No problems here. Food wasn't bad at all. The calzone looked good and there was plenty of all the courses. Average, middle of the road Italian. 4 stars for the food. However, let down a little by the service. All very pleasant but we were never asked for a second drinks' order despite sitting with empty glasses for 15 minutes. Also, at the end of the meal we got fed up waiting to pay and had to go to the till in the end. Only other recommendation would be to get draught beer rather than bottled please.

Hi,
I was in the hotel over last weekend. The staff at the reception front was asking for my passport and BRP, as I didnât indicate that I was British. Stating that if you donât have a âmainâ passport, that they usually ask to see your passport, as well as write down your passport number in their form. Thatâs so discriminatory to be honest. In my 5 years being here, I have never been treated so low by a hotelier than I experienced there, despite being such a low life crap. I didnât even bother spending the night there, as I was already furious, had to go put up with a friend in town. Next day, I checked in with Atholl hotel, which was much a decent place with very informed neighbourhood, with average and affordable pocket friendly rate.

A wonderful experience! The ambience is pleasant and elegant, the staff extremely friendly, and the food simply outstanding â authentic flavours prepared with heart. Itâs clear that this is a family-run business where guests truly matter. I would especially like to praise the young waitress Lokkaew, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and made our visit even more special with her approach. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality Thai cuisine!
Had 30minutes to kill, walked in, sat down service was quick on point and plate cleared promptly after.
Excellent ceasar salad, shame there wasnât more on the plate :)
Always like the atmosphere it just relaxed.

Beautiful especially because there are darts, clean bathroom, but for those who don't like fried food I don't recommend it because almost everything is fried, AN EXPERIENCE TO ABSOLUTELY TRY
Atmosphere ZERO stars. This review is for Nicky's attention who very likely gets a much warmer reception when she arrives into the cafe than we do. I am only writing this as I no longer have a local cafe which is somewhat inconvenient. I was there with my wife and kid. The usual sit here, don't sit there nonsense we have to put up with everytime we visit. We usually go once a week for a year or more now. We were met by the usual lady who never smiles, always stressed. Told to sit over at the side area. There were two other people in the cafe, otherwise it was empty. All four tables at the main window were free. I asked to sit by the main window and was not one bit surprised by her response "there are only 3 of you" suggesting the window tables are for more than 3 people. She looked away and continued running our sandwiches through the till indicating the conversation on moving tables was now over. I asked if that was a 'no' (we can't move seats), and she confirmed that was the case. She then once again continued on the till. To me, her decision on the seats was for the sake of confrontation only, nothing to do with me or needing tables. We popped in for a family coffee and were met with the usual stress environment. It was her way or the highway... and we chose the highway. We left the cafe for good this time. This has been an issue before and I am not going to deal with this stress while paying top dollar. This is meant to be a relaxed environment, and it just isn't. Bye bye now.

We visited for lunch as a family of 3.
We arrived quite early but were greeted warmly, and our waitress remained excellent and attentive throughout.
The restaurant itself is very light, with huge windows and a nice layout making for a very pleasant atmosphere.
We visited at lunch and both me and my wife ordered from this menu. For lunch one of their major offerings is a series of different "bruschetta" dishes, including several which are available Gluten free.
Unfortunately the interpretation of bruschetta was not what we expected, as the bread was fried and incredibly oily. After eating my plate was covered in a film of oil which had seeped out.
Toppings wise it was mixed, their black pudding and Haggis with homemade whisky sauce was lovely, but the sweet chilli chicken was weird. Rather than the traditional expected sweet chilli sauce it felt like a sweet and sour sauce had some jalapeños cut up and put through it which unfortunately was not very pleasant.
Kids menu wise the sandwich and accompaniments were fine, and the colouring books provided and special child utensils were excellent and much appreciated.
