Lovely food in cafe, comfortable surroundings. Pleasant and courteous staff.

Food was worst I’ve ever had. I had pesto chicken sandwich. It was an open sandwich on the smallest piece of bread. Bread was stale and chicken was dry. It came 10 minutes after everyone else’s in our group.

It's closed just now due to Covid

Got eggs Benedict and it was absolutely phenomenal, eggs cooked to perfection

Poor choices for vegetarians and pescatarian with my food requiring heated in the microwave. Plenty desserts and staff attentive enough.

Experiencia muy mala, pague con la aplicacion y les dio un fallo , me dijeron que ellos mo podían cambiar nada y que en breve me devolverían el dinero, y pague otra vez. Error todavía sigo esperando los 90 € de la comida. Una estafa, no lo recomiendo a nadie. Servicio pésimo. Seis meses después sigo esperando el abono. Que se que no llegará. Unos ladrones.

Been comming here every day for years, friendly staff and good food

Premier Inn Plus room is fab. Lovely clean and fresh. Staff really helpful

just had a meal for two we ordered soup that was was stone cold then Yorkshire pudding also cold the plates were warmer than the food which was not cooked right the table were filthy and all the time we were there not one table was cleaned this is the worst place i have ever had a meal if you want Corona Virus this is were you would get it the place is filthy and should be investigate by the health and safety even flies were flying about also they know how to charge for rubbish food i for one will never go to this dirty place again so what i would say stay clear of this place

Food was basic, service was poor. Staff sitting around, we were charged for our children to access the “soft play”. This wasn’t advertised as an additional charge. Toilets were disgusting, very unclean. Floor was really dirty with food under our table! Overall, would not recommend! Which is a shame as the hotel next door is stunning in comparison!

Stopped here fir dinner as parked the lorry here for the night. Had haddock and the mixed grill. Food was good, staff friendly and fun. Ross looked after us, kept us laughing and made the visit enjoyable. Ross... you should be a chippendale!! Great pub!! Will be back in the morning for our breakfast before heading back to Kent. I sat down at table yesterday and got into trouble from a male member of staff , in his 50’s Who very abruptly said and pointed out a sign “ please wait to be seated” the place was empty ! He was so rude but I was meeting a friend , so I stayed , otherwise we would have left and gone elsewhere .. The food as always was delicious , I had the French toast and bacon , so compliments to the chef , scones are fab as well .. We will think twice about going back , as it’s gone downhill this past year but not the food ....

Went in to get an ice cream, man who works in the shop standing smoking a cigarette. Place was stinking. Looks closed from outside.

Listened to food instructions and got out food spot on and was delivered quicker than what it said 10/10 better than the rest of places local to me

Absolutely dreadful service, waited 40mins for food and when it came it was f***ing freezing. Half cooked chips, mozzarella sticks barely defrosted. Youd think with the 40 mins they took to prepare it the food would be spot on, top quality even. But naw, still got my order wrong giving me the wrong spice. Chicken in the panini was extremely stale it was like chewing cardboard. Had a few bad experiences with this restaurant but oh my this was the worst yet. They offered me freebies due to the wait, but the freebies they claimed they would give me turned out to be the 2 half frozen mozzarella sticks mentioned previously. Dont think ive ever waited this long for food before in any food place and i definitely wont be back. Absolute joke, dont waste your time people
