First time here, food was excellent and really tasty. Got 4 tacos for £10 and the sauce selection was great! Owner was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Ordered food last night, got too say very disappointing. I had a special curry which looked and tasted completely different from last time. It had a layer of oil sitting on top which was nasty and the sauce was so thin. My rice was so soggy it came out the dish in one solid block. My mother ordered salt & pepper king prawn which found to be under cooked, not good at all. The only dish that was enjoyed a special pork rice by my wife. To top all this off they also messaged up our order forgetting to put items in. I phoned complained and they apologiesed and sent the items back out but the time this arrived everyone was finished are weren't interested. Won't be coming back very disappointing!!!
Was housesitting for a friend and decided to cheat on dinner on my last night. The Blackadder was just a short walk. I found the server very friendly and charming. Had the Brie for starter and then the Balmoral chicken which was lovely. You know you've had a good meal when you feel a little depressed when you reach the bottom of the plate!
Came here for my 25th and we had a great time, staff are lovely and gave us plenty of advice on fun things to do like seeing the deer. We had a great time and they also do a fabulous pizza, the bar is gorgeous too.
For every chocoholic, so much to choose from, so much to try, so much to buy ❤️❤️❤️
Range of yummy ice creams, hand made chocolates, and so much to discover.
I was in heaven.
What a lovely little find on a Sunday afternoon on Main Street
We were visiting the area and looking for somewhere to eat
So welcoming and friendly and beautiful home cooked food and very generous portions - could not fault and would highly recommend
Do not walk pass you will be disappointed!
We decided on an early lunch so were the second table in a very quiet bar, ordered lunch with a nice friendly waitress who came back after a few minutes to say the soup had changed but it wasn't to our taste. Still not sure how they'd run out of soup so early! The main courses were piping hot and tasty.
Food was so disappointing, we waited an hour for the starters, lettuce on the Asian salad was brown and wilting.
On the mains chicken supreme ok but others gelatinous sauces.. so poor considering time we waited and hefty prices.
No atmosphere-bright and bare.
Reminiscent of Scotland in 1980s.
Visited the Frothy this morning for the first & very last time as the cafe is closing. Whilst the cafe was comfortable the coffee wasn’t the best ever tasted and we were stunned at the price! Compared to other coffee houses close by it was surprising; could this be a reason they are not finding it profitable?
On holiday in Kippford for Christmas came here for fish and chips for the family and have to say it was the best fish and chips we've had in absolutely ages ,fish was superb with an excellent crispy batter and great chips too ,don't normally do reviews but this really deserved it ,Delicious!!!
