo.

Purchased chicken vindaloo and chicken phall on Thursday 6th July 2017.Plus starters. This must be the best curry's that my son and I have had from takeaways in Colwyn Bay. Staff excellent and beauty of the takeaway is that cusotmers can watch food being prepared.

The only place to go for Indian take away, we have Indian from here on new years eve every year and it's beautiful

Tuvimos una comida desde aquí los miércoles por la noche, el 4 de enero. La comida era muy buena. Todo fresco sobre pedidos. Porciones de muy buen tamaño y muy sabroso. El chico que nos servía era realmente amable y servicial. Sin duda alguna volveremos otra vez. Buena relación calidad-precio. Ya estoy planeando mi próxima visita! !

Personally i thought it's a great place, but we've had to stop going here, as every time my wife has a meal from here, she's ill, every time!

Probado aquí hoy para un curry y para ser honestos, fue muy aguados y sosa. Sin sabor a la madras y se olvidaron de mi chips que pagué. Lejos de volver a recogerlos. Rhos tandoori es el lugar para ir. . Pero pensé que le daría una oportunidad y no me impresionó.

The food is super yummy and the service is very quick and friendly especially if you phone your order ahead. I would definitely recommend them.

We eat A LOT of take away food, this in our opinion has to be the best local Indian take away around, the food is very tasty, always fresh, at reasonable prices, and the whole cleanliness of the place is just great... highly recommended ! get ordering folks!

Tasteless curry definitely lacking in any spice whatsoever. Chicken tikka over cooked, dry and chewy. Nan bread wasn't too bad apart from it lacking in garlic when the order was for garlic nan's with extra garlic !. All four of us thought we would give it a try but not one of us would ever bother again.

Got take away last night.. i must say it was the nicest butter chicken ive ever had.. beautiful pieces of chicken. Piping hot & very tasty. My hubby had chicken tikka & he thoroughly enjoyed it. Will be making it my regular saturday night take away from now on.

Got a lamb tikka bhuna from Rozi's with onion fried rice, everything was cooked ok but it lacked any real flavour! If it wasn't for the onion rice it would have been flavourless! Maybe my choice in curry wasn't the best but I expected more as the Rozi's in Deganwy was great! I will give it another go to see if they can redeem themselves!!!! Pleasant enough staff as well so I will give them the benefit of the doubt!!

Have been going to this Indian takeaway for a good couple of years and the food has been great. The only thing that lets it down is the food hygiene rating.

Myself and some friends had a takeaway last night from Rozi's and can honestly say it was one of the nicest meals I have had from a takeaway. The food was piping hot and nicely spiced. I was a little hesitant after reading some reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Would certainly go again, and recommend.

Un discreto take away indiano. Personale gentile e servizio veloce, possibilità di ordinare per telefono e passare a ritirare. Menù abbastanza ampio, cibo ben cucinato e abbondante. Prezzi economici. Raccomandato, se vi va di provare la cucina indiana.

Food was ok...waited quite a while but suppose that means it's. Cooked from fresh. Wouldn't say it would be my first choice but it's ok

This takeaway has lovely food, we ordered tikka, korma, lamb rogan josh, onion bahgees and chicken pakora. All the food was delicious and similar prices to all other local takeaways. Will definatley go again

LikedWe ordered a wide variety of starters and main dishes. Every single one from the onion bhajis onwards was perfect. Hefty portions as well. Hard to single out a dish for additional praise but the mixed kebabs were outstanding.DislikedThe 200 hundred miles between Bath and Prestatyn. I just wish that Rozi's was in Bath.

A take away that does not care about customer service.Tried them again food watery when ordered 2 of same dish.Less meat than usual.

I’ve had many a good curry here. Unfortunately I’ve had to remove my previous review of recommendation... due to the fact my last 4 or 5 have been less than good (watery and bland)I think it’s down to the cooking responsibilities are now shared... one can and one can’t cook.I also noticed another customer has removed their review of recommendation... Such a shame I’ve got to find a new takeaway.

Love Rozi's Indian takeaway, I would always recommend you keep going back to try all the menu. I believe they also have a restaurant in Deganwy which I have not had the pleasure to dine there yet.

Situated in West End Colwyn Bay. Parking outside.Menu is extensive and not expensive.They do a great meal deal for £9.95 and for this you get starter, main dish, Rice/Nan and a side dishWhen you get a meal deal, some places tend to cut portions but not this place. The dish was full of beautifully prepared chicken. Wifeys dish was Veggie curry which she said was beautiful.All food was absolutely fantastic. Portions were large that we had a load left over and had to put it in fridge to make a 2nd meal next day.Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Having tried most Indian in Colwyn Bay, this is probably best. Far superior to AMK

Decided to give this place a go as was left very disappointed by Abdul's in Colwyn Heights.Not disappointed this time round. Food cooked to my liking, just right amount of spice. Piping hot even after a 5 minute drive home. Good value for money. This will be my curry house of choice from now on. Bit disappointing they don't deliver though!

we had a takeaway from rozis saturday night .top quality food, really enjoyed what we had, delicious.service was excellent very friendly happy staff. definetly recomend rozis to anyone. you will not be disappointed.

Despite living a fair distance away from this take away, we tried it on a friends recommendation. We've not looked back! Meals are always tasty and fairly grease free, which is good for an indian take away. The Korma from Rozi's is the only one my wife will eat from any Indian.. it's that tasty. Hygienic kitchen that you can see them cooking in and staff are always friendly. Order with confidence.

Friendly staff, the food was ok but nowhere near as good as AMK which is only 2 minutes away. Service is good and the waiting area has ample seating

Ordered a butter chicken with boiled rice, a garlic chilli naan and two poppadoms.Asked to pick up for 8.45 and for the total price. Price told over the phone was 9.80On arrival the gentleman behind the counter asked for 10.15I said the gent over the phone ( who turned out to be the same man requesting 10.15) gave me a price of 9.80I had withdrawn 10pound from thw bank, had I had anymore change then I would of payed the extra 35penceThe gentlemans manners and service were appauling as he argued the toss over 35pence and suggested I had the price mixed up with the pick up time despite me setting my own pick up time! Upon arrival home I checked the prices which totalled to 9.80Not only was the service terrible but the staff fail to add together 3 pricesAbduls in colwyn heights will be receiving my custom in the futureThis was overall very disappointing as I have been using rozis for years and suggesting it to my friends!

I was very disappointed with the meals from Rozi's - the meat was tough, the curry sauce had a bitter taste and the poppadoms seemed to have been recooked. Masala in Colwyn Bay is cheaper and the food is nicer.

One of the better takeaways in Colwyn Bay or surrounding area we actually travel 12 miles to pick up our food passing 2 Indian restaurants on the way well worth that extra travelling.Friendly staff with an open kitchen you can actually see your food being prepared.Good curries with plenty of spice the tandoori chicken is also good.

The food is always good from this spotlessly clean takeaway in Colwyn Bay - service is cheerful and prompt. You usually get an extra poppadom or two thrown in for free!

All the curries are excellent. It's the only place I would order a curry takeaway as I have done for years. I know it taste good, it's clean and staff are pleasant. I have to pass quite a lot of curry places to get lot this one but prefer to travel as I know it's alway good

The usual poor quality cuts of cheap tasteless cubed chicken that pre water injected stuff that bulks the meat out but no taste/substance, bland curries - worst nan bread had for a very long time.nothing special save your money and eat from somewhere else.
