The best restaurants in Cumbernauld South North Lanarkshire Glasgow and Surrounding

Tried an online meal deal, as the phone wasn’t been answered. Arrived to collect and to be told that some items were out of stock. When queried why they didn’t call answered the kitchen has the orders. The manager was rude and blamed everyone else including me. Won’t ever go back as this wasn’t the first or second issue at this restaurant, I’ll stick to the Coatbridge restaurant.

For me, personally, over priced. I bought a bag of chips, (not a large bag) and 2 fritters. Cost me over £8.00. Now, I never took a receipt, so I don't know if I was charged for a large bag of chips, when I got a small bag of chips. But, over £8.00 I think is exsesive.

Normally Ken Wok is great for food, however a couple of Saturdays ago, the food was pretty poor. I ordered a breast of chicken curry. The fried rice seemed hard and the chicken was tough. I thought it was a one off, gave it the benefit of the doubt and ordered food again tonight and opted for boiled rice, which was fine. The breast of chicken was almost inedible it was so tough. Very disappointed, won’t go back.

I really like a subway, but unfortunately this one isn't very good. The food is the same as always, but it's the service, it's incredibly slow. When we went in my daughter commented on the length of the queue. I thought nothing of it but I wish I did. We queued for over 20 minutes, the longest ever in a subway until we finally got served. What followed was incredibly poor service, and I really do hate saying that. I understand people are not robots, but it was terrible. My son's sandwich kept getting moved from the counter to somewhere underneath without any explanation. The person serving us kept having to move it back up only for someone else to move it down again. Strange behaviour. I ordered a Furious chicken and asked for it to come without cucumber but she kept trying to put cucumber on it. When we were finally served we decided not to make it a meal deal just to get out of there. I saw just eat and deliveroo drivers cancelling orders and walking out. Won't be back.

I really love fried rice with shrimps and duck in orange sause. Its really great. My recommendations

Ordered a special fish and a fish supper tonight and everything was absolutely delicious, very fresh and not at all greasy. Read some negative reviews but it was spot on tonight and staff friendly too, didn’t wait for long either.

On my own. Fancied hot food. Didn’t want to cook or go buy. On line order and delivery. Hot, but otherwise little cheese or tomato. Cardboard

Staff were friendly which is why it is not 1 star. Lunch menu - 2 courses for approx £14 sounds reasonable value - decent portion size but the food was really poor. Both had “buttermilk” chicken goujons - frozen and bland. I had fish and chips - again frozen and the fish was watery - crinkle cut frozen chips. My wife had steak pie and nearly broke a tooth on a Brussel sprout. Table was rickety and decor somewhat outdated. Would not return or recommend - sorry

The asda cumbernauld pharmacy is an absolute joke not only was i stood there like a dafty for 30 mins only then to be told I won't be getting my prescription till tomorrow with still over an hour till the shop closes because the woman claims "oh I have to many in front of yours" the smart person would put out a sign or atleast say that it's for collection only instead of having customers standing waiting like dumplings only to be told "no cant do it today thank you bye" not happy at all the whole place in general needs to sort itself out cos it's like a prison dressed in bloody green

Order came very small portions for the price you would expect a lot more... ordered through uber eats no juice arrived not on the uber eats receipt but on the testeraunt receipt to say we paid for it... the chips were lime a kids portion... won't be back

Ordered a South Indian chicken pizza with stuffed crust. This pizza had absolutely no business being this good. I ordered a pizza, not an addiction, but here we are wtf.

Better than the usual Maccies. Kids enjoyed it more aswell

Pizza was under cooked to the point where we did not enjoy it, stopped eating and phoned to complain. Staff more concerned about getting the 1st undercooked pizza back than they are about us being unhappy with the service and product. I have better things to do than try and get a free pizza from dominoes. For this reason will never use them again. Don’t waste your money or your time

Delivery order arrived with wrong/missing items, very poor. Included items that are no longer even on the menu…
