Pizza Hut in North Lanarkshire

Tried an online meal deal, as the phone wasn’t been answered. Arrived to collect and to be told that some items were out of stock. When queried why they didn’t call answered the kitchen has the orders. The manager was rude and blamed everyone else including me. Won’t ever go back as this wasn’t the first or second issue at this restaurant, I’ll stick to the Coatbridge restaurant.

I have just had an enjoyable 2 course meal with very attentive staff. Ben was very good, he was friendly and was there when needed and couldn't do enough for me. Well done Pizza Hut you're lucky to have him. I will come back again when I'm up this way again.

Great Value and freshly made Pizza and Salad Bar ideal for children and adults plenty variety if you dont want Pizza

First time here. Plenty of toppings on our pizzas and great service with a smile. Enjoyed our visit.

This Pizza Hut restaurant was easy to find, with plenty of free parking (three hour parking restriction) I arrived at 19:00, at the end of the evening peak There were two tables being served, so was incredibly quiet I was invited to pick any table by the Manager As I sat down the menu was placed on the table I sat facing away from the entrance This was a set of two tables After a short wait I was approached by a second member of staff, and placed my order Garlic Bread with Mozzarella Cheese, as starter Individual Pan Pepperoni and unlimited Fizzy drink I was not advised to make use of the drinks dispenser nor the salad bar (and that is the only negative comments have about the service) At the drinks station there were plenty of glasses, plus for the first time there were two different sizes to choose from I then made a selection from the Salad Bar (next to the pizza buffet bar) However, bowls were not obvious to find I was about to use a plate from the pizza buffet bar when I was presented with a bowl Whilst all the options were available the sauces were a little unsightly However, almost all the items were well stocked My starter was served in an appropriate time, and was very hot The pizza was also served in a timely manner, The topping was very consistent with two or three pieces of pepperoni per slice However, this Pan pizza appears to be a little smaller than servings I have had at other Pizza Hut restaurants (in London) last week The server (Manager) processed my bill very quickly I have therefore been a little generous with four bubbles, simply for the god food and excellent service (compared to the other two Pizza Hut restaurants I visited this week) This restaurant could easily have obtained three bubbles I have taken into how quiet the restaurant was, it could quite easily be different if they were busy

My husband and I took our children for a treat. We were quickly seated and drink order taken and brought out. 15 mins between food order being taken and food being on table. It was a busy night. Kids had activity sheets and crayons. Fantastic service and lovely food.

this place had a deal online on and we decided to go for it the food was ready quick and it was most important of all tasty i would recommend hear for a takeaway not so sure about sitting in

Made a phone booking on the Monday for the Wednesday for 13 people for a 18th party was told they would set up tables together with blood etc .upon arrival the manager sat us diwn on to separate tables back to back , I said I was told I would get a table together he said well you booked late .I then had to move tables myself .there was no balloons and happy birthday played as stated when I pointed this out to manager he said not my fault you booked it with other manager and they are away home .Toilets were filthy , served our meal 3 at a time manager said could only cook a couple of pizzas at one time !

A clean tidy restaurant which is conveniently located to shops etc. The food is what is expected from the Pizza hut chain and the staff are friendly.

Went with my 2 young boys for a "lads lunch" and when we went in we were told to just take a seat and someone would be with us shortly. 10 minutes later the waitress came and asked if we wanted anything else or just the bill!!!! Explained we had not even had the menus which were brought. Had our main meals and then had to wait to try and get the waitress attention so I could order the boys some dessert. The food was what you expect but sadly the service was a massive let down and sadly this is something that would turn me away in the future. I have never had a bad thing to say about Pizza Hut in the past but sadly this experience would make me think twice in the future.

I came her with my mum and my niece for her birthday. We enjoyed it and we thought that the food was very reasonably priced. The service was very quick and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who were taking kids for food.

34 of us walked in to Pizza Hut. We had a reserved area to sit and ready to eat. The staffs faces looked concerned. How would they get us fed in time?! Yet they did it. Bowls appeared for salad and we eat to hearts content. Our starters arrived just in time and as we finished our pizzas were ready. Dessert took a little longer but was brought to us as quickly as possible. I'm not a huge Pizza Hut fan. The good was fine (the White chocolate and raspberry cookie dough desert excellent) but the staff were out of this world. They took a large group who had had a crazy day and topped their evening off with excellent service. Thank you!

Great food nice staff ..kids love the ice cream machine and theirs crayons and paper for them n a balloon.. The pizzas r fresh made n good choices and the free salad has lots choices ...however for me my partner and three kids was over 100.00 so bit pricey for pizzas etc.

