The best restaurants in North Wales

We were in the cue waiting to buy a substantial amount of food my child went to go toilet whist we waited get served a woman shouted to him where you going I explained he's with us she replied are you eating in or out which I replied eating out she replied toilets are for eating in customers only it may be policy but was very abrupt about it needless to say they lost my order awful will avoid now and always

Went in for lunch at 13.30 (closing time at 13.45), first thing the woman behind the till said was "how many of you are there?" Not even a hello, everything from there on seemed to be a massive hassle for her, ask for anything and she's shrug her shoulders and walk into the back.I understand you were 15 mintues away from closing but being from a background of catering myself you cannot give customers that type of attitude when they are giving your establishment money. Oh and yeah we all still left the chippy at (13.43) 2 minutes before closing time.Food was actually nice I have no complaints about that but why the attitude? Terrible customer service and that's the only thing all 4 of us will look back on when we think of this chippy and not the nice food, SORT IT OUT ITS YOUR JOB!

Fantastic curry, full of flavour, would highly recommended, we had a special madras. Chicken Balti and Chicken Tikka Masala

First time and my last, £3.10 for a chip bap that had 20 chips if, that on it. They may of been nice but for that price and the quantity it really wasn’t worth it. While waiting I noticed the price of other items and it seemed very expensive.

Order arrived with what looked like curry sauce in the bottom of the bag. I phoned to explain about the spillage, I was told it was oil and what could he do and then put the phone down on me and wouldn’t answer my number. My husband phoned and they answered straightaway, we took it back to Indian olive Buckley. When I mentioned that he put the phone down on me he said he was busy, he didn’t apologise until I said am I getting an apology, he then did but he was very rude. We all have stressful jobs but he was so rude and basically couldn’t care less they took the money customer service terrible.

We were looking for a light lunch as we were visiting the garden centre, the staff and service was good, a regular coffee was a really small cup, the sandwiches were very expensive, hardly any filling, the bread was dry so I couldn't eat it, I asked if I could have a soup instead, that was very tasty but came with a fifth of a smallbaguette. My husband is a catering manager and was incredibly shocked at the prices and quality of food, we spent 20 pound on a lunch that we didn't enjoy at all and regretted going there, we weren't offered a refund for the difference of the sandwich and soup, although the manager was very apologetic. We definitely won't be returning there.

The bacon rolls in the café are excellent. We always call in for coffee and cake when friends come to stay with us. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Called in to get a portion of chips approx 15.30 hrs. Paid full price for the chips, but when I got home, they were absolutely awful to look at. Couldn't even eat them.

Food is so expensive at the moment, but we thought we'd have a treat and have a takeaway. We we're so disappointed. We had a chicken & mushroom. Which should have been described as chicken & mushroom in bistro gravy. And we had a chicken fried rice. Which was a layer of fried rice, a thin layer of peas on top and then a layer of pre-cooked frozen chicken on top. Which looked so anemic. The whole meal was so salty. And a waste of money. Highly disappointed.

Really disappointed with experience this evening. Bit gutted as we holiday in the area frequently and had been waiting for a chip shop to re-open nearby. Ordered for a family of 4, total spend £26.10. Unfortunately the large cod I ordered was missing and in its place was another portion of chips. Asked for mushy peas with the kids meal, but was given beans, and also no drink which should have been included in the kids meal. I also asked for salt and vinegar on everything but that was missing off everything too 😩 Would have been a 20min round trip to take back and get the order corrected. Probably should have done but it wasn’t really practical with 2 hungry kids.

We opted for a take away from here, a Birthday celebration. Opting for the set meal for three- This comes with appetisers, three fried rice and a choice of three main dishes. Crispy beef, chicken curry and special chowmein. As there was 4 of us we added chicken balls in batter and some salt and pepper chips- This was more than enough. All dishes piping hot and full of flavour!! Would highly recommend!!!

Plenty of Choice in Fresh Food to Order including Soup & Vegetarian Options. And all you can eat Desserts.

Inicialmente cuando entramos pensé que el lugar estaba algo desordenado con platos, etc. dejados en la mesa, pero luego mientras estaba sentado en nuestra mesa mientras mi compañero pedía nuestro café, etc. me di cuenta de que solo había un joven trabajando detrás del mostrador. Lo observé y me di cuenta de que no solo estaba siguiendo las órdenes de la gente, sirviendo bebidas, comida, etc. de una manera muy agradable, sino que también se estaba despejando a medida que avanzaba. Y cuando mi compañero había pedido nuestras bebidas, y un pastel absolutamente delicioso, se dio cuenta de que no podía ayudar porque estaba en silla de ruedas, así que incluso encontró el tiempo para ayudarla trayendo nuestro pedido de pastel a nuestra mesa en medio de todo lo demás que estaba haciendo. Haremos a ese joven y gracias. ¡Costa Coffee tiene la suerte de tenerte trabajando para ellos!

Ordered from here this evening after a friend's recommendation. I cannot fault it. Absolutely amazing food. Great value for money. Food was delivered hot. Taste is amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be my new go to.
