Top place...Buzzworks always top class.

They a Monday to Friday menu excellent value for money ..would recommend.

I was very impressed, good looking venue, clearly had money spent on it, nice feel to the place, fast friendly service and a pulled brisket toastie that was out of this world…..what’s not to like

Went for dinner with a few friends.not as good as it used to be .prices have shot up .tennents tank 2-95 in the bar but charge 5-45 in the restaurant poor .my main was Lyme chicken two bits of sorry looking chicken and some mash potatoes and a few bacon lardons 20 quid .also hate the hanging plastic flowers terrible.get rid of them .

I hade haddock goujons chips ,peas.The presentation was good but fish was tasteless peas were a pulp.My other have had basked of chicken fries and slaw.The chicken was burnt to a cinder,I was obvious by black colour .Now the person who prepared it must have noticed .It was not for human consumption.but the waitress delivered it .Both should be sacked in my opinion. We will not be back .

Lovely restaurant. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We had the full Scottish breakfast. The food was delicious and piping hot.

Attended with friends for drinks. Lovely night to begin with until bouncers at front door we’re very sexist and discriminatory to a friend I was with. We had had 2/3 drinks and were extremely pleasant and kind to staff, and to be treated with horrible attitudes later on was a surprise. A friend had left for 10 mins to go to a shop and to be told on her return to the venue to meet the rest of her friends, that she wasn’t allowed back in because she was FEMALE was utterly shocking and hurtful. To be left alone outside as a female on a late night in the dark and treated with extreme neglect and misogyny from male security staff at the venue was completely unfair, dangerous and worrying. I would expect staff who work at a buzzworks venue, to treat their LOYAL costumers with complete respect and kindness and for this to be the opposite was very unprofessional. To note also, my friend has previously worked for other buzzworks venues and for former colleagues to discriminate this way, was utterly disgusting.

Went in on Saturday 3rd February for a few drinks in the evening. While having a drink a member of staff came up and told us to move as the table was reserved. There was no sign on the table but it wouldn’t have been a problem if the man in question had not been so rude about it.

Did the pub grub side of the establishment today and a complete contrast. More a bar than a restaurant, which works well. Vic's menu available as is the bar menu, the latter being our preference today. Was worth the money. Well done.

I like the lovely Vic's! Everything is great here! The atmosphere is magical! Thank you so much to the bartenders who understand customers without words and remember all customer orders by heart! I wish success and prosperity to Vic's!

Not one for leaving reviews but….I have always highly Recommended the buzzworks restaurants but the service was well below poor today. We attended slightly early for our pre booked table which was accommodated - bonus! It went down hill from there. Had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee. Ok, maybe not the worst if the rest didn’t follow. Following the full party arriving (4people) we waited half an hour before having to get the attention of staff to take a drinks order. The fire alarm then went off for a good 10 to 15 minutes before anyone being able to fix it. During this time we only got served glasses. I appreciate there was an added stress but the amount of staff working couldn’t even accommodate serving a bottle of wine?! There were at least 5 staff in the area we were seated! We eventually got another staff member’s attention to order our food. When it did eventually arrive my food was cold, in another’s bao bun there were 3 small prawns and the standard of the rest or the food was average! To finish off we ordered 3 cocktails. These then took about 25 minutes to appear. The staff were less than apologetic, food was average and waiting times extremely poor! Not sure I’ll be rushing back! All in - recent experience having been to this particular restaurant on more than one occasion - I came home, fed myself for less and queried why I’d wasted the money! I do not feel the same about lido - same owners - but I have to be honest, I’ll not be back here and I had to be honest in my review.

2 guest has breakfast with fried eggs, both yolks hard. Would expect better for price. Surrounding great, waitress glum.

Popped in for dinner with the other half. The food we had was cooked to perfection. Great selection on menu, excellent value. Lovely decorated place. Definitely worth a wee visit.

This restaurant is no longer Gluten Free they will give you a menu which says Low Gluten. In my 40years as a Coeliac I've never seen or heard of a Low Gluten menu. Lido in Prestwick is the same. Been in contact with the food manager but can't really get a straight answer. Contacted Buzzworks so see what they have to say. Very disappointed in a big company like this.

The young man serving on the bar was very pleasant and efficient.

The boneless salt and chilli chicken wings are absolutely delicious and great value. Also had the chilli, cheese and onion loaded fries which were also delicious. (They taste like creamy thai sweet chill with cheese and onion) More than enough food for 2 adults plus a drink - Cost £21. Great value! The Vine itself is also lovely as are the staff.

We used to love meeting our couple friends here for a nice drink, food and a good catch up at a reasonable price. But wow, how it’s changed. I know many places have in terms of costs but felt here was extreme in comparison to before. The food is very expensive for small portions. I’d recommend eating through in the Vine for better portions/presentation/quality albeit elsewhere might be better as we haven’t eaten in there for a while (assuming it’ll be better 🙈). I also booked a table through the Vic’s Facebook page only for a reminder to come through the day before for the Vine. I messaged them twice to query it and despite them reading both messages, they didn’t reply. Needless to say when we turned up I was told my booking was next door… There was a table reserved half an hour before we arrived and no one had turned up. The girl said she wanted to keep it free “just in case” and asked us to sit elsewhere. I just felt the experience was really poor. The Buzzworks service has went wayyyyy downhill since covid and it’s massively disappointing. Won’t be rushing back 🤷🏼‍♀️

Very good late night venue. Good service and planty of Tvs showing sports etc. Good atmosphere and would wholly recommend.

