When its good its lovely...However, this is the 3rd or 4th time youve undercooked my pizza!..thats about 50quid worth of pizza that ive thrown away or eaten just the cooked bits..this is only the 3rd time ive complained in my life and im middle aged...sort it out..

Very good. The delivery driver was very friendly, very fast, and the food was very yummy.

no where near delivery time, claimed to be delivered but was not (asked to leave a review of food not delivered 🤯) turned up cold and soggy. shame we love this place!

Pizza's were lovely, fresh & hot. Delivered much sooner than was predicted by a friendly driver.

Photos of the food are completely misleading. Do not expect to receive something related to italian pizza. Ordered pepperoni, received flad lid, tastless cheese, few cycles of pepperoni. Apparently they are cutting costs or just general issue. Prices are not cheap.

Great place to eat for young family. Staff were lovely and let the kids spread the sauce and add their own toppings to the bases before it went in the oven - nice touch. Pizza was delicious!

Great pizzas, pretty poor takeaway service. Orders pizza for takeaway an hour ahead of time. Arrives to collect the order to be told the pizza isn't even in the oven yet. 10-15 mins further wait. Would definitely recommend for eating in, but not for takeaway. They haven't quite figured out their timings yet. And "too busy" isn't an excuse for a restaurant with five tables.

We went to this place last time we were in town and I was shocked. Took no time at all to be served, staff were friendly and treated us like they wanted us there. Pizza choices were plentiful and amongst the normal choices were some very unusual types. It was the most amazing pizza I'd ever had, not just saying that. And this time, I chose a different one and it was, again, amazing. 3 pizzas, orders taken and on the table cooked in about 10 mins. Cannot fault this place. They have one in Llandudno too, we are going in July and plan to visit that one also. See you soon Johnny's.

First time here and will certainly be back. Pizzas are crafted by hand in front of you and it really shows in the taste! Some really interesting toppings, as well as the more traditional choices. A great place for a pizza, to eat in or take out. Highly recommended.

Hi! I walked into Johnny doughs about 5:20 and I had ordered food to go and I had witnessed a very stressful moment between two staff members that were working really hard by the looks of it this job looks terribly terrifying as it seems there was no communication between management and staff. And all a very tense moment, the food was amazing and service was excellent aswell.

Unfortunately Not the usual standard, pizza base was burnt on all pizzas leaving a bad after taste. And we were missing part of the order, delivery driver was very apologetic. But unfortunately it was too late bringing it afterwards as the pizza would have been freezing.

What a great experience, Frankie and Chris certainly know what they are doing and the recommendations were spot on especially as my wife is Gluten Free, Outstanding. Thank you guys and will definitely be back very soon. keep up the good work.

Going to cinema so a good place for a quick meal. Plenty of space to sit at the bench tables inside. The pizza bases were crispy. Had the meat feast and beetroot pesta and goats cheese between us. Staff very friendly. Will certainly visit again.

Chicken Shish, Margarita w/ xtra cheese and Chicken Tikka pizzas....all AWESOME! The folks were very friendly. Overall, it was an excellent meal and evening.

I paid £17 for a rolled pizza when it came I couldn't believe the size when driver gave it me I said whats that the price for what I got should of been no more than £8 and that's being generous never again avoid rip off johnnys

I had asked for ASAP and I got it - very prompt.

Called to say that they had no salsa to complete my 5 bean fajita pizza - I said that was fine and to send it as it is but then it arrived with Mayo iNstead of sour cream. 😕 ordered lots of times with no complaints but really disappointed this time. Was disgusting.

We came to johnnny doughs for my 6 year old son’s birthday! Nicole was fantastic with the kids and so patient with us all! She had a great idea of setting up colouring to occupy them and all the kids loved making their own pizza!

We had heard positive reviews and this was our first time. The mussel pizza was not evenly spread, just all in the middle so mainly crust. Bland and tasteless. The duck was slightly better but looked like it had also been thrown together. Probably not try again.

Pizza came in an odd shape but I enjoyed it none the less.

Ordered 5 pizzas online for collection, ranging from vegan to traditional to chicken tikka. Our order was ready on time and all pizzas were well prepared, cooked to perfection, and thoroughly enjoyed. Pleasantly surprised to get take-out pizza of such high quality, would definitely recommend!

Interesting and delicious pizza all on thin crust suitable. I had beetroot and goats cheese with mozzarella and tomato’s. He had BBQ chicken with peppers. Both really tasty. Served in a box along with a side salad in a box. The restaurant is mainly for takeaways, but they do have a few causal benches to sit at. Great to watch them making the pizzas. Nice choice of drinks. The lady serving was fun and friendly despite being so busy. Loved it for a casual meal.

