Cold Donner and Chicken Meat extremely greasy. Not at all nice. Will not be returning.

I had a takeaway delivery this evening and the food was top notch. I ordered donner meat, chicken donner meat, side salad and a can of diet coke. The salad was completely fresh and the chicken Donner meat was so fresh and tasty. The Donner meat was also very nice. Nothing to fault here. Great food. I would recommend. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering from here because it's my first time and there were a small amount of bad reviews. I have ordered from other establishments before and the Donner meat was hard, the chicken Donner was completely shredded and the salad old and limp. So my experience this evening was pure delight.

Great service, friendly staff, quick delivery. Never go anywhere else. When you order on their app you get 20% off over £20 which is great for the pocket.

Great combination kebab served by Turkish Brother. Highly recommended 10/10

not long ordered from here, chips were absolutely awful and still white and not cooked at all, 😢 bread was soggy as anything on a "burger" completely fell apart and unbeatable unfortunately defo won't be eating from here again....

Excellent friendly staff. My mum made a mistake with the order and staff were more than willing to sort it out. Really impressed with the service. Lovely people.

Dropped by late afternoon, and was very pleasantly rewarded by the warm welcome and excellent food. Better still, orders totaling £20+ come with a free 12" garlic bread, and for once, the garlic was front and centre (I hate wishy-washy garlic bread). Recommended.

Please please do not order from this place I wouldn’t even give it one stars the chicken tasted like it’s been sat there for days the garlic mayo tasted disgusting the chips tasted as if they were still frozen please don’t waste your time or money I waited for an hour and a half! No hygiene at this place at all! Save yourself the money

Pop corn chicken over cooked some parts inside the chicken didn't look cooked yet the skin was over cooked ! Chips were microwaved they were awful . First time eating here never again . Milkshake come warm and the pure orange juice was warm.

Absolutely disgusting service after waiting two and a half hours chasing the order three times they eventually cancelled the order and put the phone down on me UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Really not impressed. Food arrived late, stone cold and soggy after telling me I'd missed them because I wasn't in. I was sat in my kitchen waiting for them the entire time and no-one knocked. Most of the food was binned. Won't be using them again. EDIT ...I would just like to add that I have a very loud barky dog who didn't even hear the driver knock so either they must have barely touched the door or got the wrong address (but my door also has a fully working doorbell on which didnt go off)...also, I was only called AFTER the food had returned to the shop. Maybe the delivery drivers should be provided a mobile phone so when their feather weight door knocking isn't answered, they can call and say they are outside.

Amazing pizzas best I've had in ages. Chips were a bit of a let down but fast service and friendly staff. I am definitely coming again!

Had food from here before and it was fine but last week, awful. Cold chips, pizza base uncooked and cheese anaemic had to put it in my own oven to brown off, still wasn't anything special

Worst experience of me ordering food on an app. The restaurant driver/s are incompetent and not in their working state of mind. I ordered the food to the Marine Hotel with the postcode Address: The Promenade, Marine Hotel, Vaughan St, Llandudno LL30 1AN. They delivered it a marine hotel in another town with the postcode 236 Abergele Rd, Old Colwyn, Colwyn Bay LL29 9YH. How can someone who's in full state of mind miss another town when the postcode is in the address. Someone who is high on something and that's what we found out when we approached the hotel hungry after 2 hours of not receiving the order and the restaurant insisting that it was delivered to a wrong address. The delivery driver still had the cheek to show me on his phone the wrong address and the lady with him was threatening us. We went to the wrong hotel regardless to show her on the map that this wasn't our address and she was still rude and threatening towards me and my friend. Please flag this hotel as a establishment who doesn't have a very competent delivery personnel in place for the customers as this was a completely unacceptable experience.

EDIT!!!! ORDERED TONIGHT 12TH AUG 21 FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL THIS TIME IT WAS UNEATABLE!!! WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN LET ME DOWN👍 Food is absolutely amazing worth more than 5* best take away I've had definitely be back again also great customer service thank you for a brilliant meal😋😋

We ordered a spicy chicken pizza for a take away and what a disappointment. There was hardly any chicken on it or anything else on it. Never again.

amazing food. chicken was cooked perfectly and chicken nuggets were very nice. had a problem with delivering at the start but called up and they were nice enough to give a free garlic bread. amazing customer service. than you Robertos.

Been here twice first time got a large didnt seem to be much donner meat was bit hard went there on 15th Sept was nice and was large this time donner meat and chips large with Dr pepper 7.50

Great food, great price and great service. Had a problem recently, they sorted the issue and sent me a nice extra. Highly recommended place - the kofte is my favourite!
