Had an amazing first experience at Taco Bell today. Food arrived hot and very fast, all staff i interacted with were very friendly and polite. Big shout out to Demi and Arran for providing fantastic service. 1000% would come again

They didn’t give the cheese sauce that I ordered and also didn’t put any cheese sauce on my chicken Crunchwrap so it was dryer than a nun on Valentine’s Day, hopefully they made the beef Crunchwrap right or my night is ruined. Husband is happy with his volcano box they never seem to get that wrong.

I just received my home delivery which was burnt. The food is totally inedible, so disappointed.

The food was prepared reasonably quick using the self service terminals in the restraunt. I personally just didnt find the food very appealing. It was rather bland. The restraunt seemed to be clean whilst I was there.

No gluten free options. Dietary requirements isn't a choice. All food places these days should at least have one gluten free option.

All the tables were dirty not a cleaner in sight

Gave 4 cans of Pepsi when ordered Pepsi max. Diabetic can’t drink full sugar . Food was freezing .taco full of lettuce and no beef . No macho sauce with chips

Very disappointed with the Quesadilla couldn’t taste or find any chicken also thought there might have been some salad in it instead it was flat and definitely not worth the money

I love taco bell, unfortunately the 3 times we have been for food, all in the evening, the place has been absolutely disgusting, food all over the floors and tables. Never once seen a staff member cleaning up. Great food ruined by terrible hygiene.

Dismal! Ordered 2 nachos bell grande and was sent 2loaded fries instead. Double disappointment. Also sent 1large bottle of juice instead of 3 individual bottles. Got here very fast but I’d have preferred it had they taken a little longer and got my order correct.

I ordered a soft taco and got a hard taco

They delivered someone else’s order and only solutions they offered was to get a refund through the app or come into the restaurant to get our food remade. No customer support, no sorry and just an “it’s not our fault”. Won’t be ordering again

My god. This is the most incredible fast food chain I've been too. Peirod. The staff? So incredibly warm and welcoming. The building? Might as well have been painted by Michelle alngelo (that one guy who did the church innit). The scran....holy God. Amazing. Made to perfect every time and I'm there a lot. I'm what you would call a tacobell feind, there almost 2 times a week if not more. And taco cat is a bonus 10/10 superb restaurant. Best in cumbernauld. Suck it Mcdonalds.

Food came in a mess. Really bad smell inside and some random cat, yes, cat, walking around and then jumping on the counter! Definitely won't be back there!

Paid £4 for cheese sauce and we didn’t receive it. Our nacho cheese and sour cream came with melted cheese. If they ran out they should have informed us as we didn’t want melted cheese. Substituting a £4 cheese sauce with free sauces we didn’t want.

FOOD HAS BEEN MARKED AS DELIVERED AND HASNT BEEN, WAITED OVER AN HOUR WHILE FOOD WAS PREPPED, COMPLAINED TO JUST EAT MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT THIS FOR THEM TO DO NOTHING, DELIVERY SHOWING AT 1530 DESPITE HAVING PHOTO EVIDENCE SHOWING WAS IN PREP TO 1608

Best not wasting your time here absolute no brain cells whatsoever working here and because pos is down they are trying to make you pay £35 for and order instead of the actual price which would be £24.55...dont bother I do not recommend save your money

My experience in taco Bell Cumbernauld was excellent. Very friendly staff especially a young girl called Courtney she helped me with getting my drink Food was phenomenal will 100% be back here.

The food was really amazing and this lovely lady named Demi who works there was so nice and kind and treated me so sweetly asking if everything was alright which I really appreciated and it was supper clean and well taken care of

Absolutely filthy had dirty floors toilets not in use allowed to order on the machine for to eat in spend £18 on food for me and my autistic son it was only 9pm when I was given my food which was cold aswell and not very nice at all we where told we couldn't eat in and where sent out in the cold to eat shocking way to treat a paying customer very bad customer service will not be returning after that experience I would like someone from Taco Bell to reply about your policies about sending paying customers out in the freezing cold at 9pm

Useless mindless drones. Learn how to read! Every time we order from here, both in person and via delivery, items are missing. Doesn't help that UberEats now decide to just refuse to refund now so you profit from this illegal scam. Disgusting. Should be investigated by trading standards.

I ordered food & it was someone else's order & certainly not enough for 4 people we let you know this & told you we wanted a refund, you told us you'd investigate & get back to us, then we also found out we weren't the only ones to get the wrong order that night, I want to know why we haven't had a refund or even heard from you about this so in conclusion I'm very disappointed with your service & will not be ordering from you ever again

Love the taste of the food, but yet again Taco Bell got our order wrong. Luckily we decided to eat in the car and immediately noticed a burrito meal was missing. Took the entire contents back to the outlet and they rectified it quickly. But yet again another Taco Bell order issues. Maybe its our bad luck but no matter which Taco Bell we go to there seems to be an issue with items missing. But, the food is great and we’ll keep coming back even if we have to audit the order everytime!

Went to taco bell cumbernauld last week never sat in as no to be bad but place wasn't tidy no table cleared too actually sit in staff might have been too busy that day to tidy up. Only ever had one bad order rest has been good prefer taco bell over any other take away.

Thought we'd try something different & weren't disappointed. The chicken wrap meal was excellent value. Very tasty, nice soft wrap with just the right amount of filling. Fries were well-seasoned & so nice I got a 2nd portion with sour cream dip. Fizzy drinks were good value cup refill type, A fair bit cheaper than McD or BK & without that bloaty feel you sometimes get after those. Will be back. Highly recommended.

Sent out three tacos with no taco filling. Everything was clearly launched in the bag that the top of was soaking with grease like they'd upturned and dipped it into grease. Staff are all rude and unhelpful. Honestly never know such awful service.

Where are the managers? 3 staff members in the store all sitting on there phones & only two customers in the store. The dining area was absolutely disgusting looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months literally the whole floor was covered in food the tables were very dirty, toilets were blocked. no hand dryers were working i had to take my 5 year old to use the toilet over in KFC. Never seen a restaurant so unhygienic. I'll will certainly not be returning to this store.

2 items where missing from my order not the first time this has happened

The delivery time was originally 15/20 mins, it said the courier was ‘at the restaurant’ for 45 minutes while the food was apparently being prepared as the delivery time kept getting later and later. Phoned up to see where the order was and was told it was on its way when it wasn’t. Food arrived cold.

every time I order from you I never get all my order.missing this time was 2beef crunchy tacos and one burrito missing. very disappointed

First time trying Taco Bell and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Wish I’d tried it sooner! Will definitely order again. :)

Great food and service, but new non-rocking tables would be good. We go their about twice a month and still have to balance or food on rocky table tops, even now.
