ordered through just eat.cost a fortune.Delivery driver moaned about sat nav being wrong.Food was average,tiny portion.Absolutely extortionate for what you get.Last time we ordered we found 6 trimmed hairs in the food.we are done.yuk.

Very tasty food. Specially the Sheek Kebab and the nan bread was fresh. Was looking for Manchester style indian food found it here. Will Come again.

I gave a 3 star on food because my last order of chicken vindaloo, was as thin as soup. Most of my curry's in the past from the Indian Kitchen have been lovely, there be it, sometimes a little on the runnyside, but not as runny as my last order. Usually the curry"s are lovely from here. Outstanding customer service from this amazing family take a way. Farm 🚜fresh ingredients always and Outstanding flavour it comes highly recommended by me and my family. Fast delivery service and always a smile and if your children want any of the dishes they will do children portion as well as adult size and family portions are also available.

We ordered a starter chicken tikka with 3 poppadoms mango chutney mint yogurt sauce snd inion and cucumber What we got 1 and 1/2 poppadom 4 minute (tiny) pieces of chicken not mint yogurt and some sort of sweet snd sour watery stuff Main meal was suppose to be Chicken rogan josh and rice what we got 4 pieces of tiny chicken in watery sauce rice was that dry it was hard definitely could not eat, I phoned them up and was informed manager will ring me back which they never bothered, £20 that’s what we were charged (we picked up not delivered) DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

After 2 years of brilliant service last night’s food was a shock, the chicken tikka and lamb tikka in our mixed started was shrivelled and dry as a bone, it was clearly reheated from the night before and was practically inedible. I’m shocked you’d send food out like that, especially to a regular customer!!

Great place. Friendly staff, had a good chat with them. The food is awesome, tried multiple curries and all were faultless.

Have ordered a few times before and generally not bad, but I was less impressed the last time. The accompanying condiments for the popadoms were terrible. The ‘chutney’ was the consistency of milk. Yoghurt not much thicker. Tiny little pots too, but they went straight into the bin. The chicken tikka jalfrezi main tasted quite nice but again, the consistency of the sauce was like it had been watered down and was just no where near as thick as it should be. It was as though they were doing it to save money. In the positive side, the garlic rice and keema naan were both excellent. Finally we preordered the food to come at a later time using the Conwy Eats app but this was ignored and it turned up 45 mins before the earliest possible time range that we selected. I’m a big British Indian Restaurant style (BIR) curry lover and I am yet to find a takeaway in the nearby area that is anywhere near as the quality you can get in many other towns.

Best Indian in the town. Everything with coconut, nuts worth trying. Keema - great. They even know how to prepare lamb properly - usually it is a risk, but these lads make it the way, it is really great. I am not using delivery service, no idea how it works. Understanding, flexible approach. Appreciated. One of few takeaways, after which I have no heartburns. You can see how they do it, they are not hidding. It may not look beautiful, but they have skills, and equipment is better than it looks.

Ordered at 6:00pm for delivery at 7:05 and at 20:00pm our order was cancelled after calling twice to ask if the order was on the way as we had a 8 year old waiting for her food……got told we are just cancelling food…wouldn’t recommend however the food is really nice when you receive just very disappointed they can’t get the timings right not the first time but this was just beyond a joke…. just don’t order as they lie on delivery

Shocking i wouldn’t give you one star ordered food for 7 to be delivered by 7 not 8 o’clock comes still nothing my partner phones and your staff are so rude on the phone saying it is not your fault I ordered are food at half 5 people are so rude and told us to cancel the order shocking

We ordered a takeaway over the phone to collect at a later time. The food was nearly ready when we went to collect. Portions are large and very tasty;we had enough for the next day too. Service was good would definitely recommend

We ordered via Just Eat and the delivery was within the times stated. The Mixed Starter for One had enough to satisfy two people and a good variety of food too. The Biryani came in a round foil container, I've never seen one so big before. All the food was very tasty - an excellent meal.

We had a takeaway from Indian Kitchen and were not satisfied by the taste. Madras Curry was very spicy and not very edible. Also the Egg rice was not good, Chappati was bit hard and our kid struggled to eat it. However, Mushroom rice was really very good and we enjoyed it. Hence the two stars.