Order was late, then wrong pizza arrived

We’ve eaten many pizzas from here, usually I collect but occasionally we’ll opt for delivery. Wether we have delivery or pick up, the quality is consistent and always delicious. It’s nice to get pizzas which are very flavoursome and have unique toppings. The beetroot pesto/goats cheese is a personal favourite and we also love the sheep roll.

Great, little intimate place to come with a friend or lover. The pizza is too drawer with classics on offer as well as some unique flavours, their Peking duck pizza is amazing.

Hoisin Duck pizza was delicious. Haddock pizza was lovely, ordering extra haddock was a good idea. Chicken tikka , would add extra spice next time. Overall the pizzas were all excellent and they had the nicest base we have had. Highly recommended.

The amazing pizza 🍕 and good service. I was visiting town and almost gone for a pizza chain pizza. However the price of pizza is same as high street pizza and quality is 500 times better. I have both veggie options kids and five beans fajita chilli. Both pizza great, the guy missed side of Rocket at first however considering quality I still give 5 Star

We've been regulars at Llandudno for years. Booked Colwyn Bay because we were camping nearby & didn't realise that it's mainly for takeaways, so we felt like we were sitting in our local pizza takeout rather than a restaurant. Fab building & location (old butchers shop?) but we were sat amongst piles of pizza boxes. Good pizza (not quite as good as Llandudno, no whole prawn or coriander on the chorizo prawn pizza) and lovely friendly staff. Spotlessly clean everywhere. My mistake for not understanding what I was booking!

Ordered for collection ready right on time piping hot loads of toppings/fillings very delicious! Easy to adjust for lactose intolerance also

One of the best pizzas we ever tasted. We had the duck and the fajitas. It was so perfectly made, the base was so tasty and perfectly made for the toppings. Even the Garlic bread redefined itself. Excellent work.

The pizza was a little late but the staff phoned me to let us know they were behind, fantastic service and great pizza as usual.

Wow! Even though it was luke warm, ‘Johnny’s Meaty Special’ was probably the best pizza we’ve ever had! Good packaging/presentation and an explosion of flavours without the typical overload of mozzarella! Well done guys… really friendly delivery guy too! 😀👍🏼

Quality food, the garlic bread is an explosion of garlicness!! Leave room for the brownie, you will regret it if you don’t!

Delicious wood-fired pizza delivered to your door! These pizzas are so so good and the menu is imaginative too. If you can’t get a booking in the restaurant this is the way to go.

You need to improve your website. Had problems twice now! Ordered, paid and had confirmation with estimated delivery time . Been waiting over 2 hours then called up and you've had no information about our order! Really good pizza but won't be ordering from you guys again with all this faff from your website. Things would have been ok, except it was nearly cold and very soggy when it arrived. Also, I was charged a ‘service charge’. Although it was a small charge, surely that should be up to me.

Just returned from a visit here, we tried unsuccessfully to get into Johnny Doughs in Llandudno but it was busy....on return to Conway we popped into Johnny Doughs junior, although small we were happily shown to our table.......I had the meat feast my wife had the farmhouse, both were very tasty, very thin crust and plenty of toppings. Would definitely go again.

Fast delivery, great pizza and even better customer service. Delivery man (who has a beard to narrow it down) was great. First time here but would definitely recommend.

Over 30 minutes late, and cold! Disappointing from Johnny doughs!

Valentines evening planned around this meal. Food was an hour late with no contact from Johnny Doughs and no answer despite many phone calls. Unsurprisingly, pizzas were barely warm when they arrived. Don’t offer a service you can’t deliver - it really lets people down.

Ordered at 7pm still waiting at 8:38pm

Terrible service. We ordered a meal at about 8 that was due by 9. The restaurant showed as shut from 9 too. After 9.30, we ended up having to order another meal. The food was then surprisingly delivered after 9.40. Lovely pizza,so not a bad word about the quality. Just really let down by late delivery and terrible communication. We now have two orders as a result, so 60 quid to feed two people. I'd sooner have gone out for the night out. Please be more timely or just improve your communication!!

Excellent, well-priced pizza. Takeaway or eat-in. Cracking range on the menu. I’ve tried them all and particularly love the Mussels Mariniere. Local beers available too.

Best pizza you can get in North Wales. Good selection and fresh ingredients, the base is wood fried so it tastes great and they cater very well for deitary requirements. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
