Great whiskey bar!!! Exceptional selection of single malts. The bartender Keiran is an excellent master of his craft. It's also fun to watch him mix cocktails. His know-how is really worth mentioning. And with a healthy dose of humor, it was a successful evening in Inverness.

We have dined in many places in Inverness, mainly Mustard Seed, Rockpool, and Contrast, yet for some reason, we never tried this place until now. Maybe itâs the slightly hidden location or the entrance that could easily be mistaken for the pub next door. It doesnât offer scenic views or convenient parking, but none of that matters once you step inside. The warm service and incredible food instantly transport you to a place where only the dining experience counts. I canât imagine the typical Inverness snob coming here for lunchâit doesnât have an expensive, overly designed interior. Instead, it offers simplicity and a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. We had an amazing family dinner here. We were lucky to get a table, as they were turning people away! The dishes arrived piping hot, and everything was absolutely delicious. What struck me the most was the fantastic variety on the menuâI genuinely struggled to choose because everything sounded so tempting. Prices are reasonable, and a reservation is a must. Donât be put off by any 1-star or 2-star reviewsâtry it for yourself!

Weâve been traveling all over Scotland, started in Glasgow and went to Oban and then Portree. I wasnât expecting Inverness to be one of my favorites, but it is the cutest urban city thatâs also quiet despite having a lot going on. This hotel was one of my favorites as well, so put together, making you feel very special. It feels like home while also being a very nice hotel with great rooms. Located just a few minutes off the main river walk made it easy to walk around. Iâd definitely come back here.