Just had a takeaway from The Indian Kitchen. Not impressed. I had a Lamb Dhansak and garlic and cheese naan. The curry was tasteless, there was no spice or flavour. The Naan was under cooked and doughy. I shall not be ordering again from the Indian Kitchen. Darren

Ordered a curry for my husband's birthday meal, as we were on holiday in llandudno, I was told it would be delivered in half an hour, but, actually took one hour and ten minutes.when it finally arrived, I was charged £44-50 for 2 curries, 2 rice, 1 portion of chips, and poppadoms with red onions. Poppadoms were soft, the red onions were white, with bits of green (spring onion stems?)and had a slightly acidic taste, the mushroom rice was horrible, the tikka masala was like tomato soup with chicken in it, and the chips were undercooked. Because we were going home the next day, we didn't bother to complain, but what a waste of money!!

Ordered again tonight , lovely meal ,tried the mango dish , really nice , food on time as usual ,and delivery excellent live-in Conwy ,2 Indian's ,one I wouldn't consider ,other doesn't do delivery , great takeaway/ Delivery ,... recommend

Blatantly told me what I am saying is wrong and their can be nothing wrong with their chicken as they are always perfect in what they do. I offered them to come in and take the food away and taste it, to which they said that's something they do not do. What a shambolic customer service telling on your face that you are wrong and they don't accept complaints. All the best to all those who order from here.

Ordered food 15/0122 at 5pm. Food arrived at 7.39pm cold. Starters cold and mains inedible. If you love Asian food do not eat here.

We used to be regular customers...until tonight. The past few orders we have placed have been wrong. Tonight they sent keema rice in place of garlic rice - not really appreciated by a vegetarian. Previously orders have been replaced as they acknowledged it being their fault and the rest of the food would be cold by the time the replacements or missing items arrived. Tonight we have been rudely told not to order again. Treated as if it is OUR fault they keep sending the wrong foods, they have also refused to replace the order. We have requested a full refund. We can understand people make mistakes and have been willing to look past it when staff have been polite, but sadly now, we feel this should be raised so others do not have to deal with this!

Nice Indian resto. We loved Cheakpea saag alot. They should make Naan thin, because ours was almost pizza dough size thick. Although it was soft, it was taking efforts to chew. Otherwise nice Indian food

Tried the Lamb bhuna and south indian style chicken dish 😍😍 with pilau. Not often the food makes you forget to take photos. Well worth it.

I eat Indian food very frequently and this is the best I've tasted from a takeaway. All the food tasted fresh and cooked in an open kitchen which is a nice touch. Highly recommended.

Ordered a meal this evening 9/8/2021 fir home delivery (as we are self isolating) Cost £17. 10p part of my meal was missing so I phoned to say some of my order missing, the cheeky sod said sorry we are very busy pick up next time We paid most of the main meal consisted of BIG LUMPS OF ONION, Only nice part about the meal was the gentleman who delivered very friendly and polite.. Definitely Would Not Recommend… And if you do insist on ordering from there CHECK YOUR MEAL IS ALL THERE BEFORE PAYING

Ok so the food was a little late arriving but that didnt matter all starters were huge hot and amazing The mains and there were a few different ones were superb tasty and hot we were all more than pleased Would definately order from here again

Great food, excellent staff, reasonable pricing. Ordered a takeaway from here, told the chefs exactly how I like my food and they did not disappoint me! Quickly made it ready to collect, soon as I went there they were just finishing off packing it. Thank you guys for looking after us. We visit Llandudno regularly to visit parents, and always have an Indian take away. We have been using Shapla and the Blue Elephant, but never had an above average meal from either of them. We found this place on Google, and as they have some really good reviews decided to give it a try. Everyone agreed this was one of the nicest Indians we have ever had, and will not be going anywhere else in future. Every dish, from starters, to sides and the mains were beautiful. The only negative comment would be that you can only pay cash, and it's in a rough part of town so I can imagine some of the locals would be put off going because of the area. We saw people going to the off license in thier pajamas😂 Just trust me and give this place a try, and I'm sure you will be as please as we were to find this diamond in the rough.

Beautiful food I would highly recommend, it was my first time ordering and I couldn’t fault it the bread was so fresh and full of seasoning. The lamb was beautiful just melts in your mouth not chewy like most Indians.

I had arranged for 12 people to get together for a meal on Monday night only to find out the place was shut and no notice on the door explaining why. I am very disappointed with the place. They have only been open a short while and already they have lost 12 customers as we will never have faith in the place again. They may have later opened up I'm not sure but they were not open on the specified time. My friends had travelled far to enjoy the evening only to go home upset.

Incredible tasting Indian take away!, the food was marinated and cooked to perfection. Massive portions and delivered earlier than expected I’d Defiantly recommended if your in the surrounding area.