Wondered why on an Easter Friday afternoon the Vic was pretty quiet? Think the answer is overpriced badly presented beer & wine. Despite being really quiet there were very few glasses to match the expensive lagers meaning they didn’t poor well & lacked gas, the wee pub 50yrds away provides the same beer almost £2 cheaper & beautifully served. I’m happy to pay extra for nice surroundings but not for inferior flat beer

Stopped off for a meal on way to a wedding, service was excellent, burgers were great and well priced.

Great G&T. Spent the afternoon watching the rugby on TV, relaxing! Reasonable prices, never eat but smell from the kitchen was amazing.

Great place for a night out. Bingo on Thursdays are very popular. Also got sports on, and a dart board.

Very busy bar. Choc a bloc full for rugby internationals today. Beer was good. Served at a niche cold temperature. Many HD television screens to watch. Service was as quick as quick as they could make it considering the biz

Beautiful interior decor, food was delicious and great service. A lovely place. However, found the music in restaurant to be too loud and the ladies toilets (used them just before we left at 10pm) were in a poor condition.

Had drinks and food at vics last week, staff are polite and attentive, had an issue with the food, the situation was remedied very quickly, we were given complimentary drinks for the inconvenience. The gents toilet was clean, but the hand drier wasn't working, my wife said the ladies was immaculate. I will continue to eat and drink here.

It was a lovely atmosphere but I was quite cold & so we're my friends. Also disappointed as poster still says between 3pm/5pm you offer £4.95 but no longer on menu so a bit confusing & disappointing. Staff are all very polite & engaging .

Wonderful xmas at vics, party of 3 . Food was excellent. Every course we had was just lovely. Thankyou chefs. Our waitress was so frienfly and efficient, the best xmas dinner we have had and will be booking for next year, thank you so much , 👍

The bar in the back of the Vic and Vine is lovely - great atmosphere, great staff. A little more expensive than other bars along the high street but definitely worth it.

Best bar in Prestwick bar none. Always frequent here when I am up at the work depot near the airport. Food is amazing. The restaurant attached (The Vine) is outstanding. The bar snacks/meals in the bar (Vic's) are really good too. Shout out to the Canadian bar tender who I met tonight. His service was top notch. Ran the bar perfectly 👌🏻 Highly recommended. Never been disappointed whilst frequenting this venue. I Will continue to be a regular customer when I am up this way. 👍🏻

More batter than fish. The mushy peas was a thin paste of same spread across the plate under the chips which I thought was a patten on the plate. Asking where are the mushy peas I was shown and asked if I wanted more, I was then given a full dish of peas paste, not mushy peas. Why? I can only think, so as to enable me to write this review.

The worst night out I’ve ever experienced. Extremely crowded to the point you’re unable to move, they let way to many people in DJ horrific, awful repetitive music Bouncer and staff rude, Shot girl was annoyed she couldn’t get past because of how busy it was, but instead of waiting behind she proceeded to push into me and spill her shots down my back? The overall atmosphere of this place is pretentious and overhyped. Would rather go to a local pub than visit here again

Decided to venture out in Prestwick for the first time and I am so glad we found Vic's! Firstly, it is stunning inside, really nice atmosphere and great staff! Next, the food, WOW! I went for the tempura king prawns and the loaded fries and honestly, could have ate it all night! The prawns were delicious, the sauces complimented it perfectly! The fries, they were cooked to perfection covered in melted cheese and covered in chillies. Will 100% be coming back and definitely recommend!

Lovely place for lunch / evening meal. Prices average and a great selection, different options to suit most dietry requirements. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Can be very busy at certain times, recommend booking a table if a large table required or a special occasion.

Myself and my partner have visited here the past few weeks on a wee date night...for food and to watch the football....visited a few years back before a flight from prestwick and liked it then...the bar has a really chilled vibe...staff are lovely and the food is such great value for money...worth a wee trip from Glasgow ❤ be back soon.

Really good sports bar that never appears to be a sports bar behind the Vine. Good beer and food, great deals Monday to Friday. Vine and Vics, both worth a visit.

Second time we've visited the beautifully designed Garden Room at Vic's in Prestwick. Outdoorsy with plants, flowers, decorative pots and ivy all tastefully festooned around ... and effective patio heaters you operate yourself as required! Lunch both times was 5*. Thai curry was incredible, portions just right for light lunch and the coconut shavings on top were delish. Husband's spicy chicken wings with chips and slaw were out of this world. And all at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent!

My sister and I visited Vic"s this afternoon. We had a cocktail each and a gin each. The bar area was absolutely lovely and we sat next to the fire. The drinks were delicious and served by a very friendly barman. I unfortunately can't renember his name. The toilets were immaculate. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back next time we visit Prestwick 💖

Visited with brother and partner for drinks on a busy Saturday afternoon for drinks and food I ordered a Hendricks and tonic,which arrived with a piece of lemon floating in it,Hendricks should only be served with cucumber,to compliment the gin,when I took it back to...

First time to this restaurant and have to say it won’t be my last. Lovely surrounding with friendly staff. Food was delicious and good value for money. Would certainly recommend.
