The Royal usually does Fish and Chips on a friday night - you should book by calling ( see Hoy Facebook page for latest news ). We have been sampling Fish and Chips across the Highlands and Islands over the last several years and we are happy to report that the Longhope Fish and Chips are the best - thanks Alan and Sabine , great work. Oh , and it's always a nice wee night in the traditional bar with open fire and draught lager. Loved it.

1st Class cakes, exceeded expectations as always, very professional service, we had afternoon tea delivered to our lodge at Kiltarlity. The food is amazing and fresh, definitely 1st class and definitely recommend this service, The cakes, sandwiches, malteaser cheesecake are delicious!! We'll be using this service again in October.

Not only do you get a magnificent view, you get good tasty food freshly prepared. We had soft brioche bun bacon rolls with perfectly crisped bacon, a cheese toastie, coffee and tea and all were top notch!

Really cool pub in Inverness. Delicious, varied beer, delicious food (burgers and local dishes) and live music. Great atmosphere for a cozy entertaining evening.

What a gem of a hotel. The welcome we received was lovely and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We popped in for coffee and we enjoyed the whole experience. Lovely fire and surroundings. We intend to return and stay over.

This was the best coffee I had in Skye. They roast their own beans and it shows in the quality of the coffee. The location is lovely as well, there is an outside patio for seating that has beautiful views of the bay. Sweet treats were delicious, too (I recommend the cherry shortbread). Overall highly recommended.

Such a lovely couple (?) that runs this place. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was amazing. I got the Pasta with Pesto Trapanese (was expecting green pesto, it was not LOL). Also loved the garlic bread as a starter.

Had a great Cappuccino and hot chocolate really top quality and friendly service. Including great tips on visiting the local area!

A very friendly and friendly outdoor space, excellent dish and very generous portion. I highly recommend the haddock wrap.

Superior Scotch selection. Prices were market appropriate. Staff was friendly and highly knowledgeable.

The good portions are small. The small plate is about 5 ounces. The taste is mediocre.