Had a take out from this pizza hut, the staff were so lovely and friendly and the pizza was tasty and hot to.

great little restaurant food was hot fast and tasty, staff were happy and approachable so would eat here again and it was clean as well. good choice of menu and had everything on it

Visit every few months with my children and have never had a bad experience. Pizza just how it should be, good selection in salad bar, great refillable drinks machine. Staff are helpful, one lady (her name escapes me) is a credit to the company, she's always very cheery and chatty and interacts with the kids which makes me feel at ease.

Beware birthday parties with loads of screaming kids!! This is all good but a separate room for this would be great. The noise and screaming was too much while trying to have a pleasant lunch!! The salad bar is such that everybody has breathed on the food before you take it. A better system could be introduced. Also the salad items aren't regularly enough cleaned up and spoons and serving utensils were all covered in mayonnaise etc. Kids running amok with the ice cream sauces etc. This should be more supervised. Either that or make Pizza But a kids only zone which would also be a good idea. The combination of noisy kids and adults is always tricky!!

Very average, not that good compared to other pizza huts as service is really basic and the food isnt the best.

Exactly the same as every other Pizza Hut out there. Pizza always great. Family friendly and staff usually always pleasant and helpful.

We visited around 6pm on a Saturday night in February, the restaurant was about half full. Service was efficient and friendly. Our pizzas were very tasty and definitely better than the average Pizza Hut pizza which I normally think are OK but nothing special. Overall cleanliness was good and staff frequently checked/cleaned the ice cream factory and salad bar area while we were there. Would definitely recommend over the Falkirk Pizza Hut which is always busy and not very relaxing.

Had the pizza hut buffet lunch,about 5 different pizzas on and plenty of salad.Nice quick lunch for the price

We visit this establishment quite often and the service is always okay. When we last visited this place we were shown to our table and offered drinks straight away which is always great so well done there. However upon sitting down we realised there was a special deal on which we were not made aware of at the time.We had to alert the staff that we wished to change our order to the small wines to qualify for the offer. The staff were happy to do this and there was no problem, however staff should always make customers aware of all offers before taking any drink instructions as this may influence the decision the customer makes. If pizza hut management could take note of this and make the appropriate recommendations to your staff it would save any mix ups in the future.Looking forward to our next visit.

As far as Pizza Hut goes this one is poor, the food coming from the kitchen wasn't good, the pizza base as wafer thin and there was almost no cheese on it, even in the so called stuffed crust. The girls who work there are running about doing far to many things at once and I must say doing it well but there isn't enough of them. Took about 10 min to be seated even though there was loads of seats we had to stand at the door, once another family came in there was no room to stand there and we were all blocking the whole area, front door, the kitchen entrance (which is dangerous) a workstation, the dinning room and stairs. One girl who worked there passed me 6 time, each time she said sorry I'll be with you in a minute it took 10. I don't know how they do it. I also waited more than 10 minute on the girl bringing the card machine.I have rated the service are poor but only because the few staff that where there were to busy to serve you. When they did it was excellent.

Family staying in area and choice this restaurant. Similar to most Pizza Hut places but clean and staff friendly. Pizza beautiful and kids loved it. Would definitely return.

Been here a few times staff Always friendly and helpful. Food the same as in all pizza huts. Restaurant is kept clean and tidy. Food anyways comes hot and you don't have long waiting times. Recommend for families x

l live near to cumbernauld pizza hut and have to say food is the usual bog standard pizza hut farye however what makes the difference is the exceptional friendly and helpful staff who help to find the best deal on offer for your party.Well Done to the staff

Great, friendly staff, piping hot pizza, clean restaurant. Easy parking directly outside restaurant.

From the moment I arrived at the door it didn't look promising...was it even open ? It was despite only 1 other family being in on a weekday school holiday night ! Was told to choose a table, I was about to sit on some only to see food all over the floor beneath them. The one I eventually chose had seeds on the seat but sat down anyway. Chose chicken strips for starter which were disgusting; they were bland and the batter was soggy on the inside. Decided to go ask for salt as none on the table, ended up asking a chef as no staff around, who then yelled to the server to get some. The cutlery on the table was then dirty so used the other spare set. The pizza came quickly but despite asking for no mushrooms I found one straight away. The healthy pizza choice comes with rocket and tomato but didn't even have a dressing on. The free salad was awful; either soggy as in water or dry as sat out for a while I'm guessing, and again this was flavourless and had a mass produced taste. Decided to take a rapid exit and go for dessert elsewhere. Would never go back here or be reluctant to go to pizza hut elsewhere if this is anything to go by !

I don't like havingto write bad reviews but i feel if i didn't then what's the point of reviews without being honest. I live 5 mins walk from pizza hut but would not hurry back. The food is good enough but the staff seem uninterested in being there. Over 10 mins waiting to get a drink or asked for our order. Main and starter brought at the same time. Floors not cleaned after the last customer left, always a good look having pizza stuck to the bottom of my shoe!! I suppose if you want to keep the kids quiet then it's ok for the rest, give it a miss!!
