This was definitely the worst Burger I’ve ever eaten in my life. It was dry terrible with plastic cheese never worth £17.95

Worst dinner I’ve ever had. Overpriced, horrible food. How they can get nachos so bad is beyond me. Lucky if there was two spoonfuls of shredded pork on the plate and they came with awful pouring cheese. Fish and chips equally as bad! Save yourself the best part of £40 by bringing your own food! Just a shame it’s the only place you can eat other than WH Smith.

Good Lord. What a sad place. Overpriced, grumpy staff, poor selection, miserable portions...truly awful but then if you are the only place open to eat, then I suppose you can do what you want.

I was charged £12 for a large glass of wine! Absolutely scandalous considering that I can buy a good bottle of wine for £10! Also, they offer 2 bottles of water for £3.99; at least they could chill it in their numerous fridges. Absolute rip off.

Arrived at the airport looking forward to a bacon roll and a cup of tea before our flight. The cafe does not have bacon rolls on the menu. However the lovely staff at the counter informed me that the chef had agreed to make us some @ £7.50 each totalling £22.50. I ordered 3 bacon rolls and 3 cups of tea. They were unable to make the tea because their hot water machine was broken. I was to queue at the other bar, at the other end of the departure hall. There was only one boy on at this bar and he was struggling to cope with the demand. Can I point out that there was 4 staff on at the food counter and he was on his own at this bar. The bacon rolls arrived cold and were very overdone. I was told that this was because the hot plate was broken. I sent them back and asked for them to come back hot. By now we had our tea which was getting cold and our bacon rolls arrived back. The chef had toasted the rolls and cremated the bacon. It was inedible. What he should have done was made us fresh rolls and bacon. As there is no option but to use this cafe. Bring your own. The managers should be ashamed of the food and the service provided. If I hadn’t been called for my flight, I would’ve asked to speak to Manager and demanded my money back .

They couldn’t supply poached eggs as it requires setup! Breakfast roll had one sausage split in two instead of two sausages. App not working so had to order at bar. No prices for drinks showing. There should be Lorne sausages and proper rolls not brioche buns and Cumberland links. Bacon very fatty and undercooked. There are only two flights today so hardly rushed off their feet

Poor quality food. Overpriced Small portions Burnt pizza. Incorrect pricing Dirty tables and floor. Honestly not worth it also staff attitudes when these issues were raised very poor.

The Chicken Burger was brilliant and the crispy chips . Quick and efficient and staff were very good

Very poor service, not enough good staff and some of them quite rude. Obviously under pressure so please get some staff soon, and train them properly. Very pricey too. Can’t wait for the response, although easy to copy and paste!…so not very personal!

The service was impeccable from start to finish. Euan personally ensured that all my needs were met, supplying regular refreshments to relax me before my flight. Would highly recommend to anyone flying out of Prestwick airport to take the time to experience Euans top tier customer service

I ordered their "Ultimate breakfast" and waited over 30 mins , for this to be delivered, to my table, everything Stone cold and swimming in cold grease. The bacon was cold, but also burned brick hard and the eggs like rubber and their yolks burnt into the eggs. it was very obvious that this "Crap Breakfast" had been sitting out waiting to be delivered, but with only two girls, trying to clean and tidy tables and also deliver meals, was a joke and ripping off their Customers. While waiting for my meal I noticed many tables uncleaned and half finished breakfast meals/rolls, I also stood in a queue waiting for my coffee, for 15 mins, a young guy on his own trying his best with the big queue of frustrated customers, by the time my breakfast was deliverred, the coffee was now cold as was this Disgusting breakfast, which I left with only a small mouthful. Do not waste your hard earned money going into this Place, more staff required Urgently.

Only 2 staff on seemed one on bar one on food with a large q at the bar .Every table filthy piled with dishes took over an hour to get our food .was served by Lyndsay what a gem of a girl suggested food and drinks with a warming smile and attitude .

Katie looked after us from as soon as we sat down with wonderful, friendly service. There was a small innocent error with the food order which they responded to and sorted within minutes. Mistakes happen! but as you would expect everything was dealt with perfectly....

The people are lovely at this restaurant, the food was decent and it’s only £3 extra for desserts (the brownie and the waffles were great). Enjoyed our visit and will come again.
